D•100B Class D Monoblock Amplifier
Thank you for purchasing the D•100B Monoblock Amplifier(s).
This is a 2nd generation of our original Award Winning D•100. The B version has several improvements in
performance and features.
Our XDC•2 circuit has been built-in to ensure quiet operation and remove DC from your AC power.
AC is fed to a new multi-output power transformer with separate windings for each circuit, then rectified by
discrete Schottky diode bridges. Low voltage sections are individually filtered and regulated.
The input stage has also been improved and is now identical to our larger D•200MKII & D•500MKII
models.
D•100B can be ordered in the following configurations:
LGR=26dB Gain/RCA input
LGX=26dB Gain/XLR input
HGR=32dB Gain/RCA input
HGX=32dB Gain/XLR input
The Your amplifiers were built by hand using the finest materials available and have been thoroughly tested.
Please read the Installation section before making any connections.
Installation:
•First, power down your audio system
•Find a suitable location for the D•100B’s. Desired location is on a dedicated shelf with adequate ventilation
for the rear heatsinks.
•Connect a pair of audio cables from your preamp’s output jacks to the input jack on each D•100B.
•Connect your speaker cables to the binding post pairs of each amplifier. (Red=Positive/Black=Negative)
•Depress the mute switch on each amplifier and leave in the in position.
•Insert the power cords into the rear of D•100B and then to a suitable outlet. At this point, the amber mute
indicator should illuminate.
•Next, repower the remainder of your system with the preamplifier’s volume control turned all the way down.
•Last, switch the D•100B’s into play mode and enjoy the music!
