1. Introduction of Intended Use
A.
This Suction unit is intended for use of dental suction to suck contaminated
water from dental unit.
B.
This manual has been complied not only for the care and maintenance
of the Dmega suction system now in your possession, but as a helpful
Reference and guide to prevent many problems which can be occurred
if used improperly.

Important Safeguards
Note: Read all instructions carefully before use.
The following basic precautions are needed when using the product.
Caution: Failure to read and observe all precautions could result in personal
injury or equipment damage.
Warning: Modification of this equipment voids the warranty.
ProductCautions:
1.
To avoid electrical shock, keep the unit away from water; do not immerse the
power cord or the unit in any liquid. Do not use while bathing. Do not reach
for a unit that has fallen into water – immediately unplug the unit.
2.
Never operate the unit if it has any damaged parts (including power cord),
and/or if it has been dropped or submersed in water.
3.
The unit should not be used where flammable gas, oxygen or aerosol spray
products are being used.
4.
Disconnect the unit from the electrical outlet before cleaning filter or
maintenance.
Operating Cautions:
1.
Connect this product to an appropriate voltage outlet for your model.
2.
Do not run this product unattended.
3.
If any abnormality occurs, discontinue use immediately until the unit has
been examined and repaired.
4.
Always power off the product immediately after use.
Storage Cautions:
1.
Do not store the unit under direct sunlight, extreme temperature or humidity.
2.
Avoid wet area when storage.
3.
Always keep the unit power off and close water connection while not in
use.

B. Installation step
(a) Check the shipping carton for damage. This could detect damage to the unit
which might otherwise be overlooked.
(b) Take out the vacuum pump from its shipping carton. Inspect the unit for
damage.
(c) Place the vacuum pump at installation place. Connect Inlet & Outlet hose.
to the vacuum pump. For tightened hose, use hose clamp.
(d) Connect remote control cable to pump relay cable(twisted red/black cable)
of PCB.
(e) Turn on vacuum pump power switch and check any leakage of pump &
vacuum level.
3. Maintenance
Daily Maintenance Clean Vacuum Piping System
Clean daily. The vacuum piping should be cleaned using a non-foaming vacuum
system cleaner.
Weekly MaintenanceClean In-Line Filter
Turn
OFF
the pump motor.
Carefully unscrew the lower bowl from the filter
top (Clockwise to loosen) and lift out
thescreen. Remove screen and gasket. Clean both and lubricate gasket with using
water.
Properly dispose of the contaminated sediment
and disinfectant solution waste.
Replace the screen and make sure the gasket is in
place before replacing the bowl.
Check all connecting vacuum, waste and water
lines for tightness.

Every 1 year MaintenanceClean Water Inlet strainer (Y- type)
If main tap water condition is not clean, check the water inlet strainer if
necessary or every 1 year.
The water inlet strainer has small wire mesh inside to remove rust.
Use large crescent wrench to remove nut. With air gun clean mesh inside of
strainer and then re-assemble. The nut should be tightened not to be leaks.
Cleaning filter (Every week)

Check all wires for loose

Check fuse. Check low
voltage of main power
If voltage is not present, replace the
transformer or fuse.
Test solenoid valve by
loosening brass
nut on right
side. If water flows out with
power on, turn power off.

If water flow does not stop with power
off, replace the solenoid valve.

6. Warranty
The Mega Power Suction Machine has been carefully manufactured and
inspected and is warranted to be free from defectives in workmanship and
materials. When product is properly installed and operated under normal
conditions of use, DMEGA guarantee (24) months from the date of purchase
from DMEGA or an authorized DMEGA’s representative or distributor.
In order to obtain performance under this warranty, the buyer must be
promptly give written notice of the defect to DMEGA (E-mail :
dmega@dmega.co.kr) or representative in your country.
Customer is responsible for freight charges to DMEGA in all cases.
This warranty does not extend to any goods or parts which have been subjected
to misuse, lack of maintenance, neglect, damage by accident or transit damage.
This express warranty excludes all other warranties or representations expressed or
implied by any literature, date or person. DMEGA’s maximum liability under this
exclusive remedy shall never exceed the cost of the subject product. DMEGA
reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refund the purchase price in lieu of repair
or replacement.
DMEGA is not responsible or liable for indirect or consequential damages of any kind
However, including but not limited to those for use of any products, loss of time,
inconvenience, lost profit, labor charges, or other incidental or consequential
damages with respect to persons, business, or property, whether as a result of breach
of warranty, negligence or otherwise.
Notwithstanding any other provision of this warranty : Customer’s remedy against
DMEGA for goods supplied or for non-deliverable goods or failure to furnish goods,
whether or not based on negligence strict liability or breach of express or implied
warranty is limited solely to DMEGA’s option, to replacement of or cure of such
nonconforming or non-deliverable goods or return of the purchase price for such
goods and in no event shall exceed the price or charge for such goods. DMEGA
expressly disclaims any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular use or
purpose with respect to the goods sold.
There are no warranties that extend beyond the descriptions set forth in this warranty,
Notwithstanding any knowledge of DMEGA regarding the use or uses intended to be
made of goods, proposed changes or additions to goods, or any assistance or
suggestions that may have been made by DMEGA’s personnel. Unauthorized
extensions of warranties by the customer shall remain the customer’s responsibility.
Customer is responsible for determining the suitability of DMEGA’s products for
customer’s use or resale, or for incorporating them into objects or applications which

Customer designs, assemblies, constructs or manufacturers.
This warranty can be modified only by authorized DMEGA personnel, by signing
a specific written description of any modifications.
