Allmänt
Detta CPX bevattnings-kit är endast avsett att användas tillsammans med CPX
tankar. För bästa verkan och minimering av underhåll så bör regnvattnet
filtreras innan det når tanken. Läs hela instruktionen innan installation.
Ingående komponenter
Kontrollera att samtliga komponenter finns med innan montering.
1. Slang 19 mm, 2 m
2. Slangkoppling, 2 st
3. Slangklämma, 2 st
4. Slangsockel ¾”, 1 st
5. Slangsockel DN 20, inv. gänga, 1st
6. Pump
7. CPX Lock 600 mm, inklusive
brunnsbetäckning

Installation
1. Börja med att noggrant läsa igenom
instruktionen för pumpen.
2. Montera ¾” slangsockeln på anslutningen
vid nedre delen av brunnsbetäckningen
och dra åt.
3. Kontrollera att packningen sitter i
slangsockeln och montera sedan slangsockel
DN 20 och dra åt.
Handtaget, märkt ”A”, se bild, är tillbehör
och har ingen funktion mer än att fungera
som lyfthandtag.
Om man inte önskar ha det så är det bara att
snäppa loss det från sitt övre fäste och lyfta
ur det.
4. Montera slangen på pumpen och på
¾”-anslutningen på brunnsbetäckningen.
Dra åt slangklämmorna.

5. Anlita behörig elektriker för elinstallationen!
6. Sänk ner pumpen i tanken och anslut den till eluttaget och se till att
pumpen står upprätt och stadigt.
Se också till att slangen ligger fritt och inte är veckad.
7. Lägg på locket på tanken.
Peta upp de två svarta täcklocken, se bild, och lås
båda låsen med ett 16 mm hylsverktyg.
Sätt tillbaka täcklocken.
Av säkerhetsskäl ska locket alltid vara i låst
läge då det ligger på tanken!
8. Öppna locket på brunnsbetäckningen.
Därunder finns två huvudavstängningskranar
och två vattenanslutningar. Montera de två
medföljande slangkopplingarna på dina
slangar och anslut dessa.
Notera att pumpen startar automatiskt
då mottrycket sjunker. Stäng alltid av
huvudavstängningarna innan du tar loss
slangarna!
Bevattningskittet är nu klart för användning så fort det finns vatten i
tanken.

Skötsel och underhåll
Följ anvisningarna i instruktionen som medföljer pumpen.
Vintertid, eller om bevattningskittet inte ska användas över längre tid, så
lyft gärna ur pumpen ur tanken och förvara den på en torr och frostfri
plats.
Passa gärna på att då rengöra pumpen och inspektera de övriga
komponenterna.

General
Your CPX irrigation kit is only intended to be used with CPX tanks.
For best effect and minimization of maintenance the rainwater should be filtered
before it goes into the tank. Read the complete manual before installation.
Components
Check that no components are missing before you start the installation.
1. Hose 19 mm, 2 m
2. Hose coupling, 2 pcs
3. Hose clamp, 2 pcs
4. Hose socket ¾”, 1 pc
5. Hose socket DN 20, inside threads, 1 pc
6. Pump
7. CPX Lid 600 mm, with well cover.

Installation
1. Read the entire manual for the pump.
2. Attach the ¾” hose socket to the connection
at the lower section of the well.
Tighten.
3. Make sure the sealing is in place and then
attach the DN 20 hose socket. Tighten.
The handle, marked “A” see pic, is an option
and has no function except as a lifting handle.
If you don´t want it you can release it by
snap it loose at the upper bracket and
then just remove it.
4. Attach the hose to the pump and to the
connection at the lower section of the well.
Tighten the hose clamps.

5. A qualified electrician must be hired for the electrical installation.
6. Lower the pump into the tank and plug it into the electrical outlet.
Make sure the way for the hose is free and the hose is not twisted.
The pump must be standing upright and steady.
7. Place the lid on the tank.
Carefully pry up the two black covers, see pic,
and close the lid locks with a 16 mm wrench tool.
Reinstall the covers.
By safety reason the lid locks must
always be in closed position when
the lid is on the tank.
8. Open the lid for the well. There under you
will find two main switches for the water,
see pic, and two water connections.
Attach the two supplied hose couplings to
your water hoses and connect them.
Note that the pump will start automatically when the back pressure is
lowered. Always shut off the main switches before you disconnect the
water hoses.
Your CPX Irrigation kit is now ready for use as soon as there is water in
the tank.

Care and Maintenance
Follow the instructions supplied with the pump.
By wintertime or when the kit is not planned to be used for a longer
period it is wise to remove the pump from the tank and store it at a dry
and frost safe place. Take the opportunity to then clean and inspect the
pump and other components.
