SOFTWARE
When the version of the software is outdated, re-download the software.
STEPS:
1. Load the driver software on your computer
2. Open the software, click the start button

3. Connect your computer and mobile phone with a USB cable
4. Press the left soft button
5. Place the battery or connect to power
6. When download is completed, disconnect your computer and mobile
7. Remove the battery or disconnect the power
left soft button

engineering mode
Enter engineering model to test basic function :
1.Press the order :*998*0#
2. Follow the prompts to test all functions

Step1 Remove the back cover
and 6 screws

Step2 Remove the battery、SIM card、T card

Step3 Take off the back shell

Step4 Take off the front shell

LCM pad
If the following happened:
1.White screen
2. Horizontal stripes or vertical stripes
3.Crushed
4.Show nothing
Please replace a new screen.

DOME
If the following happened:
1.DOME is broken,replace a new DOME.
2.Press the button but no response
Please replace a new FPC of key.

If the following happened:
1.Keyboard itself is broken
Please replace a new keyboard.

Camera pad
If the following happened:
1.Can not be opened
2. Color display is abnormal
Please replace a new camera.

If the following happened:
1.Can’t hear the opposite voice when making a phone call
2.Receiver itself is broken
Please replace a new receiver.

Torch LED
If the following happened:
1.Positive or negative pins off
2. Does not shine
Please replace a new torch LED.

Headphone jack
If the following happened:
1.Headphone can’t be detected when the headphone is
already insert
2. Headphone jack itself is broken
Please replace a new headphone jack.

Motor pad
If the following happened:
1. Vibration mode dose not work
2.Motor itself is broken
Please replace a new motor.

speaker pad
If the following happened:
1.Speaker itself is broken
2.Can’t hear music when the MP3 or MP4 is playing
3.Can’t hear any voice when the FM is working
4. Can’t hear any voice when the TV is working
Please replace a new speaker.

SIM card 1
If the following happened:
1. SIM card can’t be detected when the SIM card is
already insert
2.The deck of SIM card is broken down
Please replace a new deck.
