I. Basic Functions of the Product

II. SIM Card Installation:
Step 1: In accordance with prompt direction of SIM card
slot in the watch, install Micro SIM card (China Mobile 2G
card), and activate caller ID display function, monthly
package (30M/monthly package is recommended).
Step 2: Press and hold On/Off key until the screen is lit,
the screen will show that the watch enters the power-on
state. (When the watch reads the card and can receives
the signal, it can’t be powered off locally. To power it off,
use mobile APP.)
Step 3: Download the APP to your mobile phone (scan
quick response code prompted by the instruction manual).
Watch number login is ID number on the back of watch,
initial password is: 123456.)
Remarks: All the devices can make a phone call to the
watch when the watch leaves the factory. The user can fill
in main monitoring number in the settings; after setting

up main monitoring number successfully, only main
monitoring number, SOS number, numbers of white list
and address book can make a phone call to the watch.
III. APP Using Steps:
1: APP Download and Login
Use the mobile phone to scan the below quick response
code or enter the domain name in the browser:

Step 2: Login
Open APP, select the watch number login method, enter
ID number (can be found on the back of watch), enter the
password (factory default password: 123456), and then
can use APP normally.
You are advised to enter the backstage and change the
login password after successful login.

3: APP Using Instructions
Watch positioning:
●Click the watch positioning to see the latest position of
watch. The map also can be freely zoomed out as you
like.

2.Historical traces
It can find out where the old man with the watch has been
to.
3.Safe area
●It can set up various safe areas; if the old man leaves the
safe areas, APP will automatically receive the alerting.
4.Weiliao
●Through Weiliao function, it can interact with the old man
just like weixin chat.
5.Settings
●GPS position data uploading interval: There are three
modes available; quick positioning can upload the position
information every 30 seconds, the positioning mode

updates the position timely but is power-consuming,
please don’t use the mode for a long time. When the
watch leaves the factory, it is defaulted as uploading the
position information every 10 minutes (the mode is
recommended). The third is power saving mode, the
watch uploads the position information every one hour.
●Set up main monitoring number which accepts the low
battery alarm information. After setting up main monitoring
number, the watch only accepts incoming calls from white
list, main monitoring number, familiarity number and
address book to avoid unwanted calls.
●Voice monitoring: Enter your phone number in the dialog
box, click confirm, and the watch will dial your phone
number immediately after a command returns. Speaker of
the watch is disabled in the conversation and does not
make any sound.
●Set up familiarity number: Besides son's and
daughter-in-law's numbers, numbers of other guardians
also can be set. Enter a guardian's number, and confirm.
The setting is successful if the watch shows that the
command has been returned. Long press SOS key, the
watch will automatically dial the familiarity numbers; dial
the numbers for two turns if there is no answer.
●Set up a white list. Add the familiarity numbers of the

watch, more relatives can directly contact with the old
man.
●Address book: Enter the name and phone numbers, set
up the contact persons of watch. Click Phone key to jump
out all the contact persons, press Phone key downwards,
long press Phone key to dial the corresponding number of
contact person.
●Take-off alarm: If the watchband is unbuckled after the
watch has been worn for more than three minutes, the
APP client will receive a warning message showing that
the watch is taken off. You can disable this function when
doesn’t wear the watch.
●Set up language and time: Select the local time zone
according to your country. Eastern time zone should be
added “+” before time zone digit; western time zone
should be added “-” before time zone digit.
Example: GMT+8 is “+8”, GMT- 03 is “-3”.
IV. Watch Operation
1. Up key/SOS1: If the watch has GSM signal, long press
the key to dial familiarity number 1; when the phone book
jumps out, press the key to upwards select the contact
person.
2. On/Off key/Record key: If the watch doesn’t insert the
phone card, long press Off key to turn off the watch; if the

watch inserts the phone card and has GSM signal, long
press the key but can’t turn off the watch; in order to power
it off, use mobileAPP. Long press Record key to record,
the longest recording time is 13 seconds, loosen your
hand to send the voice to APP; click twice continuously, it
can play the voice sent by APP.
3. Down key/Phone key/SOS2: Click Phone key once,
jump out all the contact persons, press Phone key again,
select the contact persons downwards, long press and dial
the selected number. If no contact person is popped up,
long press Down key to dial familiarity number 2.
4. SOS key: If there is GSM signal, long press SOS key to
dial the familiarity numbers again; if there is no answer,
dial the numbers for 2 turns.

V. Common Problem Solving
●When the watch is not on-line and not positioned, please
set up APN parameter of SIM card in the watch, make the
watch work normally. Because different SIM card
communications operators in different countries have
differentAPNs, in order to understandAPN of your SIM
card, please consult with local communications operators.
Please use your mobile phone to edit “pw,123456,apn,
network name#” and send to SIM card number of the
watch.
Example: pw,123456,apn,cmwap#
In the example, cmwap stands for APN of China Mobile
operator.
If sets up APN successfully, reply the information
“APN setting is successful”.
●It prompts that the number you dialed is busy now when
dials the watch with your mobile phone. The SIM card has
not activated the caller ID display yet, so that the watch
can’t identify any number. Please activate this function of
SIM card in the watch.
●If Sending or Sending Failed is always displayed after
commands are set on theAPP client, the reason may be
one of the following:

a There is no signal or weak signal of a GPRS network
at the place of the watch, so that GPRS data cannot be
transmitted;
b SIM card of the watch doesn’t activate GPRS function.
You are advised to subscribe to a 30M monthly package.
c The line is engaged. GPRS data transmission will be
automatically stopped during a GSM call.
●The APP client shows that the watch is off-line all the
time:
a Balance of the SIM card is insufficient, so that data
transmission and call services are prohibited.
b The watch is powered off or suffering a power outage.
c There is no signal or weak signal at the place of the
watch (in such case, the watch data can be uploaded to
the server).
●The distance between the watch and a base station is as
long as several hundreds meters: the watch is in base
station positioning state. The positioning precision
depends on the density of base stations around the watch.
The actual precision of base station positioning is 50 to
1000 meters. (You can log in webpage service platform,
filter LBS in “more” and “device information”, turn off the
base station positioning.)
