SUFFOCATION HAZARD
Babies have suffocated:
 •Onpillows,comforters,andextrapadding
 •Ingapsbetweenawrong-sizemattress,or
extra padding and product sides
 •NEVER add soft bedding or padding
 •UseONLY mattress provided by
manufacturer.
•Ifasheetisusedwiththepad,useonlytheoneprovidedbythebassinet
manufacturer or one specifically designed to fit the dimension of the
bassinet mattress.
•AlwaysplacebabyonbacktosleeptoreducetheriskofSIDSand
suffocation.
FALL HAZARD– To help prevent falls, do not use this product when the
infant begins to push up on hands and knees or has reached 20 lbs (9 kg),
whichever comes first.
•Stringscancausestrangulation!Donotplaceitemswithastringaround
a child’s neck, such as a hood string or pacifier cords. Do not suspend
strings over a product or attach strings to toys.
•Do not use if any part of the bassinet is broken, torn or missing. Contact
Consumer Care for replacement parts and instructional literature if needed.

Legs
Slide cross bar into opening 1until the pin
clicks 2. Repeat for other three legs.
Turn bassinet upside down on the floor. Slide leg
assembly into the two leg openings until both
sides click 3.
Patas
Deslice la barra fija en la abertura 1hasta que se
