1. Check that all attachments are secure three weeks after play set is installed.
Continue to check regularly and secure as necessary thereafter.
2. Inspect regularly for broken or damaged pieces.
Splintered surfaces should be sanded smooth to avoid danger of injury.
Cracks resulting from weathering are normal; pieces developing those cracks
do not need to be replaced. However, pieces with structural damage DO
need to be replaced promptly.
3. On swing sets with a tire swivel:
The swivel should be checked and lubricated on a regular basis.
4. Staining Instructions:
A quality water sealer and/or stain can be applied per owner’s preference. For
best results, apply sealer/stain within a month after play set installation, following
instructions on product label. If your play set was purchased with a stain already
applied, it should be re-sealed within 2 years with a sealer/stain of your choice.
When applying follow-up treatments, always follow instructions on product label.
5. Children playing on play sets should be
supervised by an adult at all times.

All products are guaranteed for five
years against defects in the manufacturer’s
workmanship or materials. In addition, treated
wood carries its own warranty against decay
and termite infestation. No other warranties
of merchantability are made by the manufac-
turer.
The manufacturer’s products are not
warranted as being suitable for a particular
purpose. The suitability of products is for the
purchaser to determine. Adult supervision is
recommended while play sets are in use.
Sets are designed to be used safely for
many years. Upper grades of lumber are
selected for manufacturing. Most lumber is
dried after treatment and resurfaced with
rounded edges for safety, comfort, and ease
of maintenance. Metal parts are either rust-
proof or plated to resist corrosion. The man-
ufacturer reserves the right to make design
and construction changes without notice.
Assembly instructions are included for
sets requiring on-site assembly. At least 3
to 5 inches of playground mulch should be
installed in play area to increase safety and
enjoyment. Exterior paints or stains may be
