SPD series dehumidifier is in conformity with provisions of European security
requirements&standards, the safety works for people and equipment are done while
in design and manufacture process. In each section of the manual, there is safety
information, explicitly pointed out that the dangerous operation, "Danger Mark" was
marked in the front for warning
In the manual the best dehumidifier operation ways and procedures are provide d , but
they do guide only, are not liable for any personal responsibility or fulfill local safety
regulations. While installation and operation of the equipment, everyone shall bear
the liability:
• To p rotect equipment a ccording to the manual describes and explains the security ;
• Do care safety of yourself and others ;
• Dehumidification devices operation and maintenance works must be done by
related qualification professionals;
• Do not install dehumidification equipment around the explosion protection device s;
• Cut off power before open any cover in the housing;
• When the operation ende d , cooling equipment at least 15 minutes , then begin
maintenance ;
• If not for dehumidify equipment maintenance, the maintenance panel should be
closed if the maintenance is not being doing;
• Dehumidification equipment is limited to atmospheric pressure condition to
dehumidifying;
• F ilter device must be installed before using the dehumidification equipment ;
• Removing or deleting the marks/declares/notes in dehumidification equipment is
prohibited;
• The manual should be kept well for using in the future ;
• O riginal spare parts should be chosen;

It can be w idely used in hotels, office buildings, hospitals, commercial, research
institutions , swimming pools, and other places. Its working principle is evaporative
cooling, drying air under normal atmospheric pressure. Its working humidity range is
from 100%-30%(it can reduce the humidity down to 30% at most), and working
temp range is 5 ° C to 35 ° C , if it works beyond these ranges, it won ’ t dehumidify
enough, this problem is not belong to the quality of the equipment itself.

cool the incoming air steam below its dew point, and the water vapor will be went
out through the plate below evaporator. T he processed air is reheated while passing
through the condens e r coil. T he heat removed by the evaporator is returned to the air

T hrottling device system is one of four important system in refrigeration systems.
It will reduce the liquid refrigerant(coming from condens e r) ’ s high pressure, make
the refrigerant absorb heat under low pressure(low temp) while vaporization .
Anyway, it is one important component to ensure high pressure in condenser and low
pressure in evaporator. As a result of direct expansion way, small cooling loss, high
efficiency, it also prevents fluid strik ing and over-heating. Expansion valve superheat
stable, the system is stable

Dehumidifier controller, desi gned by ourself according to this kind dehumidifier,
powerful, high overall operating performance. Motor overload and short circuit
protection is introduced too ;
Motivation switches are overload and short circuit protection.
★Starting-up delay protection: If the dehumidifier is cut off normally, it will take 3
minutes when turn it on again;
★
Shutdown delay protection: When the dehumidifier is cut off normally, fans will
keep running for 3 minutes, bring the needless heat out of dehumidifier.
★
Fans selection: Fan can stop/keep run n ing while the setting RH is reached,
customer have can set it according to their demands.
★High temperature protection: Prevent the compressor running continuously at high
temperatures;
★Low pressure protection: Prevents the dehumidifier run n ing without refrigerant;

dehumidifier inside of room , the ceiling position will be the best. Some space around

be exposed to envi ron ment where temperature is below the process air ’ s d ew point .

ISO7807 recommended values. Pipes should be connected with the connection part
on flange, meanwhile, the screw bolt is limited to within 20mm. While connecting
the import and export pipes, some notes as below:

In order to reduce loss of static pressure, do the best to shorten the length of the
Pipe ;
• To ensure performance of machine, all rigid (galvanized) pipe fittings are required
to have air-tightness ;
•
The Pipes should have a good capacity of thermal insulation, then the
phenomenon of moisture condensation inside pipe wall will be avoided, and the
pipeline won't be corroded ;
•
To reduce noise and vibration transmitted along the pipes, the good quality, soft
and strong airtight adapting pieces should be used in the joint parts ;

Fresh air may be brought into the structure by connecting an insulated duct from
outside the structure to a tee located in the inlet duct of the SPD-136L . Advantages
of this form of ventilation include:
a . Outside air is filtered before entering the building.
b . Outside air will be dehumidified before entering if the SPD-136L is running in
dehumidification mode.
c . Drawing air from outside and blowing inside aids in slightly pressurizing the
structure. This helps prevent dirty and humid air from entering elsewhere. It also
reduces the potential for carcinogenic radon gas to enter and provides a small
amount of make-up air for open combustion and exhaust devices like the clothes
drier, fireplace, and water heater.
d . Exhaust fans are recommended in the bath rooms and
Kitchen. In cold climates or areas where the outdoor dew point is low at times,
ventilation can be used to dehumidify the structure, making the SPD-136L capable of
year-round drying. This is accomplished by bringing the dry, low dew point air into
the structure during these times. This approach is often more
economical than running the dehumidifier to remove excess moisture from the
structure. In cold climates, adeq ua tely ventilating is critical to reduce the inside
moisture content and avoid moisture accumulating in the wall cavities. TIP: if
your house experiences condensation on the interior surface of the windows during
the winter, increasing the amount of ventilation will often solve the problem. Large
q ua ntities of outside air will impact SPD-136L performance positively or negatively,
depending upon the inside and outside air

multiple returns, it is possible to select one to disconnect from the existing forced air

dehumidifier is power on,
The screen will become lightness after 3mins without any operation in controller.

value will keep flashing during setting work. User interface will be returned after
setting work.

A:Auto switch off function. Time setting range 1-24 hours, you can have
dehumidifier switch off automatically through this function. However, after time of
switch off, the fans of dehumidifier will keep run 10mins at a low speed. If the
sensor device detects current RH raising 5%, the dehumidifying system will re-work
again, or the whole dehumidifier will stop until you press " " again.

dehumidifier power on automatically through this function.
