Introduction

DREAM sport solo overview
■Enable Bluetooth
When you want to connect DREAM sport solo with mobile’s App, please open the App, press the multifunctional
button for 3 seconds to enable Bluetooth function
■Step indication
When you press the multifunctional button, the green LED from hr 1 to hr 8 will flash and stay at different position to
indicate the steps you walked & ran
1hr position = 500steps
2hr position = 1500 steps and so on, the maximum is 7500 steps
- Multifunctional button
WARNING
--LED-performance indicator
from 1 o´clock - 8 o´clock
(Green LED)
-Bluetooth connect indicator
(Blue LED)
-Low battery indicator (Red LED)
i.e: 4hr position: 3500~4499 steps

■Time indication
When you have set the indication mode as time indication, the LED light will flash and stay at different hour position
to indicate the current time
For example, if current time is 11:15, the LED light at hr 11 & hr 3 will ON constantly & flash respectively;
If current time is 12:00, only the LED light at hr 12 will blinking.
■Bluetooth connection indication
When SOLO smartwatch connected to App, the blue LED at 12h will flash
■Low battery indication
When the battery is below 5~10%, the red LED light at hr 12 will flash every few seconds until battery is changed.
NOTE:When low battery, it may cause your watch have incorrect time and no daily alarm
vibration and the Bluetooth connection not stable, etc. We suggest replace the battery
ASAP.
■Daily alarm
When you have set & enable the alarm via App, the watch will vibrate for few seconds on time that set.

Start your DREAM sport solo
■Download APP to your smartphone
1. Scan the QR-CODE below
2. Go to Google player or Apple store to search DREAM sport App
DREAM sport solo installation
DREAM sport solo App support Android mobile phone version 4.4 or above / iOS version 9.0 or above. Bluetooth
version 4.0
Once download the App, some questions about permissions will pop up (i.e. Bluetooth connection/location/access
photo/access storage permissions etc.). In order to activate all the features, please press Allow
Pair your DEARM sport solo
1. Enable your smartphone Bluetooth (Setting-Bluetooth-ON)
2. Place your smartphone within 1~2 m (3~7 ft.) from SOLO smartwatch
3. Open DREAM sport solo App
4. Press Get started, enter your personal data & press Create account
5. Select SOLO. If your watch stops at "10:10:30", press the multifunctional button for 3 seconds to activate the
Bluetooth
6. Press Connect now to start the connection. Once your smartphone is connected to

the SOLO smartwatch, the blue LED at hr 12 will flash
7. If it is more than one SOLO smartwatch nearby, the App will show the reference number of the watch
(SOLO …),Please select one to pair, if only one, App will auto connect to this watch
8. Once the main menu of the App appeared. The SOLO smartwatch and App are ready to operate.
NOTE:
Time synchronizing might have ±1~2 second toleration

Sync your activity data to smartphone
1. Enable your smartphone Bluetooth
2. Press DREAM sport solo multifunctional button for 3 seconds to activate the Bluetooth
3. Bring your smartphone within 1~2 m (3~7 ft.) of SOLO smartwatch
4. Open DREAM sport solo App then click Activity
5. App will automatically connect to your SOLO smartwatch and receive activity data
6. Press Step/Run/Sleep to see your activity data

If you want to delete the profile picture, long press the picture area to delete it

Time setting
If you find the time showing on your SOLO smartwatch are not correct.
1. Enable your smartphone Bluetooth
2. Press SOLO smart watch multifunctional button for 3 seconds to activate Bluetooth
3. Select Time setting in main manual
4. Once the connection is ready, the watch hands will stop.
5. Scroll & set the time that your smartwatch actually displays on watch dial. (Not the real current time)
6. Press Time setting, the hands will start running to the current time correctly
■Travel to different time zone
1. Enable the Smartphone GPS
2. Open DREAM sport solo App
3. The watch will start to synchronize the local time automatically
In case the time is not correct. Open main menu, select Time setting, then followed the step mention from 3 -6
The battery icon will appear when the
battery level is less than 20%

Note:
Incorrect personal information will affect the running distance / calories burn calculation, etc.
Activity
■STEP:
Day: Total steps and calories burned of the day (include normal walking and running)
Week: Total steps and calories burned in a week
Month: Total steps and calories burned in a month
Percentage (%) : Ratio against Step Goal that you set
Daily percentage: Total steps / Step goal
Daily average of week: Total steps / Number of days that you walk in during that week
Daily average of month: Total steps / Number of days that you walk during that month
NOTE: The value of the Calories burned is not included basal metabolic rate
It’s only recording Activity calories burned.

■RUN:
Day: Run distance and run time of the day
Week: Total Run distance and run time of week
Month: Total Run distance and run time of month
Percentage: Ratio against Run Distance / Time Goal
Daily percentage: Total run distance / Run goal
Daily average of a week.: Total run distance / Number of days that you run during that week
Daily average of a month.: Total run distance / Number of days that you run during that month

■SLEEP
Day: Sleep time (including deep sleep / light sleep)
Week: Total sleep time and average sleep time of a week
Month: Total sleep time and average sleep time of a month
Percentage of sleep time:
Daily percentage: Sleep time / 8 hours
Daily average of a week.: Total sleep time / Number of sleep days during that week
Daily average of a month: : Total sleep time / Number of sleep days during that month
Default sleep goal is 8 hours
NOTE:
Deep sleep / light sleep is according to the motion of hand that you are wearing SOLO smartwatch
& your body during sleeping
■Share activity data
You can share your daily activity data to another social App that you installed by pressing
the sharing icon on top

Daily alarm
1. Enable your smartphone Bluetooth
2. Press SOLO smartwatch’s multifunctional button for 3 seconds to activate Bluetooth
3. Turn on DREAM sport solo App, choose Daily alarm
4. Set the alarm time and select day of the week icon
5. Enable Repeat weekly if your need.
6. Press Set alarm to save setting

Setting
■Goal setting
The goal of step or running can change by Set step goal or Set run goal
By press Set and Confirm to save setting
Set step goal: Default step goal : 8000
Step goal: Setting range: 1000 to 65000 steps
Set run goal: Run distance defaulted at 5km;
Run time defaulted at 30min
Run Goal setting range: 0.5km to 45km or 5min to 6hour30min
Note:
Run goal, either “Run time” or “Run distance” may choose in each setting.

■Sleep habit
When you are wearing SOLO smart watch normally before and after sleeping. Basically, your sleep data will
be recorded. In order to prevent incorrect sleep detection, please set a time frame of your sleep habit
1. Go to Setting, press Sleep habit, Set the time you go to sleep normally
2. Press Set and Confirm to save setting
NOTE:
If our wake-up time exceeds the time frame, you sleep records will not be affected
■Unit
Set different units of measurement
1. Go to Setting, press Unit, Select unit that you want
2. Press Set and Confirm to save setting

■Step Length
If you think the step or running distance measurement is not accurate. You may set manually,
1. Go to Setting, press Walk step length or Run step length, Select the length that you want
2. Press Set and Confirm to save setting
3. Default: means step length calculation is calculated by your height and running speed
■Special command
If you want to view the time during sleeping time or in the dark area, You can swift the feature
from Step indication to Time indication.
Note:
Indication, either Step indication or Time indication may choose in each setting.

Firmware update
If any feature enhancements or bug fixes being launched, you may update the firmware viia DREAM sport solo
App
How to update your SOLO smartwatch:
1. Enable your smartphone Bluetooth
2. Place the smartwatch nearby your smartphone that paired
3. Make sure the smartphone has enough power
4. Press the multifunctional button for 3 seconds to activate Bluetooth
5. Open app, go to “Help”Page, press Firmware update
6. If new firmware version is released, Update button will appear
7. Click Update to start
8. Do not stop firmware update or switch to other software during the process
9. The blue light at hr 12 will blinking during the updating process
10. When the update is completed, the blue light will stop blinking
11. During Firmware update, the hands of watch will stop, once update is completed, App page will auto switch to
Time Setting. Please scroll & set the time that your smartwatch actually displays on dial
(Not the real current time)
12. Once you finished the input time, press Set to start the time synchronizing

■Change DREAM sport solo
If you want to change your paired SOLO smartwatch to another one model, pleasego to Help page, press Change
DREAM sport solo and follow the step in App
■Reset
If you want to reset your SOLO smartwatch.
1. Select Reset, the watch hands will run to 10:10:30 and stop rotatation
2. Page of Time Setting will pop up.
3. Scroll & set the time that your smartwatch actually displays on dial
(Not the real current time).
4. Once you finieshed the input time, press Time Setting to start the reset.
5. Once the reset are finished, the hands will run to 10:10:30 and stop
Change Battery
When a battery icon appearing on DREAM sport solo App, it means the battery level of your SOLO
smartwatch is running under 20%. Please change the battery by professionals SAP.

This product uses a button cell battery that is accessible to replaceable. Substances in the product and/or battery
may be harmful to the environment or your health if disposed of improperly. The battery contained in the product must
be recycled or disposed of properly according to the local laws and regulations and always keep separate from
household waste.
