IMPORTANTINFORMATION
The assemblyofyour new BikeShed requiresnotechnicalknowledge.However,itis
important thatthe assemblyinstructionsarefollowed carefully.
Precautions:
*Assemblymust onlybecarried outindryandcalmweather.
*Alwaysuseworkinggloves.
*Itisessentialtohaveanassistant.
*All holesneedtobepre-drilled usinga3mmdrill bit(not provided)toavoidtimber
splitting.
TheNatureofWood
The woodprovidedwithyourgarden structure isasoftwoodthathasbeen kilndriedand
ispressuretreated. Woodisanaturalproductthatmayhaveknots, knotholes,
imperfections,cracksandwarping.
Due tothe inherentpeculiaritiesofwood wemakenoguaranteeswithregardstothe
above,norwillwebeabletoreplaceanytimberforanyofthe following:
*Anytimberthatcontainsknotswheretheydonotinfluencethe structuralstabilityofthe
garden structure.
*Cosmeticappearances-colourvariationscaused bythe structure orageofthe timber.
*Timberthathasshakes,cracksorgapsthatdonotinfluencethe structuralstrengthor
safetyofthe garden building.
*Twisted timberthat canstill beinstalledbyacompetentperson.
*Queriesarisingfromaneglectful mannerofconstruction, beit foundationalor
during/due totheerectionofthe garden building.
*Queriesduetomodificationsbythe owner,causingtimbertodeform.
All validquerieswill bedealtwithbythe exchangeorreplacementofthe defectiveparts
only.
