INTEGRITY FLOOR STAND
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

3. M6 X 25mm Bolt – 5
4. M6 X 70mm Bolt – 10
5. M6 Flat Washer – 26
6. M6 Lock Washer – 13
7. M6 Hex Nut – 13
8. Plastic End Cap – 6
IFSE-1000
9. Inner Extension Tube – 2
10. Outer Extension Tube – 2
11. M6 X 70mm Bolt – 8
12. M6 Flat Washer – 16
13. M6 Lock Washer – 8
14. M6 Hex Nut – 8
Procedure:
IFSA/IFSS Assembly (Reference Figures A,B,C, & D)
1. Lay Cross Braces over each other and install the fastening hardware in the center hole only. (Hand tighten)
2. Secure an Upright Leg to the Cross Braces with fastening hardware as shown. (Hand tighten)
3. Secure the second Upright Leg to the Cross Braces with fastening hardware as shown. (Hand tighten)
4. Finish tightening all fastening hardware with the Stand upright, and on a level floor.
(*If the IFSE-1000 Extension Tubes are required, skip to the “IFSE-1000 Optional Extension Tubes” procedure*)
5. Install the Plastic End Caps into the ends of the Upright and Base tubes of the Upright Legs.
6. Mount the first Mainframe with fastening hardware, starting with the Top mounting holes on the Upright Legs.
7. Mount additional Mainframes below the first using the available mounting holes and fastening hardware.
IFSE-1000 Optional Extension Tubes
1. Insert the optional Inner Extension Tubes into the top of the Upright Legs until the Mainframe mounting holes line up.
(*Make sure the “Gap” of the Inner Ext. Tube slides over the “Inside Weld Bead” of the Upright Leg Tubes*)
2. Mount the first Mainframe with fastening hardware, starting with the Top mounting holes on the Upright Legs.
3. Insert the optional Outer Extension Tubes over the top of the Inner Extension Tubes.
(*Make sure the Outer Ext. Tube Hole Pattern is in the proper orientation; Closely spaced holes towards the Top*)
(*Make sure the Outer Ext. Tube “Inside Weld Bead” slides into the “Gap” of the Inner Ext. Tube*)
4. Install the Plastic End Caps into the ends of the Extension and Base tubes of the Upright Legs.
5. Mount additional Mainframes below, then above, the first using the available mounting holes and fastening hardware.
