Thank you for choosing Einova Dual Wireless Charging Stone. The Dual Wireless Charging Stone lets you enjoy the

simplicity and convenience of fast 10W wireless charging while enhancing your home or ofﬁce with elegant natural

marble, travertine, lava stone, or sandstone. The two fast wireless charging spots are compatible with all Qi-enabled

devices. Please read the user manual before using the product.

Instructions

1. Connect the Dual Wireless Charging Stone’s integrated cable to the DC connector of the included power adapter, then

plug the power adapter into a power outlet.

2. Place your Qi-enabled device on one the one of the Dual Wireless Charging Stone’s Qi spots to begin wireless

charging.

Smartphone positioning

The Dual Wireless Charging Stone features advanced electronic optimization to make smartphone positioning easier.

Adjust the smartphone’s position to ensure proper alignment with the charging coil in the center of the pad. Direct

contact is required for wireless charging.

Are you using the provided power adapter? (normal conditions: yes)

Try charging your smartphone directly with the power adapter using your cable. Does it work? (normal conditions: yes)

Is the cable correctly attached to the adapter? (normal conditions: yes)

Has the Dual Wireless Charging Stone been dropped or damaged? (normal conditions: no)

Is your smartphone ofﬁcially compatible with Qi wireless charging or equipped with a working Qi receiver? (normal

conditions: yes)

Is the smartphone correctly aligned with the coil position of the Dual Wireless Charging Stone (as shown in the relevant

section of the manual)? (normal conditions: yes)

Is there any metal between your smartphone and the charger? (normal conditions: no)
