
USER GUIDE
An inductive neck loop is a personal assistive listening accessory for hard of hearing people
wearing hearing aids equipped with a T-coil. Each hearing aid is configured with frequency
response and dynamic range tuned to the user’s hearing impairment. The NL-100 transfers
any audio from its connected device crystal clear, personalized and with minimal latency.
Univox® NL-100
Univox® NL-100 is capable of connecting to, and receiving signal from different sound
sources. NL-100 sums both right and le channels of the audio source, ensuring a strong
and steady signal for the user. Included in the package is a 70 cm (27.5 in) extension lead.
Connection and general information
How to use the NL-100:
• Wear the loop over your head around your neck
• Connect the NL-100 to the headphone jack of your device
• Turn your hearing aid to the telecoil position (T-mode)
• Adjust the volume on your device
NOTE! We recommend setting your device to minimum volume before connecting the
NL-100 to avoid any sudden loud sounds that may potentially harm your hearing aid.
Maintenance, care and service
Under normal circumstances the product does not need any special maintenance. Wipe
the unit with a clean damp cloth. Do not use any solvents or detergents. Periodically check
cables and connectors for any damage. Should the unit not work as expected, contact your
dealer or local distributor for further instructions.
