Oncethecameraissecurelymounted,plugthecamerapigtailintorearofInnoPro®camera.Youcannowplugthe
remainingendofthepigtailintoyourCAT5w/RJ45andpowersupply.Makesureallconnectionspointsaresecurely
attached.


Cam”).Usethe“scanCamera”functionwhenyouaddacameratotheapptofindyourInnoProcamera.Dakota
Microdoesnotprovidesupportforthisfunction.Ifyouarenotanadvancednetworkuser,consultanetwork
providerforassistance.

yourAdminPassword.Ifyouwouldlike,youcanassignapassword
now.Ifyouleavetheboxesempty,youwillbeabletologintothe
softwareinthefuturewithoutenteringapassword.Youhavethe
abilitytoaddorchangeyourpasswordatanytimeinthefuture.


7. OnceyourInnoPro®softwareisopen,clickonthespyglassicon
( )to“SearchDevices”.Thiswill“sniffout”alloftheavailableIP
devicesonyournetwork.

8. Devicesthatareavailableonyoursystemshouldappearbelowthe
words“FoundDevices”inblack.Selectadevicebysingleclickingon
it.
NOTE:Additionaldevicesmayappearinred.Thesearedevicesthat
utilizeadifferentprotocolandwillnotbeabletobeaccessedbythis
software. 
9. YourInnoPro®softwarewillautomaticallydetermineanyrequired
settingadjustments.Ifyouseeallgreenchecksnexttoyournetwork
settings,allyouneedtodoisnameyourcamera.
10. Click“AddCamera”.Thecameranamewillappearatthetopofthe
screenwhenthecameraisselected.

NOTE:Networkingisbeyondthescopeofthisguide.Pleasecontact
anetworkingprofessionalforassistanceifnecessary. 
11. IfyourInnoPro®camerarequiresupdatedNetworkSettings,ayellow
exclamationmarkwillappearnexttothosesettings.
12. ClicktheblueArrowtotheleftof“RecommendedNetworkSettings”
toupdateyoursettings.
13. Click“ApplySettings”
14. NowyoucanNameyourcameraandclick“AddCamera”

