3.3 OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Important: Please read these instructions completely before use
Charge the unit
Before using the EnozoWASH for the first time, charge the battery. The first charge may take up
to 8-10 hours. When charging, the red LED on the EnozoWASH will flash. The charge is complete
when the red LED stops flashing. Note: The device will not operate while connected to the
battery charger.
Connect the battery charger to a 100-240 VAC 50/60 Hz power source. Connect the battery
charger power cord to the EnozoWASH. The system is powered by a 7.4V Li-Ion rechargeable
battery pack. A 100 to 240 VAC 50/60 Hz charger is included. Use only the charger that is
provided.
Connect the Nozzle
Connect the nozzle to the water outlet fitting. The water outlet fitting is the one closest to the
trigger and LED indicators. Screw the nozzle until it is finger tight. Further tighten with a wrench
if water leaks from the fitting.
Connect to a Water Source
The EnozoWASH comes equipped with ¾” NPT fittings installed into it. Also included are fittings
that be used to connect to a portable backpack tank or directly to a hose. The water supply that
is used must provide be pressurized for water to flow through the sprayer. The water supply
should only be connected to the water inlet fitting, which is the fitting that is furthest away from
the trigger and LED indicators.
Connect to a backpack tank - Some backpack tanks will have fittings that will connect
directly to the ¾” fitting. If the desired backpack does not have the fittings, then the
included barbed fitting can be used. Connect one end of the barbed fitting to the water
inlet fitting of the EnozoWASH. Connect the tubing from the backpack to the barbed
fitting, using the hose clamp to tighten.

8
Connect directly to a hose –In order to connect directly to a hose, the ¾” NPT fitting on the
water outlet must be removed and the included hose fitting adapter must be installed. Using a
wrench, remove the NPT fitting from the water outlet. Install the included hose fitting adapter
and tighten with an adjustable pipe wrench. Do not overtighten.
To flow water, press and hold the trigger. Release the trigger to stop water flow. Do not hold
trigger if there is no water flow.
Prime the Ozone Cell
When new, or after long storage, the electrolytic ozone cell in the device may become de-
primed and dry. In this condition the blue light will flash during operation and the red and blue
lights will flash twice once the trigger is released. Before attempting to prime the electrolytic
cells, the device must be fully charged. The first charge can take up to 10 hours.
To prime the cell, spray the unit for 2 minutes or unit the blue lights stops flashing and remains
solid. The cell is now good to use. This process may have to be repeated if the device sits unused
for an extended period.
