CONFORMITÁ ALLE NORME E LEGGI
Le apparecchiature sono conformi alla Direttiva CEE n.89/336 relativa alla compatibilità elettromagnetica.
ISTRUZIONI PER L’INSTALLAZIONE AVVERTENZE
Installazione, adattamenti e manutenzione dell’apparecchiatura
devono essere effettuati da installatori qualificati e autorizzati, in conformità alle normative di sicurezza in vigore.
Il costruttore declina ogni responsabilità qualora tale obbligo non venga rispettato.
INSTALLAZIONE
• L’apparecchiatura funziona alla potenza termica nominale prevista quando la tensione di alimentazione elettrica è quella
• Mettere in funzione l’apparecchiatura secondo le istruzioni per l’uso, verificare la regolarità di funzionamento dei
dispositivi di comando e delle resistenze di riscaldamento.
Verifica della potenza termica nominale
• La potenza termica nominale è riportata nella tabella “Dati tecnici”.
• Collegare l’apparecchiatura ad una efficace presa di terra
• Collegare tra di loro (sistema equipotenziale) tutte le apparecchiature elettriche installate.
MESSA IN FUNZIONE
Verifica funzionamento impianto elettrico
• Utilizzare un cavo di alimentazione flessibile in gomma avente caratteristiche non inferiori al tipo H 07 RN-F.
• Il conduttore di terra deve essere piu' lungo degli altri conduttori. In caso di forte trazione del cavo o di rottura del
fermacavo il conduttore di terra deve scollegarsi dopo gli altri conduttori.
• Installare a monte dell'apparecchiatura un interruttore onnipolare di adeguata portata, con un’apertura dei contatti di
almeno 3 mm e un dispositivo di protezione ad alta sensibilità. La massima corrente di dispersione dell'apparecchiatura è di
1 mA/kW.

• Accostare tra loro le apparecchiature e livellarle alla medesima altezza.
• L' apparecchiatura deve essere alimentata con una linea elettrica indipendente opportunamente dimensionata (vedi tabella
“Dati tecnici”).
Collegamenti elettrici
• L’apparecchiatura è predisposta per funzionare alla tensione indicata sulla targa dati.
• Rimuovere la pellicola che protegge i pannelli esterni. Il collante eventualmente rimasto su questi va tolto con idoneo
solvente.
Posizionamento
Montaggio
• Livellare l’apparecchiatura agendo sui piedini regolabili.
• Le dimensioni di ingombro/allacciamento e i dati tecnici sono riportati nelle pagine in appendice.
• Posizionare l’apparecchiatura ad almeno 10 cm dalle pareti circostanti. Tale distanza può essere inferiore quando le pareti
sono incombustibili o protette da isolante termico.

• Rimuovere il gruppo riscaldante
• Staccare e scollegare il termostato e togliere il bulbo dalla sede nella quale è inserito. Sostituire il componente.
Rimuovere il gruppo riscaldante
Ventilatore interno
• Scollegare ed estrarre la resistenza che risulta difettosa.
Resistenza riscaldamento
• Rimuovere il gruppo riscaldante
• rimuovere il gruppo riscaldante estraendo prima la parte posteriore e quindi quella anteriore.
Difficoltosa o mancata regolazione temperatura
• Termostato di regolazione difettoso.
• Resistenza mal collegata o bruciata (sostituire la resistenza difettosa).
• Intervento del termostato di sicurezza.
SOSTITUZIONE PARTI SOGGETTE A RICAMBIO
IMPORTANTE. Prima di procedere a riparazioni, togliere tensione all’apparecchiatura disinserendo l’interruttore
generale di corrente. I componenti sigillati non devono essere manomessi. Per accedere ai particolari
dell’impianto elettrico dell’apparecchiatura, estrarre il gruppo riscaldante .
Estrazione del gruppo riscaldante
• Estrarre il ripiano intermedio.
• Tensione di alimentazione insufficiente o errato collegamento elettrico dell’apparecchiatura.
• Termostato di regolazione del riscaldamento difettoso.
• Resistenza mal collegata o bruciata (sostituire la resistenza difettosa).
• Intervento del termostato di sicurezza.
ATTENZIONE Se i valori di alimentazione elettrica, non rientrano nei limiti indicati nella Tabella T1, interrompere
il funzionamento dell’apparecchiatura e contattare l’Ente di erogazione dell’energia elettrica.

Se l’apparecchiatura non riscalda, disinserire l’alimentazione elettrica all’apparecchiatura e avvisare il servizio di assistenza

ANOMALIE – ERRORI



Termoregolatore DIGITALE
Se sul Display del termoregolatore compare la dicitura “ PR1 “ – ERRORE SONDA AMBIENTE -- :
CONTROLLI :
- Corretta posizione sonda temperatura
- Connessione sonda
- Rottura sonda
- Temperatura ambiente
Se tutto risulta corretto togliere corrente per 15 secondi e quindi procedere con l’accensione.
L’APPARECCHIATURA NON RISCALDA :
Controllare che l’interruttore generale sia in posizione 1 e sia illuminato.
Controllare che il termostato di sicurezza non sia intervenuto
Controllare il corretto posizionamento delle stoviglie all’interno del vano armadio caldo.
- La griglia superiore del gruppo riscaldante non va mai ostruita .( GR1 )
- Verificare che ci siano 7-10 cm di luce tra il fondo e il ripiano intermedio e tra il ripiano e il sotto-piano.
Cio’ per favorire la circolazione dell’aria riscaldata e permettere la corretta distribuzione della temperatura
Controllare che le griglie esterne di aerazione sia libere.
Controllare che il cavo della sonda non sia interrotto.
Controllare che le porte del vano siano chiuse ( armadio passante )
ATTENZIONE :
• Richiedere, almeno due volte l’anno, l’intervento di un tecnico autorizzato per il controllo dell’apparecchiatura. È
opportuno in ogni caso stipulare un contratto di manutenzione.
• Prima di un lungo periodo di inattività dell' apparecchiatura disinserire l’interruttore principale di corrente installato a
monte della stessa. Procedere alla sua accurata pulizia.
PULIZIA E MANUTENZIONE
DISPOSIZIONE STOVIGLIE PER CORRETTO
FUNZIONAMENTO.
• Non usare prodotti corrosivi per la pulizia del pavimento sottostante l’apparecchiatura.
• Non usare oggetti appuntiti che possano incidere e rovinare le superfici d’acciaio o delle parti smaltate.
• Non usare pagliette di ferro o prodotti contenenti cloro.
• Pulire giornalmente le superfici in acciaio inox con acqua e comuni detersivi non abrasivi, sciacquare bene e asciugare
accuratamente.
• Prima di eseguire qualunque operazione di pulizia staccare l’alimentazione elettrica.
• Non lavare l’apparecchiatura con getti d’acqua.

• The nominal heat input is correct when the appliance is fitted with the appropriate supply voltage is as specified in Table
T1.
Checking the nominal heat input
Switch on the appliance in accordance with the instructions for use and check the control devices and heating elements.
Checking the electrical system
• Connect each system (PA) all electrical equipment installed
• Connect the equipment into an effectively earthed.
Earth and equipotential connection
TURNING ON THE APPLIANCE
• Make sure the power terminal block of appliance is connected to a separate duly rated power line (see the “Technical
data” table).
• The appliance is designed to operate at the voltage indicated on the rating plate.
Electrical connections
• The appliance must be fitted with homopolar safety cut-out switches of suitable capacity with a contact breaking distance
of at least 3 mm, and highly sensitive differential protection device. The maximum leakage current is 1 mA/kW.
• The power supply cable must be flexible and of a type matching at least the qualities of a rubber-type cable H 07 RN-F.
• Carefully remove the protective film from the external panels to avoid leaving any trace of glue. Use a suitable diluent to
remove any glue residue.
Installation
• This distance may be reduced if the walls are flameproof or protected by insulating material.
• Place the appliances side by side and adjust to the same height.
Joining tables together in line
• Set the appliance level by means of the adjustable feet.
The manufacturer declines all responsibility for failure to comply with this requirement.
• Position the appliance at least 10 cm from surrounding walls.
• The overall dimensions/connections and technical data are shown on the corresponding pages in the appendix.

• Check the fuse valves.

IMPORTANT : Always disconnect the appliance from the mains power supply using the main power switch before
carrying out maintenance work or repairs.
IMPORTANT : The electrical power supply readings must correspond with the ratings shown in Tables T1. If not,
switch off the appliance and contact your local Electricity Board immediately.

Only contact the technical service centre authorised by the manufacturer and only use original spare parts.
The manufacturer declines all responsibility for failure to comply with any of the above requirements.

The thermostat knob indicated the following:

• Press the luminous switch 0/1 (if present).
• Turn the thermostat control knob to position want (ON indicator illuminated).
Turning off the heating
• To switch off the heating elements simply turn the thermostat knob to 0.
• Press the luminous switch 0/1 (if present).
If the appliance does not heat, disconnect the electrical power to the appliance and call the technical assistance service.
USE MECHANICAL THERMOSTAT
Beware of the appliance’s hot surfaces!
WARNINGS
The appliance is equipped with a safety thermostat which cuts off the power supply to the heating element in the event of a
malfunction. To restore operation, undo the screw on the front panel, press the thermostat reset button through the hole,
using the tip of a screwdriver.
Carefully read this instructions booklet and keep in a safe place for future consultation. Before using the appliance for the
first time, thoroughly clean all the food contact surfaces.

If the controller appears on the display the words "PR1" - ENVIRONMENT PROBE ERROR -:
- Correct position of temperature probe
- Probe connection
- Failure Probe
- Room temperature
If everything is correct remove power for 15 seconds and then proceed with the lighting.
EQUIPMENT DO NOT HEAT:
Check that the switch is in position 1 and is illuminated.
Check that the thermostat has not been involved
Check the correct positioning of the dishes out of the locker room hot.
- The top grid of the heating device should never be blocked. ( GR 1 )
Check that the external ventilation grills is free.
Check that the probe cable is not interrupted.
Check that the doors are closed compartment (cabinet through)
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
IMPORTANT :
• Do not rinse equipment with water jets.
• Before any cleaning, unplug the power supply.
• Clean surfaces daily with water in stainless steel and common non-abrasive detergent, rinse well and
dry thoroughly.
• Do not use steel wool or products containing chlorine.
• Do not use sharp objects that can affect and damage the surfaces of steel or enamelled parts.
• Do not use harsh products to clean the floor beneath the equipment.
• Before a long idle period of the 'equipment off the main switch current installed upstream of the same.
Proceed to its thorough cleaning.
• Require at least twice a year, the intervention of a technician to check the equipment. It should in any
case to take out a maintenance contract.
