Operation Tips
To Care And Clean
1. After fermenting, if much odor is produced, it means the milk or
another ingredient may be polluted, the yogurt must be discarded.
2. If the yogurt has a yellow and white luster and has a form of
“bean curd jelly”, it means the yogurt is perfect.
3. If the operation time is too long, it will produce ramification
(yellowy liquid), the taste is very acetous, it is normal, the
ramification can be separated and serve. The ramification is rich of
lactobacillus and vitamin B.
4. The growing children are suitable for serving the yogurt made
from full-cream milk or fresh milk. For the fat children, it must be
used low-fat milk or degrease milk
1. Before clean or not in use the yogurt maker, always unplug it.
2. Wash thoroughly the cover, glass bottles and bottle covers in
warm, soapy water then rinse and dry carefully.
3. Wipe the inside of yogurt maker with a damp cloth.
4. Do not immerse the cord, plug or appliance in water or other
liquids.
5. Do not clean plastic parts with a scouring agent. Use a solution of
normal washing up liquid and warm water to avoid scratches.
6. The glass bottles can be washed by dishwasher.

To Serve

a long beep will be heard. The appliance will return the standby
state and the LCD will display “-:--” again.
3. You also can press TIME button to set desired operation time,
press the TIME button once, the LCD will display “0:00”, and the “00”
will flash to prompt you set the minutes by pressing the “+” or “-”
button, the adjustable range is 00-59.
4. After setting the minutes, press the TIME button again, the “0” will
flash to prompt you set the hours by pressing the “+” or “-” button,
the adjustable range is 0-8.
5. After setting the operation time, press the ON/OFF button once
to start the appliance, the colon on the LCD will flash and the
remaining operation time on the LCD will count down.
6. Once the remaining operation time counts down to the “-:--”
and beeps will be heard, the operation is finished. Unplug the
power outlet and open the cover to remove the glass bottles to the
refrigerator for cooling.
The Yogurt Maker Should Remain Perfectly Still During The Maturing
Process. Do Not Move The Appliance Or Remove Any Glass Bottles As This
Will Affect The Firmness Of The Yogurt.
Once the yogurt cooled down, it can be served with natural flavor
or added the honey, sugar to sweeten the yogurt or added the
fruits toppings. Everyone can add their favorite flavor to suit their
individual taste.
If the power supply has been broken off or unplug the power
cord unintentionally during operation, the appliance will be
continued previous operation automatically from the time when
the disconnection occurred provided that the pause does not
exceed 10minutes, even without pressing any button. In the event
the pause time exceeds 10 minutes, the display shows the default
setting, and the appliance must be re-started.

Recipe a: fresh milk or pasteurized milk+ lactobacillus or pure yogurt
Recipe b. packaged milk without bacteria + lactobacillus or pure yogurt
Recipe c. milk made from milk powder+ lactobacillus or pure yogurt
Recipe d: soybean milk (boiled) + lactobacillus or pure yogurt
Tips: 1. the lactobacillus is the best choice, pure yogurt is second.
2. If use the milk made from milk powder, it must be filtered, if use
the soybean milk, it is important that the soybean milk must be
boiled. And they must be cooled to equal or less than 40°C, either
the milk made from milk powder or the soybean milk.
3. Before using, it must be checked quality guarantee period for
all ingredients.
4. The quantity of lactobacillus shall meet the instruction on the
package, the proportion of milk powder and water refer to the
package instruction.

Measure 1200ml (6 glass bottles) of market milk or fresh, pasteurized
milk (it can be either full cream, skimmed or low-fat
milk).
2. Add 200ml (1 bottle) pure yogurt into the milk (if using

3. Divide the mixture into 7 glass bottles. Fit the bottle covers onto
the glass bottles. Place the glass bottles into the yogurt maker
and place the cover onto the base of yogurt maker
1. Plug the yogurt maker into the wall socket. The LCD will display “-:-
-” and a short beep will be heard.
2. You may press the ON/OFF button directly to start the appliance,
the LCD will display “8:00” (the default operation time) for one
time and show “7:59” immediately, namely the LCD will display
the remaining operation time (7 hours and 59 minutes). “TIME” The
appliance will start operating, the colon will flash and remaining
operation time on the LCD will count down. If you want to stop

2. Make sure that your outlet voltage corresponds to the voltage stated
