(Note: In this step you will make two Canopy Trusses. 1 right and 1 le)
Assemble the first Canopy Truss as pictured below. With 8 - 1” Screws (2 in
each board end) per truss.

Assemble the second Canopy Truss as pictured below. With 8 - 1” screws (2 in
each board end) per truss.
Flip each truss over and fasten part #23 in the peak of the truss with 4 - 1”
screws per peak.
Begin assembling Section #1.

Secon #1

Finish section #1.
Fasten part #4 in the center, as pictured, with 4 - 1” screws.
Pre - drill with a 5/32” drill bit.
Secon #1
Attach the first Truss to Section #1.
Fasten Truss with 2” screws. Two screws 6” from post on left (short) side and 2
screws 20” from post on right (long) side.

Attach the second Truss to Section #2.
Fasten Truss with 2” screws. Two screws 20” from post on left (long) side and 2
screws 6” from post on right (short) side.

Fasten seven part #4’s to Section #2. Space 3” between each piece and fasten
with 4 - 1” screws per board.
Pre - drill with a 5/32” drill bit.

Secon #2
Stand up Section #2 and fasten part #10 using 2 - 2” screws

Fasten part #3 to Section #2 with 2 - 2” screws. Position the end of part #3 19”
from the outside edge of section #2 as shown.

Stand up Section #1 and fasten as shown with 4 - 2” screws.

Fasten one part #2 with 4 - 2” screws (2 at each end) between Section #1 and
Section #2.
Fasten one part #2 with 4 - 2” screws (2 at each end) between Section #1 and
Section #2.
On opposite side.

Assemble the oor frame.

Fasten one part #2 with 4 - 2” screws between Section #1 and Section #2. In
the center of the Floor Frame.

Fasten part #2 to the side of Section #1 and Section #2, 62” from the floor with
4 - 2” screws, as shown.

Lay the Floor Boards (two part #11’s and seven part #10’s) on the Floor Frame.
Space them evenly as pictured. Fasten with 6 - 1” screws per board. Pre - drill
with a 5/32” drill bit.
Fasten two part #2’s as pictured with 4 - 2” screws per board.
