• Beforeusingtheovenforthersttime,removeanypaper
and other material inside the oven such as protective card-
board,booklets,plasticbags,etc.
• Theappliancemustbekeptatadistanceofatleast20cm
fromthemainspowersockettowhichitisconnected.
• After positioning the appliance on the worktop, leave a
spaceofatleast10cmbetweenthesurfacesoftheappli-
anceandthesideandatleast10cmabovetheoven.
• Before using for the rst time, operate the oven empty
with the thermostat at maximum for at least 15 minutes
toeliminatethe“new”smellandanysmokecausedbythe
presenceofprotectivesubstancesappliedtotheheating
elements before transport.Ventilate the room.
• Washallaccessoriesthoroughlybeforeuse.
Important!
Failuretoobservethewarningcouldresultininjuryordamage

• Thisovenisdesignedtocookfood.Itmustneverbeused
forotherpurposes,modiedortamperedwithinanyway.
• When you have unpacked the appliance, make sure the
door is undamaged and working correctly. The door is
made from glass and is therefore fragile. If it is visibly
chipped,scoredorscratched,itshouldbereplaced.While
using,cleaningormovingtheappliance,avoidslamming
orknockingthedoorviolently.Donotpourcoldliquidonto

Toselectthecookingtime,turnthetimerknobclockwisetothe
desired time.
Indicatorlight(D)islitonlywhentimehasbeenset.
Whenthetimerknobhasreachedthe“0”position,anaudible
signalwillbeemittedandtheappliancewillturno.
Thecookingtimecanbechangeduringcookingcycle.Justturn
thetimerknobtothedesiredtimeandcontinuecooking.
Forusetheappliancewithouttimecontrol,turnthetimerknob
toONposition.Inthiscase,the appliancewillworkuntilthe
timerknobissetto“0”position.

Whencookingwiththeconvectionoven,traditionalovenand
grilling,alwayspreheattheovenfor5minutestothesettem-
perature.

BAKE
This function is ideal for all types of sh, stued vegetables,
cakes with whipped egg-whites and cakes thatrequire long
cookingtimes(over60min.).Proceedasfollows:
• Insertthewirerack(F)orthebakepan(H)tothedesired
guide.
• Turnthefunctionselectorknob(B)tothe position.
• Selecttherequiredtemperaturebyturningthethermostat
knob(A).
• Turn thetimerknob(C)totheONpositionor selectthe

• Afterhavingpre-heatedtheovenfor5minutes,placethe
food inside.

• Oncethecookingtimehasbeencompleteandyouhave
checked the internal temperature of the food to ensure
thatithas cooked properly, youcanremovethespit (L)
withthespithandle(M).
INTERIOR LIGHT (ONLY ON SOME MODELS)
Turnthefunctionselectorknob(B)tothe position and the
interiorlightstayon.
CLEANING
Frequentcleaningwillpreventtheformationofsmokeandbad
smellsduringcooking.
Beforeperforminganycleaningoperations,alwaysunplugthe
appliancefromthepowersocket.
Neverimmersetheapplianceinwater;donotwashitbyspray-
ingitwithwater.
Thewirerack(F),bakepan(H),crumbtray(N)arewashedlike
normaldishes,byhandorinthedishwasher.
Alwaysuseadampspongetocleantheoutersurface.
Avoidusingabrasiveproductsthatmaydamagethesurfacen-
ish.Makesurewaterorliquidsoapdoesnotinltratethrough
theslitsontherighthandsideoftheoven.
Tocleantheinsideoftheoven,neverusecorrosiveproductsand
donotscrapethewallswithsharpobjectsorblades.
Onlyusenon-abrasiveliquiddetergents.Donotattempttopush
forks, knives or sharp objects into the openings on the right
hand side and the rear of the oven.
Removethecrumbtraybypullingitoutwards.Incaseofdi-
culty,wettheoutsidepartsofthetray.Removeanydirtwitha
dampcloth.Drythoroughlyandthenputthetraybackinplace.
