WhenselectingacamerasystemfromDakotaMicro,besuretoutilizetheappropriatesystemforyouruse.InnoPro,
AgCamandEnduraCamcamerasaredesignedforhighimpact,moisture,vibrationandavarietyofotherrough
conditions.OverViewcamerasandkitcomponentsaredesignedforlightuse,lowvibrationandlowmoisture.OverView
equipmentisnotwarrantedwhenusedinsituationsoutsideoftheabovementionedparameters.Wealwaysrequest
thatcustomerskeepinmindthatourlessexpensiveOverViewproductlineischeaperbecauseitdoesnotfeaturethe
reliabilityanddurabilityofourInnoPro,AgCamandEnduraCamlines.Thewarrantyavailableontheseproductsreflects
thatdurability.
Toavoidelectricalshockandmaintainoptimalfunctionality,donotopentheenclosures.Highvoltagemaybepresent
andtherearenouserserviceablepartsinside.Allwarrantieswillbevoidshouldanyenclosuresbetamperedwithinany
way.
Donotuseanyharshchemicalsolvents,cleaningagentsorcorrosivedetergenttocleanawaydirtonthesurfaceofthe

materialandworkmanshipforperiodsasstatedhereafterfromthedateoforiginalpurchase.THISWARRANTYISEXPRESSLYMADEINLIEUOF
ANYANDALLOTHERWARRANTIES,EXPRESSORIMPLIED,INCLUDINGTHEIMPLIEDWARRANTIESOFMERCHANTABILITYORFITNESS.THE
EXCLUSIVEREMEDYOFTHEBUYERISLIMITEDTOREPAIRORREPLACEMENTOFTHEPRODUCT.EXCEPTASSTATEDINTHISWARRANTY,
DAKOTAMICROSHALLNOTBELIABLEFORANYLOSS,INCONVENIENCE,ORDAMAGE,INCLUDINGDIRECT,SPECIAL,INCIDENTAL,OR
CONSEQUENTIALDAMAGES,RESULTINGFROMTHEUSEORINABILITYTOUSETHEPRODUCT,WHETHERRESULTINGFROMBREACHOF

DakotaMicrowill,atitsoption,eitherrepairthedefectorreplacethedefectiveProductorpartthereofwithaneworremanufacturedequivalent
atnochargetothepurchaserforpartsorlaborfortheperiodofthree(3)yearsforAgCam®/EnduraCam®andInnoPro®cameras;two(2)yearsfor
AgCam®/EnduraCam®monitors,andWirelesscomponents;TwelveMonths(12)forallOverviewCameras&Monitors,cablesandallother
accessories.
TheDakotaMicrolimitedwarrantyperiodsoutlinedaboveapplythroughouttheUnitedStatesandCanadaonly.Aone(1)yearmaximumlimited
warrantyforallProductsappliestoallothergeographiclocationsunlessotherwisestatedinwritingbyDakotaMicro.
ThislimitedwarrantydoesnotapplytoanyissuesconnectedwithappearancethathavenorelationtotheperformanceoftheProductnortoany
Producttheexteriorofwhichhasbeendamagedordefaced,whichhasbeensubjectedtoimpropervoltageorothermisuse,abnormalserviceor
handling,orwhichhasbeenalteredormodifiedindesignorconstruction.
Inordertoenforcetherightsunderthislimitedwarranty,thepurchasershouldfollowthestepssetforthinthecompleteDakotaMicro“Product
Warranty&RepairProcess”listedonpage15‐sectionXIII,andprovideproofofpurchasetoDakotaMicro.
NeitherthesalespersonnelofDakotaMicronoranydealeroranyotherpersonisauthorizedtomakeanywarrantiesotherthanthosedescribed
herein,ortoextendthedurationofanywarrantiesbeyondthetimeperiodsdescribedherein.
ThewarrantiesdescribedhereinshallbethesoleandexclusivewarrantiesandremediesprovidedbyDakotaMicro.Correctionofdefects,inthe
mannerandfortheperiodoftimedescribedherein,shallconstitutecompletefulfillmentofallliabilitiesandresponsibilitiesofDakotaMicrotothe
purchaserwithrespecttotheProduct,andshallconstitutefullsatisfactionofallclaims.InnoeventshallDakotaMicrobeliableorinanyway
responsibleforanydamagesordefectsintheProductwhichwerecausedbyrepairsorattemptedrepairsperformedbyanyoneotherthanDakota
Micro.
Somestatesdonotallowthelimitationorexclusionofincidentalorconsequentialdamages,sosaidlimitationmaynotapplytoyou.
Anyactionatlaw,suitinequity,orotherjudicialproceedingfortheenforcementofanyrightprovidedforhereinorotherwise,orwithrespectto
anyclaimthatapurchasermayhaveagainstDakotaMicroshallbeinstitutedonlyintheCourtsoftheStateofNorthDakota,eitherinthestate
districtcourtlocatedinWahpeton,NorthDakotaorinFederalDistrictCourtlocationinFargo,NorthDakota.Withoutregardtoconflictsoflaw
principles,thelawsofthestateofNorthDakotashallgoverntheinterpretationandenforcementofthetermsofthisLimitedWarrantyandall
aspectsoftherelationshipbetweenDakotaMicroandthepurchaser.
Thiswarrantygivesyouspecificlegalrightsandyoumayalsohaveotherrights,whichmayvaryfromstatetostate.
