Tour of Your Cayman Gateway
Prior to installing the Cayman Gateway in your small business or residential network, we
recommend that you become familiar with the physical features of the product. The following

Using the blue

the back panel of your Cayman 3220 Gateway until you feel it lock. Insert the other end
of the DSL cable into the telephone jack connected to your DSL service.

Insert the antenna cable jack into the antenna socket.
The antenna cable is 74 inches long. Move the antenna to a preferred spot.
LAN networks (either HomeRF-based or 802.11b-base) supports stations in and around
the home. Line of sight deployment is not a requirement. Wireless signals can travel
through walls, ceilings, floors, and windows. However, we recommend you review the
“Wireless Tips” for practical suggestions.
