Safety Precautions
Before using the Milk Heater always carefully read and comply with all these instrucons.
1. Ensure your electricity voltage should meet the standard AC 220-240V 50/60Hz.
2. Ensure the socket should be type-G
3. This appliance has been incorporated with a grounded plug. Please ensure the wall socket
in your house is well earthed.
4. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
5. Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner or in a heated oven.
6. Unplug from socket when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting or
taking off parts, and before cleaning the appliance.
7. Do not operate this appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunc-
tions, or has been damaged in any manner. Return appliance to the nearest authorized service
facility for examination to repair or adjustment.
8. In-addition of accessory attachment not recommended by the appliance manufacturer, may
result in fire, electric shock, or injury to persons.
9. Do not let the cord hang over the edge of a table or counter, or upon hot surfaces.
10. Please do not touch or move the machine directly when the machine working, The outer
surface of the glass will be very hot when the milk heater is heating;
11. To protect against fire, electric shock and injury to persons, do not immerse cord, plugs,
or base the of device in water or other liquid.
12. When adding water or milk to the glass Kettle, pay attention to the highest water level and
do not exceed the MAX mark line for water and 1.5L for milk.
13. Do not reheat the milk , otherwise will overflow.
14. Once the fault, defect or device drop caused by suspicious defect, unplug the power cord
immediately, do not operate the defected device.
15. Do not add the ginger or any spices, heating with the milk, otherwise the bottom will burnt.
16. Do not use at outdoors.
17. This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as: i) Staff
kitchen areas in coffee shops, offices, hotels, restaurants and other working environment. ii)
Farm house. iii) By clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments. iv) Bed
and breakfast type environments.
18. This appliance is not intended for use by persons(including children)with reduced physical,-
sensory or mantal caoabilities per lack of experiences and knowledge,unless they have been
given supervision of instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person being responsible
for their safety.

Before first use of the device
Milk Heat (Medium)
1. Fill the kettle with clean water up to the MAX level. Boil the water
and empty the contents of the kettle. Repeat this process 2 to 3 times.
2. Clean all the accessories and detachable components.
3. Now the device is ready for Heating Milk
1. Open the lid upward.
3. Close the lid.
4. Connect the power cord into the socket.
5. Milk Heat (Med) is a default function. So, press Start button. The Mixer head will
start rotate and simultaneously the device will start heating.
6. When the temperature reaches 80ºC, there will be a beep sound, LCD will show
Finish.
7. Now you can serve Milk
8. The device will turn to Keep Warm function automatically for 120 Mins. And LCD
shows Keep Warm the system turns to keep warm automatically.

2. Add liquid Milk up to
1.5L

2. Pour room temperature pure water into the
kettle up to the ”MAX” level, Max capacity for water
is 1.2L. Add 4 spoons of milk powder and 2 spoons
of sugar
(optional)
into the
kettle.
1. Open the lid upward.

Milk Pasteurize
1. Open the lid upward.
2. Add fresh Milk into the kettle, up-to 1.5 L level.
3. Connect the power cord into the socket.
4. Press function button (Press Twice) for Milk Pasteurizing
to set a function to perform, the LCD shows Milk
Pasteurizing then press Start button. The Mixer will start
rotate and simultaneously the device will start heating.
5. When the temperature reaches 73ºC and maintain for
20seconds, there will be a beep sound, LCD will show Finish.
6. After this process or before the milk needs to cool down
up to 4ºCafter that you can serve pasteurized Milk.
3. Close the lid.
4. Connect the power cord into the socket.
5. Press function button (Single Press) Milk Heat (High) to set a function to perform,
and continued to press Start button. The Mixer head will start rotate and
simultaneously the device will start heating.
6. When the temperature reaches 90ºC, there will be a beep sound, LCD will show
Finish.
7. Now you can serve Milk
8. The device will turn to Keep Warm function automatically for 120 Mins. And LCD
shows Keep Warm the system turns to keep warm automatically.

Cleaning & Care
To ensure a long service life:
If you don’t clean after use, there will be produce a peculiar smell, and stain will
form. To avoid the stains and odor, it require the following .
i. Pour the water into “MAX” level, add about 20g White vinegar or 20g citric acid
into the water, close the lid, and press( Press twice) Milk Heat (High) function for one
cycle. If peculiar smell is much heavy, you can make it few times recycle.
ii. Pour out the hot water, and then use the cold water to cleaning few times; Wipe
the surface of the device with a damp cloth.
Note: Don’t put the base and kettle washed under water directly or in dishwasher. Please
avoid water on the electronic component when you wipe the surface of the machine.
Notes
Don’t worry about it if appears the following situation when product in use. It’s common phenomenon:
1. Machine will continue working when you remove the body from the base and
return it within 5 minutes. But after 5 minutes, the machine will return to standby
mode.The machine will not continue to work even if it is placed the body back on the
base.need to press the “start” button if need to working again.
2. If there is not enough water or no water in the cup but machine is started by
mistake, the machine will work for about 1Min and all indicator lights will turn off
and the screen will display “E1”. This is the dry burn protection program.Pull out the
plug and inserts it again will become normal.
3. The screen will display “E2” after the machine has been dry burned for many times
(E1 appears for many times continuously), which is the overheating protection.Re-
move the plug, let the machine cooling down for a while or add cold water to the cup
and plug it again can be restored to normal.
4. If machine is left on standby mode for more than 15 minutes, the screen and all
indicator lights will turn off and enter sleep mode. Press any key to wake up.
