Installation Disclaimer:
1. Installation should be carried out by an experienced professional. The instructions
below are provided for information only.
2. All work should be verified to meet Local and National Building Regulations, and Health
and Safety Standards in particular.
3. Ensure that the specified torque is applied to fasten the Slide Brackets and Angle
Supports.
4. The Angle Supports of the InspireTM fixture must be fastened to the ceiling with the
appropriate load capacity.
5. The use of a safety rated chain or other arrest cable is mandatory as per standard
rigging practice.
6. While the supplied rails can support the weight of the fixture, it is highly important to
have the fixture secured with a safety cable.

2. Tools Required
Screwdriver with PH#1 (Minimum torque: 5.5 in-lb.)

3. Installation Guide
1. Remove the face plate of
the Inspire™ fixture by taking
out 2 x M3 flat head screws.
2. Slide the Sub-assemblies
[A] so that the Slide Brackets
[4] are inside the extrusions
and the rest of the Sub-
assembly are outside.
Ensure that the Sub-
assemblies [A] are on the
opposite side of each other.
3. Re-attach the Face Plate
of the fixture by tightening the
2 M3 Screws back in their
place.
4. Slide the Sub-assembly [A]
to the desired height (Gap
between the Angle Support
and Face Plate = Ceiling
Thickness + 6.15mm).
Tighten the 2 M5 screws on
each Sub-assembly [A] to
make a solid connection.

Note:
- Ceiling hole size: 8.7” / 22 cm
- Trim Ring outer diameter: 12” / 28 cm
- Trim Ring inner diameter: 4.1”/ 10.5 cm

5. Place the assembled kit
and fixture on the ceiling.
Ensure the fixture and the
ceiling hole are co-centric.
Clamp the angle bracket to
the ceiling (clamping
hardware is not supplied).
6. If the ceiling has rails,
ensure the rails are inside the
Angle Support’s [2] grooves.
Tighten the two M3.5 Screws
[6]. There are three holes
near both the ends of Angle
Support [2], to attach extra
supports, if needed.
7. Connect the power and
data wiring to the fixture,
secure the safety cable
(safety cable is not provided).
8. Pinch the springs on the
Trim Ring [1] and insert them
into the slots in Angle
Support [2].
9. Push the Trim Ring [1]
firmly into place for tight fit.
Adjust the Trim Ring [1] to
the centre of the lens.
