THERMOELECTRIC COOLER CF-0234
We appreciate that you have chosen the Coolfort product. Please, read these instructions carefully and operate the appliance according to the
recommendations. Please, save these instructions for future reference.
FEATURES
The cooler which function principle is based on the application of thermoelectric technology using Peltier elements is the best choice for driv-
ers and athletes. You can enjoy cooled drinks during picnics and trips to the country, while travelling or even during a traffic jam on the road.
Universal power supply allows to use the cooler in a car (DC 12 V).
CHARACTERISTICS
1. To reach the most effect put already frosted foodstuff or cooled beverages into the refrigerator, the foodstuff will stay cool for a long time.
It takes 2-3 hours to cool foodstuff or beverages. Of course, it takes more time to cool down warm foodstuff or beverages.
2. The appliance is designed with the use of special technology of the noise minimization during refrigerator operation.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Before using the electrical unit, read this instruction manual carefully and keep it for future reference.
Use the unit for its intended purpose only, as specified in this manual. Mishandling the unit can lead to its breakage and cause harm to the
user or damage to his/her property.
• During the cooler box operation proper ventilation and air circulation are necessary.
• Protect the unit from heavy blows which may damage the unit or its parts or break the circuit inner elements.
• Provide that no water gets into the ventilation openings.
• If you use the unit at high temperature or humidity, water droplets may appear inside the unit. It doesn’t mean that the unit is damaged.
Wipe the droplets with a dry cloth.
• You can use the unit in the camping area. Do not expose the unit to direct sunlight and rain.
• For children safety reasons do not leave polyethylene bags used as a packaging unattended.
Attention! Do not allow children to play with polyethylene bags or packaging film. Danger of suffocation!
• Do not leave children unattended to avoid them using the unit as a toy.
• Do not repair the unit by yourself. Do not disassemble the unit by yourself, if any malfunction is detected or after the unit has been
dropped, unplug it and apply to any authorized service center at the contact addresses given in the warranty certificate and on the
website www.coolfort.ru.
• To avoid damages, transport the unit in the original package only.
• Keep the unit in a dry cool place unreachable for children and disabled persons.
• The unit is not intended to be used by people (including children) with any physical, sensory or mental disabilities or by persons lacking
life experience or knowledge if they are not under supervision of a person who is responsible for their safety or if they are not instructed by
this person on the usage of the unit.
THIS UNIT IS INTENDED FOR HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY. ITS COMMERCIAL USAGE AND USAGE IN PRODUCTION AREAS AND WORK SPACES
IS PROHIBITED.
BEFORE THE FIRST USE
After unit transportation or storage at low temperature keep it for at least three hours at room temperature before switching on.
• Unpack the unit completely and remove any packaging materials that can prevent the unit operation.
• Check the unit for damages, do not use it in case of any.
Attention! You can open the cooler only when the carrying handle is lowered completely.
USING THE UNIT
1. Use the cord (8) to connect the cooler in a car (12 V).
2. Insert the power cord (8) plug with one end into the cigarette lighter socket and with the other into the power supply socket (9).
3. Turn switcher (7) to cooling mode position «COLD».
4. The cooler box will start operating.
5. To turn off the appliance turn the switcher (7) to “OFF” position and unplug the cable.
6. For the sake of transportation convenience the refrigerator is supplied with handle (4), in vertical position the handle (4) locks the cooler
caps (2).
Note:
–In the cooling mode the green indicator (6) is flashed.
–The delivery set includes a separating grid intended for spacing the inside of the cooler box and separate storing of the products. To install
the grid, hold it vertically, insert into special grooves in the inner walls and move it down until bumping.
Attention!
– To provide the normal operation of the unit the good ventilation is required.
– Do not allow the grills (3) been blocked.

– Usage in camping is allowed. Do not expose to the direct sun light and rain, protect against strikes, - it would result in a damage of the unit,
breakdown of the parts, or break of the elements of inside electric circuit.
– Do not use the unit if the power cord is damaged.
– Do not try to repair the unit by yourself. Apply to the authorized service center.
– If the refrigerator is used in very hot or humid environment, the water drops would appear inside the appliance. This is not the sign of the
unit malfunction. Just wipe the drops out by dry cloth.
REPLACING A FUSE
The power cord (8) plug has short circuit protection.
– To replace the fuse unscrew the upper part of the plug.
– Remove and replace the fuse.
– Screw the upper part of the plug.
Attention! Do not use fuses for current more than 5 A.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
a) Disconnect from the power source before cleaning.
b) It is forbidden to clean the outer or inside parts of the refrigerator by detergents and abrasive cleaners. Use neutral detergent to remove
any fat impurities.
c) Use clean damp cloth to remove the small dirtying.
d) Do not wash the cap of the cooler (2) under the water jet.
e) Use the vacuum cleaner to remove the dirt from the outer ventilating grills (3), and wipe the grills with damp cloth after.
f) Unplug the unit when not in use for a long time.
LIST OF MALFUNCTIONS AND TROUBLE SHOOTING
Malfunction Possible causes and the ways to eliminate
Refrigerator is not
working, and the fan
does not rotating.
1. Check out whether the unit is connected to the power source, and is switched on.
2. Possibly, the protector in the circuit of the cigar lighter jack is burnt off.
3. Make sure there is no short circuit in the plug, and the pins of the plug are operable.
Cooling malfunctions
1. Make sure the ventilating openings are not blocked by any objects.
2. Ensure the unit is located not too close to the other objects, and its ventilating openings are not closed by
them.
3. If the cooling function or the fan malfunctions, apply to the authorized service center for repair.
4. If the fan is working properly, but the unit does not cool, the possible cause is the cooling element’s malfunc-
tion. Apply to the authorized service center for repair.

RECYCLING
For environment protection do not throw out the unit and the batteries (if included), do not discard the unit and the batteries with usual house-
hold waste after the service life expiration; apply to specialized centers for further recycling.
The waste generated during the disposal of the unit is subject to mandatory collection and consequent disposal in the prescribed manner.
For further information about recycling of this product apply to a local municipal administration, a disposal service or to the shop where you
purchased this product.
The manufacturer preserves the right to change design, structure and specifications not affecting general principles of the unit operation
without a preliminary notification due to which insignificant differences between the manual and product may be observed. If the user reveals
such differences, please report them via e-mail [email protected] for receipt of an updated manual.
Unit operating life is not less than 3 years

must be produced when making any claim under the terms of this guarantee.
