Elcon Smother type remote control infrared heaters are equipped with Golden infrared
technology called high density infrared technology. The entire exterior of the Golden IR lamp is
covered with a gold blended coating. The gold plated on it is used to break the beam of light
and bring it to a level that does not affect eye health.
It is not enough that the heater to be used in the open field is radial. As with IR heaters, it
should have a "Radiant Wavelength" that transmits light to people in the most efficient way. In
addition, the reflective angle of the reflector must be correctly designed to deliver infrared rays
to the most remote target areas without dispersing them. The efficiency of LPG devices used in
open areas is quite low as it makes long wave radiation. They can not carry the heat to long
distances, they can only heat people very close by. Most of his energy flows through convection
before he can reach us. Such devices also carry a variety of security risks. The person sitting in
the garden of a café will be disturbed by the presence of an LPG tube right next to it. In addition,
the smell of gas will occur as combustion occurs. The high cost of investment will also be a
disadvantage.
Golden Infrared heats the air with the beam that falls on objects without heating it with
its single ology. The environment is warming with the help of warming human or objects.
Therefore, they can easily warm us up in the external environment. It is unthinkable to use a
classic heater in the open field. Because classic heaters first heat the air, the warming air also
rises and disappears before it can warm us up.
Heaters can be used gradually together with the remote control module. Thus, both the
heat value is kept at the desired level and energy savings are achieved.

3) Installation Instructions
1. For the device to work, it is enough to plug the plug-in cable into the outlet.
2. There is no need to disassemble any part of the device for electrical connection.
3. Do not install the appliance just below or above the electrically connected socket.
4. When unplugged connection is desired, the electrical connection will have to be
made with an on/off switch. This connection must necessarily be made by a
specialist.
5. For electrical connection, grounding must exist in the installation and existing
grounding should be sufficient.
6. Before the device is assembled, the mounting height in the specifications section
should be taken into account and hung or fixed properly.
7. It should be checked whether the installation with which the electrical connection is
connected is capable of removing the power of the device.
8. Our Company is not responsible for the damages that may occur if the device is
installed in the place where there is insufficient electrical installation or does not
have grounding installation.

1. For the installation of the device on the wall, the device box has one heater
connection apparatus, one wall connection apparatus, 2 washers, 1 long screw and 3
dowels and screws to fix to the wall.

•The process steps to be followed
for installing the infrared heater
on the wall are as follows:
Hole locations are determined
for the wall hanger apparatus.
It is fixed to the wall or profile
with the help of 3 Dowels and
screws. The heater connection apparatus is fixed to the screwing place on the back
of the heater. To acupluate two apparatuses; The connection screw is tightened
with a butterfly screw to fix the wall and heater apparatus, as seen in 1 figure.
Connection Bolt 2 is tightened through the oval hole in the wall apparatus with a
butterfly screw instead of the screw transition of the heater apparatus. The heater
angle can be adjusted by moving the screw in the oval hole.

4) Intructions for Use
The following instructions must be followed without the
use of industrial-type Infrared Heater.
1. Use the appliance only for general, local or spot heating
purposes. Otherwise, our company is not responsible for
the damages arising from the failures to be
encountered.
2. It must be installed between the Golden Infrared inside
the device and the surface to be heated at least 60 cm.
3. Do not use the device in environments where flying,
jumping, etc. pets roam freely.
4. Do not use in areas where flammable, explosive and
immediately ignitable substances are manufactured and stored.
5. Never touch the Golden infrared lamp inside the device by hand. Otherwise, the dirt
and dust left on the lamp will burn, damaging the working life.
6. Use the appliance with a plug-in cable. If any additional action is taken and used, the
device is excluded from the warranty.
7. The electrical connection of the device is made with 220/240VAC mains voltage.
8. Connect the appliance with at least 16A currents using an earthy outlet. 32A soiled
fuse should be used for 3000 and 4000W products.
9. In order for the device to be used in an upright position, the control card module
must remain at the bottom according to the device position. Otherwise, our
company is not responsible for technical failures and is not covered by the
warranty.**
10. The display on the device turns on as soon as the energy is supplied. Only until any
action is taken on the screen' . ' symbol appears. **

1. Control Usage **
RCH Series infrared heater control control consists of 4 keys. With this key,r on /off
and more or less arrow keys to adjust the heater power. 4 different
power adjustments can be made with the infrared heater control
module, 40%, 60%, 80%, 100%, respectively. Then we can start the
heater by increasing it with the upstream button.
** Applies only to RCH Series remote infrared heaters.
5) Demontaj
•These steps are used to install the Infrared Heater you are using.
•If you use the device without plugs on the fuse, the electrical connection is cut off by
an authorized person.
•The screws of the wall or hanging devices of the device are removed.
•The disassembled device is left in its own box and balloon bag. Or you can take a
suitable box and remove it by leaving a protective foam or balloon bag inside.
•Hanging devices and screws are stored in a small bag
6) Repair - Cleaning
1. Infrared heaters can be used without any maintenance and repairs (except in case of
failure) during the service life approved by the Ministry of Industry.
2. Never touch the golden infrared lamp when cleaning infrared heaters. You can
carefully clean the reflector section on the inside of the aluminum body thanks to
the air with a hairdryer or vacuum cleaner.
3. A You can carefully wipe the outer surface of the aluminum body with the help of a
dry cloth. However, if the aluminum body temperature is high, do not apply cloth.
Otherwise, due to the high temperature, the anodized paint on the device may be
deformed.
4. Never clean until the power connection is disconnected!

WARRANTY TERMS
1. The warranty period is 2 years and it is mandatory to present an invoice and proof of
warranty.
2. The repair of the device is carried out by the authorized service of our company.
Otherwise, the warranty status will be invalid.
3. The warranty provided by our company does not cover the free repair of any defects
arising from the use of the device in question for purposes or in abnormal
circumstances, and the failures mentioned below are not covered by the warranty.

•The mains voltage is well above normal
•Using different spare parts
The use of this document is authorized by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.C in accordance
