WARNING! The maximum temperature of the liquid to be pumped in continuous operation
should not exceed +35℃. This pump is not to be used to pump combustible, gaseous or explosive
fluids. The pumping of aggressive fluids (acids, alkalis, silo seepage etc.) and abrasive substances
(sand) should also be avoided.
WARNING! Never let the pump run dry and never operate it with fully closed flow.

protection facility mounted on.
Stop the machine and disconnect from the supply (i.e. pulling the plug from the socket) in the
following cases:
during breaks in working and if the device is not in use;
before performing any work on the device (cleaning, maintenance);
if the connecting cable is damaged or entangled;
if the device is blocked;

No qualification is required except for detailed lesson of the use of unit.
Only the persons aged 16 may work on the unit. Exceptions are the youth that attend
professional education with an aim to receive the skills under the trainer supervision.
Electric safety
WARNING! It is necessary to keep basic safety device by using of this machine, including the
following instructions, to reduce the danger of fire, electric shock and personal injury.
The pump can only be connected to the mains by a two-pin wall plug through an earthened

6
socket equipped with an individual fuse of 6A. The electric circuit must be equipped with a residual
current protection of 30mA sensitivity (FI relay).
If the power cord is damaged during operation, immediately disconnect from the supply. Do not
touch the cord and never work with damaged cord.
Use only extension cords approved for outdoor use with adequate protection against splashing
water. Cross strands extension cord should be for cords up to 25m at least 1.5mm² and for cords
exceeding 25m min. 2.5mm². Do not use cables longer than 50m.
Keep the cord away from heat, oils and sharp edges.
WARNING! Do not touch the damaged cable and pull the mains plug when the cable is
damaged while working. Damaged cables increase the risk of an electric shock. If the power supply
is damaged, it must be immediately replaced with a cable without defect, to avoid dangerous
situations.
Person protection
WARNING! Be prepared! Have about one of following things at least:
suitable fire extinguisher (dry powder)
fully equipped first-aid kit, available easily for machine operator and accompanying person. It
should contain enough pieces of bandage for lacerated/cutting wounds.
mobile phone or another device for quick calling of rescue service
WARNING! Don’t work alone. There must be around another person who knows principles of
the first aid.
Residual risks
Even if the device is used according to instructions, it’s impossible to eliminate all the risks
associated with its operation. The following risks may occur arising from device constructions:
Mechanical hazard, caused by cut and throw off.
Electrical hazard caused by touch with parts under high voltage (direct contact) or with parts,
which came under a high voltage due to failure of the device (indirect contact).
Unpacking and assembly
Remove the product from the box and check all the parts.
In case of any doubt do not use the machine, but have it checked by an authorized service center.
This machine comes assembled and requires no additional assembly.

Installation of the pump
WARNING! It is forbidden to suspend the pump via the hose or the power cable!
Hose (minimum of 3/4”) must be connected to the pressure outlet of the pump, either directly (1”
and 5/4”,3/2”) or via a screw adapter.
3/4” hose can be used with appropriate threaded adapter, but you have to expect reducing of
transported amount and increasing of pump load.
All the lockable points in the pressure line (spray nozzles, valves, etc.) must be fully open at the
start of pumping in order to let all the air bubbles escape.
The pump must be suspended by the handle or placed on the bottom of the water tank.
The pump is constructed for working properly, the bottom of the shaft must be clean and free of
sludge and dirt.
To prevent entry of dirt into the pump suction you can use a shallow container (e.g. bucket) that
you put at the bottom and place the bottom into it.
When immersed in water all the air should escape from the pump through the valve and the pump
get irrigated.
If air doesn’t leak after immersion, the hole of the valve may be clogged with dirt and it needs to be
cleaned carefully.
WARNING! The pump shaft should have minimum dimensions of 40x40x50cm, so that the
floating switch can move freely.
Switching on/off of the pump is made by float.
“On/off switch level”could be affected by the length of the cable by its insertion into the holder on
the pump handle. Minimum length of free float switch cable is 10cm.
The pump is switched on by connecting into the grid.
Floating switch is set so that the pump can start working immediately after achieving minimum
water level.
NOTE: If the water level drops too much, sludge from a shaft will dry quickly in the pump and
stop its restarting. You can prevent it by regular flushing of the pump with clean water after use.
All locking points in the system (nozzles, valves, etc.) must be opened by irrigating and throughout
the operation to allow escaping of all the air from the suction pipe, and then to allow water to flow
freely.
The air must begin to leak from the open end of the outlet pipe (hose) immediately and after a
short time (dependent on the length of pipe) water should star to flow. Failure to do so within 10
seconds, turn off the pump and follow the table of malfunction.
Maintenance and storage
The pump is basically maintenance free. To ensure a long service life, however, we recommend
regular checks and care.

8
WARNING! Before every servicing, switch off the pump and remove the plug from the socket.
If the pump is not going to be used for a long time or has to be removed for the winter months,
rinse it out with water and allow it to dry.
If there is a risk of frost, the pump must be emptied complete.
When frost threatens irreparable damages!
After long stoppages, make sure the rotor turns correctly by briefly switching the pump on and off.
If the pump becomes blocked, connect the pressure line to the water line. Open the water line,
switch on the pump several times for approx. 2 seconds. Most blockages can be removed in this
way.
WARNING! Do not store the machine unprotected outdoors or in a damp environment.
Troubleshooting
CAUTION! Failures of your machine which require larger interference must always be eliminated
by specialized workshop. Unauthorized interferences can cause damages. If you can not rectify the
fault using the measures described here, contact an authorized service center.
