Description
These wall-mount brackets are designed specifically for use with the Control4 CORE 1 Hub and Controller (C4-CORE1) or Control4 CORE 3 Hub and
Controller (C4-CORE3). The brackets provide several mounting options, such as on-wall or behind a TV in various orientations. The brackets have
VESA-standard hole sizes of 75 mm, 100 mm, and 200 mm (CORE 3 bracket only) for use on the back of a TV or monitor when the VESA mounts are
not in use. Several wall-mounting options are available as well, including standard US single-gang and double-gang box mounting.
Important! Do not mount over 6 ft high (2 m).

Important! Mount the bracket with the tabs on the bottom (opening to the top) so the controller will not fall out of the bracket.

Installing the bracket
To mount the bracket behind the TV
For most TVs, the VESA mounts are unused when the
original TV stand is in use. The bracket can be installed
behind the TV and hold the controller for a clean
installation.
Note: Use the mounting screws that came
with the TV. Using a longer screw may
damage the TV.

To mount the bracket to a wall box
A standard US single-gang or double-gang wall box
can be used to install the wall-mount bracket. This
option is for convenience only, and high-voltage wiring
should not be located in the gang box when using this
option.

To mount the bracket directly to the wall or other flat surface
Proper hardware (not included) should be used,
depending on the material that the wall-mount
bracket will be installed on. Mounting into a stud is
recommended.

Adding and removing the controller from the bracket
To add the controller to the bracket:
1 Orient the front or back of the controller toward the top of the bracket (the bottom has tabs to keep the controller from sliding out.) The
controller can be mounted either frontside-up or backside-up depending on the installation needs.
2 Slide the controller fully into the bracket.
3 Connect cables and then power on the controller.
To remove the controller from the bracket:
1 Power o the controller and then remove cables.
2 Slide controller up out of the mount.
