as being completely portable, without need for nearby
electricity. We used the highest quality materials for
each intended purpose.

Lithium - Leather - Neodymium
Put together along with a 200 Watt RMS (400W Max)
Class A/B high fidelity amplifier in a bi-amped
arrangement with active crossovers for the best sound
possible in the lightest package with the longest battery
life.
Your DiamondBoxx was hand-built and Cared for
properly should provide you with years of listening
pleasure.
Ok! Let's Play!

3
Battery Life
After a full recharge, the DiamondBoxx will play for 4 -
20 hours with 115Wh battery or (8 - 40 hours with
231Wh battery) depending on volume level and music
type. Charging is accomplished by plugging in the
supplied charger to the rear panel. DiamondBoxx CAN
BE played while charging. If the LED on the charger is
RED it is Charging. When it turns GREEN the
DiamondBoxx is fully charged. (If playing while
charging, the charger LED might not ever turn green as
some charging power will be used to keep the battery
fully charged while playing). The battery can be
charged at any time, with the DiamondBoxx playing
music or not.
The Power Button
This controls the power to the DiamondBoxx. Push in to
switch power on. Push again to switch DiamondBoxx
off.

4
The TWS Button
This controls the TWS (True Wireless Stereo) system on
the DiamondBoxx. This is used to connect two
DiamondBoxx 2nd generation or later together wirelessly
in a split stereo pair for an amazing, headphone like
stereo experience.
To USE TWS (True Wireless Stereo) System
1. Start with both DiamondBoxxes powered OFF.
2. Power up one of the DiamondBoxx, pair your
Bluetooth device with it. Start streaming some
music to it.
3. Power up the 2nd DiamondBoxx
4. Now go back to the 1st DiamondBoxx, press and
hold the TWS button until the Diamond starts
flashing Blue then release button. This will set
this DiamondBoxx to “MAIN” speaker which will
receive and play LEFT audio only.

5
5. Now go to the 2nd DiamondBoxx, press and hold
the TWS button until the Diamond starts
flashing Green then release button. This will set
this DiamondBoxx to “SECONDARY” speaker
which will receive and play RIGHT audio only.
6. Wait for up to 2 minutes for the
DiamondBoxxes to configure themselves and
form a secure connection.
7. NOTE: The maximum distance between the
MAIN and SECONDARY DiamondBoxxes should
be less than 50 feet with a unobstructed path of
each other. If obstructions like walls and
human bodies exist between the two
DiamondBoxxes the max range could be shorter
than 50 feet. Tip: Raising the DiamondBoxxes
off the ground/floor may help extend the range.
8. If the TWS linking procedure didn’t work, press
and hold the TWS button until the Diamond

6
turns RED, this will CLEAR the TWS memory. Do
this to both units and start procedure again
from Step 1.

7
The Diamond
Besides its looks, the 2 Carat 8mm CZ Diamond serves
as the battery level indicator while the DiamondBoxx is
playing. When it looks White (really a combination of
all colors so it may look different from different angles)
the battery is more than 30% Charged.
If your Diamond turns RED this means your battery is
less than 30% and getting low.
If audio quits playing and the Diamond is RED mixed
with a flashing pink/blue color this means the battery is
completely discharged and music has been muted to
protect it from further discharge. If this happens please
plug charger into DiamondBoxx and let charge for a few
minutes before expecting the DiamondBoxx to unmute
and start playing music again.
The DiamondBoxx can recharge while in use.
During TWS Mode config the diamond can also be blue,
green, or red (see previous section on TWS Button)

8
The AUX IN jack on Front Panel
The front panel AUX IN jack has ZERO LATENCY and can
be connected to just about anything with an audio
output. This would include:
Laptops
Tablets
Phones
Projectors
Computers
Gaming consoles
Audio Mixers / Musical Instruments
If the item you want to plug in doesn't have the right
jack, your local electronics store will have an adapter.
The Knobs
Your DiamondBoxx should have been delivered along
with 3 more sets of knobs in other colors. This provides
you with a way to customize your DiamondBoxx the
way you want it.

9
The Volume knob is pretty Self explanatory. Tip: We
suggest if the music source being connected to the
DiamondBoxx also has a volume control, leave that
device's control at MAX volume an use the
DiamondBoxx volume control to control the level. This
will provide the cleanest sound with lowest background
noise floor.
The Bass knob provides about 10 decibels of range from
min to max. It effects frequencies from 20Hz to 100Hz
or so, gradually losing its effect with higher frequencies.
Adjust to taste. Note: If very bass heavy music is used
along with the bass knob at max, some real-time
volume limiting may occur.
The Treble knob provides about 10 decibels of range
from min to max. It effects frequencies from 2,000Hz to
20,000 Hz thus adding some sizzle to music that needs it
or reducing the brightness of music that is overly bright.
Adjust to taste.
To replace the knobs:
1. Turn knob to minimum position. Indicator line
should be somewhere between 6 and 7 o’clock
when set to minimum
2. Pull the knob straight off without twisting
3. Check to make sure the knob shaft is still at
minimum position, Press the new knob onto the
shaft with the indicator line between 6 and 7
o’clock

10
The Handle
The handle was designed to make the DiamondBoxx
portable while feeling good in your hand. It can lock in
2 positions. As with anything leather, it is a little stiff at
first. A good pull on it should lock it in the upright
position. Pressing down on it in the middle and on the
ends should lay it flat again.
The Rear Panel Jacks
Charger: This is where you plug in the included charger
to recharge your DiamondBoxx. 16.8V 2A DC Only
5.5mm x 2.1mm USE ONLY THE INCLUDED CHARGER
OR MAJOR DAMAGE CAN OCCUR, replacements are
available at DiamondBoxx.com
AUX 2: This is a ZERO LATENCY stereo 3.5mm input jack
that MIXES. While the AUX on the front panel overrides
the Bluetooth, this AUX 2 input on the rear panel MIXES
with the Bluetooth or the AUX on the front panel for a
various reasons including wanting to use a microphone
or musical instrument mixed with audio from Bluetooth
or the front AUX jack.

11
The Rear Panel cont.
OUTPUT: This is a stereo 3.5mm jack that outputs the
same signal that is being played. The audio signal that
comes out here is volume knob dependent, but Bass
and Treble tone control independent so they have no
effect on the audio on this jack. While this might have
been useful when a subwoofer is connected, it is a bad
thing when the jack is used to daisy-chain several
DiamondBoxxes together.
The Bluetooth
To connect your Bluetooth device:
1. Turn on the DiamondBoxx
2. Start the Bluetooth service on your mobile device
3. Click on "DiamondBoxx M3"
The Bluetooth range should be near 100 feet if
unobstructed. Putting things between like human
bodies and walls will decrease this. Lifting the
DiamondBoxx off the floor or ground will usually
increase the range.
If having trouble connecting, first check that another
device isn’t already connected, this is usually the reason
for connection troubles. If not solved power the
DiamondBoxx off for 60 seconds. Open the Bluetooth
devices list on the device you wish to connect.

12
If DiamondBoxx M3 is already there, delete it. Now
power on the DiamondBoxx and watch for
DiamondBoxx M3 to pop-up on the device list. Select it
and it should connect within 10 seconds.
The DiamondBoxx Enclosure
The enclosure is made from Medium Density Fiberboard
(MDF). This is what most great sounding are made from.
No plastic. As such, it is difficult to manfacuture any
crazy curvy shapes as possible with, but it SOUNDS
better. Isn’t that the point? The DiamondBoxx
enclosure is sealed using DURATEX speaker coating that
will provide years of protection. If it should ever get
damaged beyond your liking by knocking it into things,
dropping it, scratching it and such, all is not lost. You
can send it to us in the ORIGINAL PACKING or
equivalent and we can replace the enclosure for a small
fee. As they are all hand built and rolled it is normal for
there to be slight inconsistencies in the finish. Consider
them like beauty marks, specific to your DiamondBoxx.
To clean just wipe down with a water dampened cloth.
Happy Listening!
