SICHERHEITSHINWEISE
1. Der Arbeitsplatz muss sauber gehalten werden. Nicht aufgeräumte Flächen können zu Unfällen führen.
2. Die Bedingungen am Arbeitsplatz müssen beachtet werden. Es sollte nicht in feuchter bzw. nasser
Umgebung gearbeitet werden (Regen, feuchter Boden). Der Arbeitsplatz sollte gut gesichert
sein. Die Maschine kann im Betrieb sowie beim Ein- und Ausschalten Funken erzeugen. Nicht in
explosionsgefährdeter Umgebung (in der Nähe von Lack, Farben, Benzin, Lösungsmitteln, Gasen,
Klebestoffen, leicht entammbaren bzw. explosiven Flüssigkeiten und Gasen) verwenden.
3. Es muss ausreichend Schutz vor Stromschlägen sowie vor dem Kontakt mit geerdeten Oberächen,
z.B. Rohren, Radiatoren, Heizkörpern, Öfen und Kühlschrankgehäusen, gewährleistet werden.
4. Kinder und Dritte sind vom Arbeitsplatz fernzuhalten.
5. Nicht verwendete Maschinen sollten trocken und in einem geschlossenen Raum aufbewahrt werden.
6. Die Maschine sollte nicht überlastet werden. Die Maschine bietet nur bei Verwendung mit den
vorgegebenen Parametern optimale Leistung und Sicherheit.
7. Es darf nur geeignetes, zweckmäßiges Werkzeug verwendet werden. Das Werkzeug bzw. Ansatzstück
darf nicht für Aufgaben verwendet werden, für die es nicht bestimmt ist. Nicht zweckentfremdet
einsetzen.
8. Entsprechende Bekleidung tragen. Lose Kleidungsstücke und Schmuck können sich in beweglichen
Bauteilen der Maschine verfangen. Bei der Arbeit im Freien werden Gummihandschuhe und Antirutsch
-Schuhwerk empfohlen. Langes Haar muss bei der Arbeit abgedeckt sein.
9. Bei besonders staubreichen Arbeitsvorgängen sollen Schutzbrille und Staubmaske getragen werden.
10. Anschlusskabel nicht überlasten. Die Maschine nicht am Kabel tragen. Zum Ausschalten nicht am Kabel
ziehen. Kabel von Wärmequellen, Ölbehältern und scharfen Kanten fernhalten.
11. Arbeitsplatz sichern. Es wird empfohlen, Schraubzwingen bzw. Schraubstöcke zur Fixierung zu
verwenden. Während der Arbeit immer auf die Hände achten!
12. Sich nicht übernehmen. Immer entsprechende Körperhaltung und Gleichgewicht beim Arbeiten halten.
13. Die Maschine fest in der Hand halten. Wenn die Maschine in Betrieb ist, immer an dem daran
befestigten Griff halten.
14. Werkzeuge in einem einwandfreien Zustand halten. Die Werkzeuge sollten, um optimale Leistung zu
bringen, scharf und sauber sein. Hinweise bezüglich Schmieren und Erneuern von Zubehör müssen
eingehalten werden. Kabelverlängerung immer auf Beschädigungen prüfen und ggf. erneuern. Handgriffe
müssen immer trocken, sauber sowie öl- und schmierfrei sein.
15. Vor Wartung, Zubehöraustausch (Meißel, Bohrer, Messer) und bei Nichtverwendung die Maschine
ausschalten und den Stecker ziehen.
16. Einstellschlüssel entfernen. Immer vor Inbetriebnahme überprüfen, ob alle Einstellschlüssel entfernt
sind.

17. Zufälliges Einschalten vermeiden. Die Maschine nicht an Strom angeschlossen und mit dem Finger
auf dem Hauptschalter tragen. Sicherstellen, dass der Hauptschalter sich in Position AUS bendet,
während die Maschine an das Stromnetz angeschlossen wird.
18. Bei der Arbeit im Freien nur entsprechende Verlängerungskabel für den Außenbereich verwenden.
19. Die Arbeit mit der Maschine erfordert Wachsamkeit und Sorgfalt. Maschine nicht bei Müdigkeit
bedienen.
20. Beschädigte Bauteile sind sorgfältig zu prüfen. Vor Fortsetzung des Betriebs sollten die Gehäuseteile
und sonstige Bauteile sorgfältig geprüft werden um festzustellen, ob diese Bauteile ihre entsprechenden
Funktionen ausführen können. Bewegliche Bauteile auf Ausrichtung, Verbindungen, Montage und
sonstige Bedingungen prüfen, welche die Funktion der Bauteile beeinträchtigen können. Bei
Beschädigung die betroffenen Maschinenteile entsprechend vom zuständigen Service in Stand setzen
oder erneuern lassen, sofern nichts anderes in der vorliegenden Anleitung beschrieben ist. Beschädigte
Schalter sind vom zuständigen Service auszutauschen. Die Maschine darf nicht betrieben werden, wenn
die Schalter ihre Funktionen nicht gewährleisten.
21. Maschine nur bestimmungsgemäß verwenden.
22. Zur Gewährleistung der operativen Integrität der Maschine dürfen werkseitig installierte Teile und
Schrauben des Gehäuses nicht entfernt werden.
23. Keine beweglichen Bauteile anfassen, wenn die Maschine an das Stromnetz angeschlossen ist.
24. Es wird empfohlen, das Werkzeug mit niedrigerer Eingangsbelastung zu verwenden, als auf dem
Typenschild angegeben ist, damit die Effektivität der Maschine erhöht und der Verschleiß reduziert
werden kann.
25. Kunststoffteile nicht mit Lösungsmitteln reinigen. Benzin, Verdünnungsmittel, Benzol, Alkohol oder Öl
können die Kunststoffteile beschädigen. Mit einem weichen Tuch mit Wasser und Seife reinigen.
26. Bei Störungen sich an den zuständigen Service wenden.
27. Nur originale Ersatzteile verwenden.
28. Die Maschine nur zum Wechsel der Kohlebürsten demontieren.
29. Während der Arbeit mit der Maschine ist besonders auf den möglichen Rückschlag zu achten, welcher
eine plötzliche Reaktion der Maschine ist, wenn die rotierende Scheibe blockiert. Die Folge eines
Blockierens des Gerätes ist ein abruptes Reißen der Maschine in die entgegengesetzte Drehrichtung
der Scheibe. Zu einem Rückschlag kommt es infolge eines unsachgemäßen Gebrauchs der Maschine.
30. Das Netzkabel sollte sich immer in sicherer Entfernung von den rotierenden Teilen der Maschine
benden.
31. Die Lüftungsschlitze der Maschine müssen regelmäßig gereinigt werden.
SICHERHEITSHINWEISE FÜR DIE NUTZUNG DER MASCHINE
1. Augen mit Schutzbrille schützen.
2. Gehörschutz verwenden.
3. Staubmaske tragen.
4. Auf die richtige Einstellung des Handgriffs achten.
5. Während des Betriebs erhitzt sich die Maschine stark.
6. Sichere Arbeit hängt von der Körperhaltung ab.
7. Bei der Arbeit mit dem Gerät immer Sicherheitsschuhe und Schutzhandschuhe tragen.
8. Um Arbeitsunfälle durch zufälliges Einschalten der Maschine beim Austauschen der Scheibe, des Tellers
und anderer Ersatzteilen zu vermeiden, immer den Netzstecker der Maschine aus der Steckdose
ziehen.
9. Die Maschine sollte stets auf dem untersten Drehbereich ein- oder ausgeschaltet werden (gilt nur für
MSW-POL560C).
Werden die Anweisungen und Sicherheitshinweise verletzt kann das zu ernsthaften
Körperverletzungen oder zum Tod führen!

ANWENDUNGSGEBIET
Die Poliermaschine für Fahrzeuge ist zum Polieren der lackierten Metallteile bestimmt sowie zu allen
anderen Polierarbeiten u.a. in der Automotive-Industrie.
Verboten ist die Verwendung der Poliermaschine zum Waschen der Fahrzeuge mit Reinigungsmitteln – diese
Verwendung könnte zum tödlichen Stromschlag führen.
Für alle Schäden bei nicht zweckgemäßer Verwendung haftet allein der Betreiber.
VOR DER ERSTEN BENUTZUNG
Prüfen Sie die Verpackung bei Erhalt der Ware auf Mängel und öffnen Sie diese, falls keine vorhanden sind. Falls
die Verpackung Beschädigungen aufweist, setzen Sie sich innerhalb von 3 Tagen mit der Transportgesellschaft
und Ihrem Vertriebspartner in Verbindung. Dokumentieren Sie die Beschädigungen so gut wie möglich.
Stellen Sie das Paket nicht mit Inhalt über Kopf auf! Sollten Sie das Paket weiter transportieren, halten Sie
es aufrecht und stabil.
ENTSORGUNG DER VERPACKUNG
Es wird darum gebeten, das Verpackungsmaterial (Pappe, Plastikbänder und Styropor) zu behalten, um das
Gerät im Servicefall bestmöglich geschützt zurücksenden zu können!
AUFBAU DES GERÄTES
PLATZIERUNG DES GERÄTES
Halten Sie das Gerät von jeglicher Art heißer Flächen fern. Verwenden Sie das Gerät außerhalb der
Reichweite von Kindern oder geistig Behinderten. Das Gerät muss so verwendet werden, dass man zu
jedem Zeitpunkt die Netzverbindung erreichen kann. Denken Sie daran, dass die Stromversorgung des
Gerätes den Angaben auf dem Typenschild entspricht!

TRANSPORT UND LAGERUNG
Beim Transport sollte die Maschine vor Erschütterung und dem Herabstürzen geschützt werden. Lagern
Sie die Maschine in einer gut durchlüfteten Umgebung mit trockener Luft und ohne korrosive Gase. Die
Maschine ist mit der Polierscheibe nach oben zu lagern. Die Polieraufsätze sind zu entnehmen- dadurch wird
die Verformung der Scheibe verhindert.
REINIGUNG UND WARTUNG
Ziehen Sie vor jeder Reinigung und nach jedem Gebrauch den Netzstecker und lassen Sie das Gerät
vollständig abkühlen. Um die Maschine sauber zu halten, muss diese mit Wasser und unter dem Zusatz
von Seife sowie einem weichen Tuch gereinigt werden. Verwenden Sie keine Bürsten oder andere
Reinigungsgegenstände, welche die Maschine verkratzen oder beschädigen können. Bitte beachten Sie,
dass kein Wasser in die Belüftungsöffnungen dringt. Die Belüftungsöffnungen werden mit einem Pinsel und
Druckluft gesäubert. Die Polieraufsätze dürfen manuell unter Verwendung eines milden Reinigungsmittels
gereinigt werden (nicht in der Waschmaschine waschen).
REGELMÄSSIGE PRÜFUNG DES GERÄTES
Prüfen Sie regelmäßig, ob Elemente des Gerätes eventuelle Beschädigungen aufweisen. Sollte dies der Fall
sein, darf das Gerät nicht mehr benutzt werden. Wenden Sie sich umgehend an Ihren Verkäufer, um das
Gerät reparieren zu lassen.
Was tun im Problemfall?
Kontaktieren Sie Ihren Verkäufer und bereiten Sie folgende Angaben vor:
• Rechnungs- und Seriennummer (letztere nden Sie auf dem Typenschild)
• Ggf. ein Foto des defekten Teils aufnehmen.
• Ihr Servicemitarbeiter kann besser eingrenzen worin das Problem besteht, wenn Sie es so präzise wie
möglich beschreiben. Je detaillierter Ihre Angaben sind, umso schneller kann Ihnen geholfen werden!
ACHTUNG: Öffnen Sie die Maschine niemals ohne Rücksprache mit dem Kundenservice. Dies kann Ihren
Garantieanspruch beeinträchtigen!

BEDIENUNG DER MASCHINE
Vor der ersten Inbetriebnahme.
• Es ist zu überprüfen, ob die Versorgungsspannung der Spannung am Typenschild der der Maschine
entspricht.
• Vor jedem Anschluss der Maschine an die Versorgung ist immer die Stellung des Schalters zu
überprüfen. Es muss die OFF-Stellung eingestellt sein. Ist der Schalter in der ON-Stellung wird die
Maschine nach dem Versorgungsanschluss eingeschaltet, was zum Unfall führen kann!
• Zu überprüfen ist der Zustand der Versorgungsleitung und des Steckers. Sollte die Leitung oder der
Stecker ausgetauscht werden, hat das ausschließlich bei der zuständigen Servicestelle zu erfolgen.
Einschalten / Ausschalten
Um das Gerät einzuschalten ist der Schalter einzuschalten/zu verschieben. Für den Typ MSW
-POL560C (6233) ist vor dem Einschalten die möglichst niedrigste Drehgeschwindigkeit einzustellen – die
Geschwindigkeit wird nach dem Einschalten der Maschine geregelt.
Um die Maschine sicher bedienen zu können werden zwei freie Hände benötigt. Verboten ist die Verwendung
der Maschine beim Stehen auf der Leiter. Vor der Durchführung der Servicearbeiten, Wartung, Einstellung
und vor dem Austausch des Zubehörs z.B. der Polierscheibe sowie bei Nichtbetrieb der Maschine, ist immer
deren "Strom" Versorgung abzuschalten.
Es muss immer überprüft werden, dass die Polierscheiben nicht mit Verschmutzungen behaftet sind, welche
Reibung verursachen – das kann zu Rissen auf der polierten Oberäche führen. Polierwerkstoffe wie Wachs,
Paste oder Flüssigkeit sind auf die Polierscheibe und nicht auf die zu polierende Oberäche aufzutragen. Die
Poliermaschine ist erst dann einzuschalten, wenn die Scheibe mit der zu polierenden Oberäche Kontakt
hat. Vor dem Einschalten ist die Polierscheibe stabil zu halten. Man muss sich vergewissern, ob sich auf der
zu polierenden Oberäche keine Kanten oder Vorsprünge benden, die zur Beschädigung oder zum Bruch
der Polierscheibe führen könnten. Die Polierscheiben sind regelmäßig zu waschen oder und zu reinigen. Eine
Polierscheibe, die mit Wachs überzogen wurde, können reibungsverursachende Substanzen anhaften, welche
zu der Entstehung von Rissen auf der polierten Fläche führen können.
Die polierte Oberäche muss vorher gründlich gereinigt werden. Die besten Ergebnisse der Polierarbeiten
werden erreicht, wenn sie auf einer sauberen Oberäche durchgeführt werden- auch das Risiko der
Rissentstehung wird dadurch gemindert.
Um die Polierarbeiten zu beginnen ist die Poliermaschine auf der Arbeitsoberäche aufzustellen und
einzuschalten. Die Poliermaschine sollte nicht an die polierte Fläche gedrückt werden – es sollten rotierende
Bewegungen ohne größeren Druck ausgeführt werden.
Der Polierschwamm ist an der Scheibe mit Klettverschluss befestigt.
Sollte die Scheibe selbst ausgetauscht werden müssen, ist die
Maschine von der "Strom" versorgung zu trennen. Danach ist der
Schlüssel (in der Lieferung enthalten) zwischen Scheibe und Gerät
zu stecken (damit die Scheibe nicht mehr dreht) und die Scheibe
manuell abzuschrauben.
BEDIENUNG UND KONTROLLE DER MASCHINE
1. Überprüfen der Maschine
Eine beschädigte Maschine darf auf keinen Fall verwendet werden. Vor jedem Einsatz muss die Maschine
zusammen mit dem Zubehör genau überprüft werden.
2. Kontrolle der Befestigungsschrauben
Befestigungsschrauben sind regelmäßig auf festen Sitz zu prüfen und ggf. festzuziehen, sonst besteht
Verletzungsgefahr!
3. Bedienung des Motors
Um den Motor nicht zu beschädigen ist sicherzustellen, dass dieser nicht in Kontakt mit Wasser bzw.
Öl kommt.
4. Vor der Prüfung oder Reparatur muss die Maschine immer von der Stromversorgung getrennt werden.
5. Maschine sollte sauber sein, besondere Aufmerksamkeit ist den Belüftungsöffnungen zu schenken,
welche nicht blockiert werden dürfen. Die Belüftungsöffnungen sind nach jeder Verwendung zu
reinigen.
6. Service: Das Werkzeug nur mit Original-Ersatzteilen reparieren lassen. Kontaktieren Sie in dem Fall
bitte unseren Kundendienst. Die Verwendung anderer Ersatzteile kann zu Unfällen oder Beschädigung
des Werkzeugs führen. Die Maschine keinesfalls umbauen und keine anderen als die empfohlenen
Zubehörteile verwenden. Solche Tätigkeiten oder Umbauten sind nicht zulässig und können zu
gefährlichen Situationen mit Verletzungsgefahr führen. Dies führt auch zu Garantieverlust.

MSW-POL120C (6234) und MSW-POL60C (6235) sind mit zwei Typen Polieraufsätze ausgerüstet: weich
und rau. Der raue Aufsatz wird beim Verteilen des Poliermittels und der weiche Aufsatz zum Polieren
verwendet. Es muss immer darauf geachtet werden, dass der Scheibenaufsatz gleichmäßig aufgezogen wurde.

GENERAL OPERATIONAL PRECAUTIONS
1. Keep the work area clean. Cluttered areas can cause injuries.
2. Consider the work area environment. Don’t expose power tools to rain or wet soil. Don’t use power
tools in damp or wet locations. The work area should be well protected. Don’t use the tool in the
presence of ammable liquids or gases. Power tools produce sparks during normal operation or
when switching ON/OFF. Never use power tools in dangerous sites containing lacquer, paint, benzene,
thinner, gasoline, gases, adhesive agents, and other materials which are combustible or explosive.
3. Provide sufcient protection against electric shock. Prevent body contact with grounded surfaces, such
as for example: pipes, radiators, ranges and refrigerator enclosures.
4. Keep children and third parties away from the work area.
5. Store unused tools. When not in use, all tools should be stored in a dry and high or locked place, out
of the reach of children.
6. Do not overload the machine! To ensure an optimum in the performance and safety of the machine, it
should only be used within the set parameters.
7. Use only suitable tools. Don’t use tool or attachment for tasks for which they are not intended. For
example: Don’t use circular saw for cutting tree limbs or logs.
8. Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry. They can get caught in moving parts. Rubber
gloves and nonskid footwear are recommended when working outdoors. Wear protective hair
covering to contain long hair.
9. Wear protective goggles. Dust masks should be worn in dusty work.
10. Do not damage the connection cable. Never carry tool by cord or yank it to disconnect it from the
power source. Keep cord from heat and oil sources and sharp edges.
11. Secure the work area. It is recommended to use clamps or a vice for xation. Please pay special
attention to your hands when operating the machine!
12. Do not overreach yourself. Keep proper footing and balance at all times.
13. Hold the machine rmly in both hands. When using the machine, hold it by the handles which are
provided with the machine.
14. Keep all tools in good condition. Keep the tools clean for better and safer performance. Follow the
instructions for lubricating and renewing the accessories. Inspect extension cords periodically and
replace if damaged. Keep handles dry, clean, and free from oil and grease.
15. Switch off the machine and disconnect the cable before maintenance or changing accessories (chisel,
drill, and knife).
16. Remove the adjusting keys and wrenches. Always make sure that keys and adjusting wrenches are
removed from the tool before turning it on.

17. Avoid unintentional switching on of the device. Do not connect the device to the power supply and
carry it with the ngers on the main switch. Make sure that the main switch is switched off while the
machine is being connected to the power source.
18. When working outdoors only use extension cords intended for outdoor use.
19. Stay alert when operating the machine. Do not operate tool when you are tired.
20. Check damaged parts. Before further use of the tool, any parts of the casing or other parts that are
damaged should be carefully checked to determine that they will operate properly and perform their
intended function. Check for alignment of moving parts, mounting, and any other conditions that may
affect the machine’s operation. A part of the casing or other part that is damaged should be properly
repaired or replaced by an authorized service centre unless otherwise indicated elsewhere in this
instruction manual. Defective switches should be replaced by an authorized service centre. Do not use
the tool if the switch does not turn it on and off.
21. Do not use power tools for applications other than those specied in the instruction (other than
those for which it was designed).
22. To ensure the designed operational integrity of power tools, do not remove installed parts of the
casing or screws.
23. Do not touch movable parts or accessories unless the power source has been disconnected.
24. Use your tool at lower input load than specied on the nameplate to increase working efciency and
decrease wear out.
25. Do not wipe plastic parts with solvent. Solvents such as gasoline, thinner, benzene, alcohol, ammonia
and oil may damage and crack plastic parts. Do not wipe them with such solvents. Wipe plastic parts
with a soft cloth lightly dampened with soapy water.
26. Consult an authorized service agent in the event of power tool failure.
27. Use only original replacement parts.
28. This tool should only be disassembled for replacement of carbon brushes.
29. When using the machine pay special attention to a recoil, which is a sudden reaction of the machine
to the rotating disc blocking. As a consequence of blocking of the rotating tool, the machine tugs in
a direction opposite to the disc rotation direction. The recoil is a consequence of inappropriate use of
the machine.
30. The power cord should be kept away from the rotating parts of the machine.
31. Clean the machine’s ventilation slots regularly.

The car polisher is designed for polishing painted metal surfaces and all other polishing works, particularly
in the automotive industry.
Do not use the car polisher to wash vehicles using detergents – there is a risk of a fatal electric shock.
The user is liable for any damage resulting from non-intended use of the device.
BEFORE THE FIRST USE
Upon receipt of the goods, check the packaging for integrity and open it. If the packaging is damaged, please
contact your transport company and distributor within 3 days, and document the damages as detailed as
possible. Do not turn the package upside down! When transporting the package, please ensure that it is kept
horizontal and stable.
DISPOSAL OF THE PACKAGING
Please keep all packaging materials (cardboard, plastic tapes and Styrofoam), so that in case of a problem, the
device can be sent back to the service centre in accurate condition!

TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
Shaking and crashing of the machine should be prevented when transporting it. Store it in a properly
ventilated area with dry air and without any corrosive gas. Store the device with the polishing disk facing up.
Polishing bonnets should be removed from the disk - the disk is not susceptible to deformation.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Always unplug the device before cleaning it and after each use. Never spray the device with water jets. To
keep the machine clean, clean it with water mixed with soap using a soft cloth. Do not use brushes or other
cleaning tools that may scratch/damage the machine. Care must be taken in order to prevent water owing
inside the ventilation slots located on the housing. Ventilation slots should be cleaned using a brush and
compressed air. Polishing bonnets may be hand washed, using a mild detergent (do not wash in a washing
machine).
CHECK REGULARLY THE DEVICE
Check regularly the machine for signs of damage. If the machine is damaged, please stop using it immediately
and contact your customer service to solve the problem.
What to do in case of a problem?
Please contact your customer service and prepare following information:
• Invoice number and serial number (the latter is to be found on the technical plate on the machine).
• If relevant, take a picture of the damaged, broken or defective part.
• It will be easier for your customer service clerk to determine the source of the problem if you give
a detailed and precise description of the matter. Avoid formulations like „the device doesn’t t heat up”,
which may mean that it doesn’t t heat enough or even not at all. The more detailed your information,
the better customer service will be able to solve your problem rapidly and efciently!

PRINCIPLES OF OPERATION
Before the rst use
• Make sure the power supply voltage matches that on the device rating plate.
• Before connecting the machine to a power source, make sure the ON/OFF switch is in the OFF
position. If the switch is in the ON position, connecting the machine to a power supply will activate it,
which might cause an accident!
• Check the state of the power cable and plug. If the power cable needs replacing, seek the services of
a qualied technician.
Switching on and off
To start using the device, press/slide the ON/OFF switch. If using the MSW-POL560C (6233) model, before
starting, set the switch to the slowest speed – then adjust the speed once the device starts.
Do not use the device while standing on a ladder. Both hands have to be free in order to use the device.
If the device is to be operated whilst working at heights, make sure an appropriative, stable platform or
scaffolding with bannisters and security supports is used. Disconnect from power source before commencing
maintenance, lubrication, adjusting and replacing accessories (e.g. polishing disks) and when the device is not
in use.
Always make sure the polishing disk is not contaminated with abrasive elements - this might scratch the
polished surface. Polishing substances, such as wax, paste or liquid should be applied to the polishing disk
and not on the polished surface. Start the car polisher only once the disk comes into contact with the
surface to be polished. Grip the car polisher rmly before starting it. Make sure the surface to be polished is
free from sharp edges or projections which might damage or break the polishing disk. Polishing disks should
be washed regularly or when required. Abrasive substances may adhere to a polishing disk saturated with
wax and scratch the polished surface.
Wash the surface before polishing. For best polishing results, make sure that the surface is clean - this also
reduces the risk of grime and small mechanical contaminants scratching the surface.
To start polishing, place the car polisher onto the surface to be polished and switch it on. Do not press the
car polisher into the polished surface - use circular movements without increasing pressure.
MSW-POL120C (6234) and MSW-POL60C (6235) models include two types of polishing bonnets: coarse
and soft. The coarse polishing bonnet is used to distribute the polishing substance and the soft polishing
bonnet is for polishing. Make sure that the polishing bonnet is aligned evenly on the disk.
The polishing sponge is attached to the disk using Velcros. To replace
the disk, disconnect the device from the power source, insert
spanner (included) between the disk and the device (preventing the
disk from rotating) and unscrew the disk by hand.
MAINTENANCE AND INSPECTION
1. Inspection of the machine
Never use damaged tools. Inspect the machine, together with its instrumentation, before each use.
2. Inspection of the mounting screws
Inspect regularly all mounting screws and ensure that they are properly tightened. Should any of the
screws be loose, retighten them immediately. Failure to do so could result in serious hazards.
3. Maintenance of the motor
To avoid damaging the motor, make sure that the device does not come into contact with oil or water.
4. Always disconnect the machine from the power source before inspecting or repairing it.
5. Keep the machine clean and pay particular attention to making sure that the vents are not clogged. The
vents should be cleaned after every use of the machine.
6. Service: When repairing the machine, use only identical replacement parts. In such case please contact
our service centre. The use of any other part can lead to accidents or damage the tool. Do not
attempt to modify tools or create accessories not recommended. Such activities or reconstructions
are not allowed and could result in a hazardous condition leading to possible serious injury. It will also
void the warranty.

TRANSPORT I PRZECHOWYWANIE
Podczas transportu maszynę należy zabezpieczyć przed wstrząsami i przewróceniem się. Maszynę należy
przechowywać w dobrze wentylowanym pomieszczeniu, w którym obecne jest suche powietrze i nie
występują gazy powodujące korozję. Maszynę należy przechowywać tarczą polerską skierowaną ku górze
a nakładki polerskie powinny być zdjęte z tarczy – tarcza nie zdeformuje swojego kształtu.
CZYSZCZENIE I KONSERWACJA
Przed każdym czyszczeniem, a także jeżeli urządzenie nie jest używane, należy wyciągnąć wtyczkę sieciową
i całkowicie ochłodzić urządzenie. Zabrania się spryskiwania urządzenia strumieniem wody. Aby maszynę
utrzymać w czystości, należy czyścić je wodą z domieszką mydła przy pomocy miękkiej szmatki. Nie wolno
używać szczotek lub innych narzędzi czyszczących, które mogą doprowadzić do zarysowania/uszkodzenia
maszyny. Należy pamiętać aby przez otwory wentylacyjne znajdujące się w obudowie nie dostała się woda.
Otwory wentylacyjne należy czyścić pędzelkiem i sprężonym powietrzem. Nakładki polerskie można czyścić
ręcznie, przy pomocy łagodnego detergentu (nie prać w pralce).

JAK UŻYWAĆ MASZYNĘ
Przed pierwszym użyciem.
• Należy sprawdzić czy napięcie zasilania jest zgodne z napięciem wskazanym na tabliczce znamionowej
maszyny.
• Przed każdym podłączeniem maszyny do zasilania należy zawsze sprawdzić położenie włącznika,
który musi zawsze być w położeniu „wyłączone”. W przypadku gdy włącznik znajduje się w pozycji
„włączone” po podłączeniu do zasilania maszyna włączy się co może być przyczyną wypadku!
• Sprawdzić stan przewodu zasilającego i wtyczki. Jeśli przewód lub wtyczka kwalikuje się do wymiany,
należy dokonać tego wyłącznie w kwalikowanym serwisie.
Włączanie / wyłączanie
Aby uruchomić urządzenie należy wcisnąć / przesunąć włącznik. W przypadku modelu MSW-POL560C
(6233) przed włączeniem należy ustawić najniższą możliwą prędkość obrotową – prędkość regulować po
włączeniu maszyny.
Do bezpiecznej obsługi maszyny potrzebne są dwie wolne ręce i zabrania się używania maszyn stojąc
na drabinie. Jeżeli urządzenie musi być używane do pracy na wysokości, należy użyć odpowiedniego,
stabilnego podestu lub rusztowania z barierkami i podporami zabezpieczającymi. Przed przystąpieniem do
serwisowania, smarowania, ustawiania i wymiany akcesoriów, np. tarcz polerskich, oraz wtedy, gdy maszyny
nie są używane, należy odłączyć je od zasilania.
Zawsze należy sprawdzać, czy tarcze polerskie nie zawierają zanieczyszczeń o właściwościach ściernych
– może to powodować porysowanie polerowanej powierzchni. Materiały polerskie takie jak wosk, pasta
lub płyn, należy aplikować na tarczę polerską, a nie na polerowaną powierzchnię. Polerkę należy włączać
dopiero wtedy, gdy tarcza zetknie się z powierzchnią, która ma być polerowana. Przed włączeniem polerki
należy mocno ją chwycić. Należy też upewnić się, czy na powierzchni, która ma być polerowana nie ma
ostrych krawędzi lub występów, które mogłyby spowodować zdzieranie lub rozerwanie tarczy polerskiej.
Tarcze polerskie należy myć często, albo wtedy, gdy jest to niezbędne. Do tarczy polerskiej silnie nasączonej
woskiem mogą przywierać substancje o właściwościach ściernych i spowodować porysowanie polerowanej
powierzchni.
Polerowana powierzchnia musi być uprzednio dokładnie umyta. Najlepsze efekty polerowania uzyskuje się
gdy polerowanie przeprowadza się na czystej powierzchni – zmniejsza się również ryzyko porysowania

Aby rozpocząć polerowanie należy umieścić polerkę na powierzchni roboczej i włączyć ją. Nie przyciskać
polerki do polerowanej powierzchni – prowadzić ją okrężnymi ruchami bez zwiększania nacisku.
Gąbka polerska jest przymocowana do tarczy przy pomocy rzepów.
W przypadku konieczności wymiany samej tarczy, należy odłączyć
maszynę od zasilania, następnie wsunąć klucz (w zestawie) w miejsce
między tarczą a urządzeniem (blokując tym samym możliwość
obrotu tarczy) i ręcznie odkręcić tarczę. OBSŁUGA I KONTROLA MASZYNY
1. Sprawdzanie maszyny
W żadnym wypadku nie wolno stosować uszkodzonych narzędzi. Przed każdym użyciem należy
skontrolować maszynę wraz z oprzyrządowaniem.
2. Sprawdzanie śrub mocujących
Należy regularnie sprawdzać śruby mocujące oraz upewnić się, że są one właściwie dokręcone.
W przypadku gdy jakakolwiek śruba będzie luźna, należy ją natychmiast dokręcić. Niespełnienie tego
wymogu może powodować poważne zagrożenie.
3. Obsługa silnika
Należy zadbać, by silnik nie został uszkodzony i/lub nie został zalany wodą lub olejem.
4. Zawsze odłączać maszynę od zasilania jeśli ma być ono sprawdzane lub naprawiane.
5. Maszyna powinna być utrzymywana w czystości, należy zwrócić szczególną uwagę na to, czy otwory
wentylacyjne nie są zablokowane. Otwory wentylacyjne powinny być czyszczone po każdej pracy.
6. Serwis: W przypadku napraw serwisowych należy używać jedynie oryginalnych części zamiennych.
W takim przypadku prosimy o kontakt z naszym serwisem. Używanie jakichkolwiek innych części
może stworzyć zagrożenie wypadku lub uszkodzenie maszyny. Nie wolno modykować w jakikolwiek
sposób narzędzi czy też używać akcesoriów, które nie są rekomendowane. Każde takie działanie lub
modykacja jest niewłaściwa i może spowodować niebezpieczne sytuacje prowadzące do poważnych
obrażeń. Będzie to również powodowało utratę gwarancji.

szorstką i miękką. Szorstka służy do rozprowadzania środka polerującego a miękka służy do właściwego
polerowania. Zawsze należy zwracać uwagę na to czy nakładka jest równomiernie naciągnięta na tarczę.

CONSIGNES DE SÉCURITÉ
1. Votre lieu de travail doivent être tenu propre. Les emplacements de travail qui ne sont pas bien rangés
peuvent provoquer des accidents.
2. Les conditions de votre lieu de travail doivent être considérées. Il est proscrit de travailler avec
cet appareil dans un environnement humide voire mouillé (Pluie, sol humide). Le lieu de travail doit
être sécurisé. L'appareil peut produire des étincelles aussi bien lors de son usage que lors de son
démarrage ou de son extinction. N'utilisez pas l'appareil en milieu explosif (à proximité de vernis,
peinture, essence, solvant, gaz, colle et de liquides et gaz facilement inammables).
3. Assurez-vous d'être efcacement protégé contre les chocs électriques et contre les contacts avec des
surfaces reliées à la terre comme par ex. des canalisations, radiateurs, fours, et réfrigérateurs.
4. Tenez les enfants et toute tierce personne à l'écart de la zone de travail.
5. Lorsque vous n'utilisez pas l'appareil, celui-ci doit être stocké dans une pièce fermée et sèche.
6. L'appareil ne doit pas être surchargé. L'appareil délivre une performance optimale et dispose d'une
sécurité d'utilisation maximum seulement lorsque celui-ci est utilisé avec les paramètres recommandés.
7. Seuls des outils et accessoires appropriés doivent être utilisés avec l'appareil. L'outil et/ou ses
accessoires ne doivent pas être utilisés dans d'autres buts que ceux auxquels ils ont été prévus. Ne pas
détourné l'appareil de son usage d'origine.
8. Portez un équipement de sécurité approprié. Les vêtements lâches et les bijoux peuvent être happés
par les parties mouvantes de l'appareil. Des gants en caoutchouc ainsi que des chaussures de sécurité
antidérapantes sont recommandés lors du travail. Les cheveux longs doivent être recouverts lors du
travail.
9. Pour des travaux en milieu fortement poussiéreux, ou qui produisent beaucoup de poussières, portez
des lunettes de protection ainsi qu'un masque anti-poussière.
10. Ne maltraitez pas le câble d'alimentation. L'appareil ne doit pas être porté par son câble d'alimentation.
Ne pas débrancher l'appareil pour l'éteindre. Tenez le câble à l'écart de la chaleur, de réservoirs d'huile
et de bords et surfaces tranchants/coupants.
11. Sécurisez votre espace de travail. Il est recommandé d'utiliser un étau ou serre-joint pour xer la pièce
d'ouvrage. Faites toujours attention à vos mains lorsque vous travaillez!
12. Ne vous surmenez pas lorsque vous utilisez l'appareil. Gardez une position et un équilibre adaptés
lorsque vous utilisez l'appareil.
13. Tenir fermement l'appareil en main lors de son utilisation. Si l'appareil est en état de marche, toujours
bien le tenir à sa poignée.
14. Maintenez l'outil dans un parfait état de fonctionnement. Les outils doivent être propres et affûtés
pour une performance optimale. Les indications relatives à la lubrication et au renouvellement des
accessoires doivent être connues. Examinez toujours l'état des rallonges et changez-les si nécessaire.
Les poignées doivent être toujours sèches, propres et sans trace d'huile ni de lubriant.

15. Éteignez et débranchez toujours l'appareil lorsque vous ne l'utilisez pas, l'entretenez ou lorsque vous
changez un accessoire (burin, foret).
16. Retirez tout réglage ou toute conguration avant la mise en marche de l'appareil. Avant d'allumer
l'appareil, vériez que tous les réglages aient été réinitialisés.
17. Évitez les démarrages intempestifs voire imprévus. Ne portez pas l'appareil avec un doigt sur l'interrupteur
lorsque celui-ci est branché. Assurez-vous que l'interrupteur se trouve sur la position OFF lorsque vous
branchez l'appareil.
18. Lorsque vous travaillez à l'extérieur, utilisez une rallonge adaptée au travail en extérieur.
19. L'utilisation de l'appareil nécessite vigilance et attention. N'utilisez pas la machine lorsque vous êtes
fatigué.
20. Les éléments endommagés doivent être soigneusement examinés. Avant de continuer à utiliser l'appareil,
veuillez consulter les instructions de sécurité et examiner soigneusement certains éléments an de vous
assurer que ceux-ci sont toujours en état de fonctionnement. Examinez l'alignement, les connections et
l'assemblage des parties mobiles an de vous assurer qu'elles n'entravent pas le bon fonctionnement de
l'outil. Un élément endommagé doit être réparé ou remplacé par une personne autorisée sauf contre
-indication décrite dans ce mode d'emploi. Les interrupteurs endommagés doivent être réparés par un
service agréé. L'appareil ne doit pas être utilisé lorsque l'interrupteur ne fonctionne pas correctement.
21. N'utiliser l'appareil que pour l'usage auquel il a été destiné.
22. Pour garantir l'intégrité opérationnelle de la machine, aucun dispositif de sûreté ni aucune vis ne doivent
être démontés.
23. Ne touchez pas les éléments mobiles de l'appareil lorsque celui-ci est branché au secteur.
24. Il est recommandé d'utiliser les outils avec une alimentation d'entrée inférieure à celle qui est indiquée
sur la plaque signalétique an d'augmenter l'efcacité de l'appareil et de réduire son usure.
25. Ne pas nettoyer les parties en plastique avec des solvants. L'essence, les diluants, le benzène, l'alcool ou
l'huile peuvent endommager les pièces en plastique. Nettoyez-les avec un chiffon doux, de l'eau et du
savon.
26. Veuillez-vous adresser à un service agréé en cas de panne.
27. Utilisez seulement des pièces d'origines / du fabricant.
28. Ne démontez l'appareil qu'en cas de changement du balai de charbon.
29. Lors de l'utilisation de l'appareil, il est possible que l'appareil produise un recul puissant et inattendu si le
disque rotatif se bloque. Suite au blocage de l'appareil, le disque se mettra à tourner abruptement dans
le sens inverse de rotation habituel. Un recul inattendu et puissant peut survenir en cas d'une utilisation
non-conforme de l'appareil.
30. Le câble d'alimentation doit toujours se trouver à une distance de sécurité sufsante des parties rotatives
de l'appareil.
31. La sortie d'aération de l'appareil doit être nettoyée régulièrement.
CONSIGNES DE SÉCURITÉ DE L'UTILISATION DE L'APPAREIL
1. Protégez vos yeux avec des lunettes de protection.
2. Portez des protections auditives.

4. Réglez correctement la poignée.
5. Une fois en état de marche, l'appareil chauffe fortement.
6. Un travail sécurisé dépend également de votre posture/position.

8. An d'éviter tout incident de travail dû à une mise en marche impromptue de l'appareil lors du
changement d'accessoire ou d'embout, veuillez constamment débrancher le câble d'alimentation de
la che secteur.
9. L'appareil doit constamment être allumé ou éteint lorsque sa vitesse de rotation est au plus bas
(seulement pour le modèle MSW-POL560C).

La polisseuse pour véhicule a été conçue pour polir des pièces de métal peintes ou pour effectuer tout type
de travail de polissage dans le domaine de l'industrie automobile.
L'appareil ne doit pas être utilisé pour nettoyer des véhicules avec des produits nettoyants. Cette utilisation
pourrait provoquer des chocs électriques.
L'utilisateur assume toute responsabilité en cas de dommages liés à un usage
inapproprié de l'appareil.
AVANT LA PREMIÈRE UTILISATION
Dès réception de la marchandise, veuillez inspecter le colis et ouvrez-le an de s'assurer qu'aucun élément
ou composant du colis ne soit manquant. Si l'emballage est endommagé, prenez contact sous 3 jours avec
la société de transport ainsi qu'avec votre distributeur et fournissez un maximum d'indications et photos
des dégâts. Documentez les éventuels dégâts avec le plus de précision possible. Ne tenez jamais le colis
à l'envers! Si vous devez transporter ou manipuler le colis, assurez-vous qu'il soit maintenu droit et de
manière stable.
TRAITEMENT DES DÉCHETS

TRANSPORT ET STOCKAGE
Lors du transport, l'appareil doit être protégé des secousses et chocs éventuels et il ne doit pas être
retourné ni posé à l'envers. Stockez-le dans un environnement sec et bien aéré, à l'abri des gaz corrosifs.
L'appareil doit être entreposé avec le disque dirigé vers le haut. Les accessoires et disques doivent être
retirés pour éviter de déformer les disques.
NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN
Après chaque utilisation et avant chaque nettoyage, débranchez l'appareil et laissez-le refroidir complètement.
An de conserver un appareil propre, veuillez le nettoyer avec de l'eau avec additif et ce, avec un chiffon
doux. N'utilisez pas de brosses ou d'autres moyens de nettoyage qui pourraient endommager l'appareil.
Veillez à ce que de l'eau ne s'inltre pas dans l'appareil. Les aérations sont à nettoyer avec une brosse et avec
de l'air comprimé. Les disques de polissage doivent être nettoyés manuellement au moyen d'un produit de
nettoyage doux (ne pas nettoyer dans une machine à laver).
EXAMEN RÉGULIER DE L'APPAREIL
Contrôlez régulièrement le bon état des différents éléments de l‘appareil. Si l‘un d‘entre eux est endommagé,
l‘appareil ne doit plus être utilisé. Adressez-vous immédiatement à votre vendeur pour faire réparer l‘appareil.

Prenez contact avec votre vendeur et préparez les éléments suivants:
• Vos numéros de facture et de série (vous trouverez ce dernier sur la plaque signalétique).
• Le cas échéant, une photo de l'élément endommagé.

UTILISATION DE L'APPAREIL
Avant la première utilisation
• Il est impératif de vérier sur la plaque signalétique que la tension d'alimentation correspond à celle
indiquée sur la plaque.
• Avant de brancher électriquement l'appareil, vériez toujours le positionnement de l'interrupteur. Il
doit être positionné sur OFF. Si l'interrupteur est positionné sur ON, l'appareil se mettra en état de
marché après avoir été branché électriquement, ce qui pourrait provoquer un accident!
• Il est important de contrôler l'état du câble d'alimentation et de la prise électrique. Si le câble
d'alimentation
Allumer / éteindre
Pour allumer l'appareil, actionnez / poussez l'interrupteur. Pour le modèle MSW-POL560C (6233), réglez
la vitesse de rotation au minimum avant d'activer l'appareil. Celle-ci se régule après avoir allumé l'appareil.
Pour utiliser l'appareil en toute sécurité, servez-vous de vos deux mains. Il est interdit d'utiliser l'appareil
en piétinant le câble d'alimentation. Si l'appareil doit être utilisé pour des travaux en hauteur, utilisez un
échafaudage ou une structure semblable avec des rampes de sécurité. Débranchez toujours l'appareil
lorsque vous devez l'entretenir, le paramétrer, effectuer des réparations, changer d'accessoire comme le
disque de polissage par exemple ou lorsque vous ne vous servez pas de l'appareil.
Toujours vérier que le disque de polissage ne soit pas encrassé ou sale car il pourrait rayer vos surfaces
à polir. Les produits de polissage comme de la cire, pâte ou autre liquide sont à appliquer directement sur
le disque et non sur la surface à polir. La polisseuse doit être allumée uniquement lorsque le disque est en
contact avec la surface à polir. Maintenez fermement la polisseuse avant de la mettre en état de marche.
Assurez-vous que la surface à polir ne contienne pas de bords ou de saillies qui pourraient endommager ou
casser votre disque de polissage. Nettoyez régulièrement les disques de polissage. Un disque de polissage,
recouvert de cire, peut lui faire adhérer des substances solides qui peuvent provoquer des rayures sur la
surface à polir.
La surface à polir doit être nettoyée en profondeur au préalable. Vous obtiendrez les meilleurs résultats de
polissage si vous travaillez sur une surface propre et cela permet également de limiter le risque de rayure.
Pour commencer à polir, la polisseuse doit être placée sur la surface à polir puis activée. La polisseuse
ne doit pas être pressée sur la surface à polir. Elle doit effectuer des mouvements circulaires sans avoir
à appliquer de pression.
Les modèles MSW-POL120C (6234) et MSW-POL60C (6235) sont équipés de deux types de disque de
polissage: Brut ou doux.
Le disque éponge doit être xé au disque à l'aide de la fermeture
autogrippante. Si vous changez vous-même de disque, débranchez
l'appareil de son alimentation électrique. Ensuite, insérez la clé
(incluse à la livraison) entre le disque et l'appareil (pour que le disque
ne puisse plus tourner) et dévissez manuellement le disque.
COMMANDE ET CONTRÔLE DE L'APPAREIL
1. Controle de l'appareil
Un appareil défectueux ne doit, en aucun cas, être utilisé. Avant chaque utilisation, l'appareil et tous ses
accessoires doivent être vériés.
2. Contrôlez les vis de xation
Les vis de serrage doivent être vériées régulièrement et resserrées si nécessaire.
3. Maintenance du moteur
Pour ne pas endommager le moteur, assurez-vous que la polisseuse n'entre pas en contact avec de
l'eau ou de l'huile.
4. Avant tout examen ou toute réparation, l'appareil doit être débranché de l'alimentation électrique.
5. L'appareil doit être propre et veuillez prêter une attention toute particulière à la sortie d'air de
l'appareil, qui ne doit en aucun cas être obstruée. La sortie d'air doit être nettoyée après chaque usage.
6. Service: Ne faites réparer l'outil qu'avec des pièces de rechange originales. Veuillez prendre contact
avec notre service client en cas de besoin. L'utilisation d'autres pièces de rechange peut provoquer
des blessures ou des dommages à l'appareil. Ne pas modier l'appareil et ne pas utiliser d'autres
accessoires ou composants que ceux recommandés. De telles actions ne sont pas admises et peuvent
provoquer de graves risques de blessure. Cela provoque également une perte de la garantie.

NORME DI SICUREZZA
1. La postazione di lavoro deve essere mantenuta pulita. Superci in disordine possono aumentare il

10. Non sovraccaricare il cavo di collegamento. Non sollevare la macchina prendendola per il cavo. Non
staccare il cavo per spegnere il dispositivo. Tenere il cavo lontano da fonti di calore, petrolio e spigoli
appuntiti.
11. Assicurarsi che la postazione sia sicura. Si consiglia di utilizzare morsetti o una morsa da banco per il
ssaggio. Durante il lavoro fare sempre attenzione alle mani!
12. Non affaticarsi troppo. Mantenere sempre una corretta postura e un corretto equilibrio durante il
lavoro.
13. Impugnare saldamente il dispositivo. Quando il dispositivo è in funzione, impugnare saldamente
l'impugnatura.
14. Tenere gli attrezzi in buono stato. Gli attrezzi devono essere aflati e puliti per ottenere risultati
ottimali. Oliare ed effettuare le sostituzioni degli accessori secondo le indicazioni contenute in questo

16. Togliere le chiavi. Controllare sempre prima dell'utilizzo che tutte le chiavi siano state rimosse
dall'apparecchio.
17. Evitare l'accensione casuale. Mentre il dispositivo è collegato alla corrente, non spostarlo con le
dita appoggiate sopra all'interruttore. Assicurarsi che l'interruttore principale sia spento mentre il
dispositivo è collegato alla corrente.
18. Durante l'utilizzo all'aperto usare solo prolunghe da giardino.
19. Il lavoro con il dispositivo richiede costante attenzione. La macchina non deve essere utilizzata quando
si è stanchi.
20. Le componenti danneggiate devono essere controllate accuratamente. Prima di accendere il dispositivo,
le parti dell'alloggiamento e altri eventuali componenti devono essere accuratamente controllati
in modo da assicurarsi che siano in grado di svolgere le loro funzioni. Controllare le componenti
mobili nel loro allineamento, collegamento, montaggio e altre condizioni che possano eventualmente
limitarne il funzionamento. In caso di danneggiamento, far riparare o sostituire i componenti interessati
da personale autorizzato, salvo venga indicato diversamente nel seguente manuale. Far sostituire gli
interruttori rotti da personale autorizzato. Il dispositivo non deve essere utilizzato se l'interruttore
non funziona correttamente.
21. Usare il dispositivo solo per lo scopo per cui è stato progettato.
22. Per garantire l'integrità operativa del dispositivo non devono essere tolti sistemi di sicurezza o viti già
installate.
23. Non toccare parti mobili mentre il dispositivo è collegato alla corrente.
24. Si consiglia di utilizzare il dispositivo con un carico basso in entrata, come indicato sulla targhetta, in
modo tale da aumentare l'efcienza del dispositivo e ridurne l'usura.
25. Non pulire le parti in plastica con solventi. Benzina, diluenti, benzene, alcol o olio possono danneggiare
le parti in plastica. Pulire con un panno sofce imbevuto di acqua e sapone.
26. In caso di problemi rivolgersi al servizio di assistenza.
27. Usare soltanto pezzi di ricambio originali.
28. Smontare il dispositivo solo per sostituire le spazzole.
29. Durante il lavoro con il dispositivo prestare particolarmente attenzione al possibile contraccolpo,
un'improvvisa reazione del dispositivo nel caso in cui il disco rotante si blocchi. La conseguenza di un
eventuale blocco del dispositivo è uno scatto repentino del dispositivo nella direzione di rotazione
del disco opposta. È possibile che si verichi un contraccolpo nel caso di utilizzo non consentito del
dispositivo.
30. Il cavo dell'alimentazione si deve trovare sempre a una distanza di sicurezza dalle parti rotanti del
dispositivo.
31. Le prese d'aria del dispositivo devono essere pulite con regolarità.
INFORMAZIONI DI SICUREZZA PER L'USO DELLA MACCHINA
1. Proteggere gli occhi con occhiali di protezione.
2. Indossare una protezione per le orecchie.
3. Portare una maschera della bocca.
4. Prestare attenzione al corretto utilizzo della maniglia.
5. Durante l'utilizzo il dispositivo si riscalda molto.
6. La sicurezza sul lavoro dipende dalla postura durante l'utilizzo del dispositivo.
7. Portare sempre scarpe e guanti di sicurezza durante l'utilizzo del dispositivo.
8. Per evitare incidenti sul lavoro dovuti all'accensione casuale durante la sostituzione del disco, della
rotella e altre parti di ricambio, togliere sempre il cavo dalla presa.
9. Il dispositivo deve essere acceso e spento quando è alla velocità di rotazione minore (vale solo per
MSW-POL560C).
Nel caso in cui non vengano rispettate queste norme di sicurezza possono vericarsi
situazioni rischiose con pericolo di morte o di ferite gravi!

La lucidatrice per carrozzeria è adatta alla lucidatura delle parti metalliche e a tutti gli altri lavori di lucidatura
dell'industria automobilistica.
È vietato l'utilizzo della lucidatrice per lavare i veicoli con detersivi: questa modalità di impiego può
provocare folgorazioni mortali.
L'utente è il solo e unico responsabile dei danni causati da un utilizzo improprio del
dispositivo.
PRIMA DEL PRIMO UTILIZZO
Controllare subito dopo la consegna il contenuto del pacco per vericare la presenza di tutti i pezzi. Aprire
gli imballaggi solo se non ci sono state dimenticanze. Nel caso in cui l'imballaggio risultasse danneggiato,
contattare entro tre giorni sia il corriere incaricato di effettuare la spedizione, sia il venditore. Documentare
quanto più dettagliatamente possibile gli eventuali danni riscontrati. Non capovolgere il pacco e il suo
contenuto! Qualora il pacco dovesse essere ulteriormente trasportato, assicurarsi di mantenerlo dritto
e stabile.
SMALTIMENTO DELL'IMBALLAGGIO
Conservare l'imballaggio (cartone, bande di plastica e polistirolo) per proteggere adeguatamente
l'attrezzatura nel caso in cui fosse necessario mandarla in assistenza!
MONTAGGIO DELL'APPARECCHIO

Tenere il dispositivo lontano da superci calde di qualsiasi genere. Utilizzare il dispositivo lontano dalla
portata di bambini o di persone con decit mentali. Il dispositivo deve essere utilizzato vicino alla presa
di corrente, in modo da poterla raggiungere in ogni momento. Assicurarsi che il tipo di alimentazione
corrisponda alle speciche indicate sulla targhetta.

TRASPORTO E STOCCAGGIO
Durante il trasporto il dispositivo deve essere protetto da scosse e cadute. Conservare l'apparecchio in un
luogo ben ventilato, asciutto e privo di gas corrosivi. La macchina deve essere riposta con il disco verso l'alto.
Rimuovere i prodotti per la lucidatura onde evitare la deformazione del disco.
PULIZIA E MANUTENZIONE
Prima di pulire o riporre l'apparecchio, staccare la spina del cavo di alimentazione e lasciar raffreddare
l'apparecchio. Per mantenere il dispositivo pulito, utilizzare acqua e sapone e un panno delicato. Non usare
spazzole o altri strumenti per la pulizia che possono grafare il dispositivo o danneggiarlo. Fare attenzione
che non entri acqua nella presa d'aria. La presa d'aria deve essere pulita con un pennello e aria compressa.
I dischi di lucidatura devono essere puliti a mano con un detergente delicato (non lavare in lavatrice).
REGOLARE CONTROLLO DELL'APPARECCHIO
Vericare regolarmente che i componenti del dispositivo non presentino danni. In tal caso non utilizzare il
dispositivo. Rivolgersi immediatamente al proprio rivenditore per il controllo dell'apparecchiatura.
Cosa fare in caso di problemi?
Contattare il venditore, fornendo le seguenti informazioni:
• Numero di fattura e numero di serie (quest'ultimo è riportato sulla targhetta del dispositivo)
• Se possibile fornire una foto del pezzo difettoso
• Descrizione di problema – quanto più dettagliate sono le informazioni, tanto più velocemente il Servizio
Clienti potrà risolvere il problema!
ATTENZIONE: Non smontare mai l'apparecchio senza l'autorizzazione del servizio clienti. La
manomissione dell'apparecchio comporta la decadenza della garanzia.

FUNZIONAMENTO
Prima del primo utilizzo
• Controllare se la tensione dell'alimentazione corrisponde al valore di tensione del dispositivo indicato
sulla targhetta.
• Prima di collegare il dispositivo all'alimentazione, controllare sempre che la posizione dell'interruttore
sia OFF. Se l'interruttore si trova nella posizione ON, il dispositivo si accende repentinamente. Ciò
potrebbe provocare degli incidenti!
• Controllare lo stato del cavo e della spina. La sostituzione del cavo o della spina può essere effettuata
esclusivamente da personale autorizzato.
Accensione / spegnimento
Per accendere il dispositivo, utilizzare l'interruttore. Con il modello MSW-POL560C (6233) è possibile
impostare il dispositivo alla minima velocità di rotazione prima dell'accensione, per poi aumentare
eventualmente la velocità dopo aver acceso l'interruttore.
Per utilizzare in sicurezza il dispositivo, entrambe le mani devono essere libere. È proibito utilizzare il
dispositivo sopra alla scala. Qualora si debba utilizzare il dispositivo ad alta quota, utilizzare impalcature
o piedistalli con balaustre e sostegni di sicurezza. Scollegare sempre dalla corrente quando non si utilizza il
dispositivo e prima dei lavori di riparazione, manutenzione o sostituzione degli accessori (per es. del disco
di lucidatura).
Controllare sempre che i dischi di lucidatura non vengano riposti sporchi, perché l'utilizzo di dischi sporchi
può comportare la raschiatura delle superci che si desidera lucidare. I prodotti per lucidare quali cera,
pasta abrasiva e liquidi devono essere spalmati sul disco e non sulla supercie che deve essere lucidata.
La lucidatrice può essere messa in funzione solo se il disco non è a contatto con la supercie da lucidare.
Fissare il disco prima di attivare il dispositivo. Assicurarsi che sulla supercie da lucidare non ci siano
spigoli o elementi aggettanti che potrebbero comportare un danneggiamento o la rottura della lucidatrice.
I dischi devono essere lavati o puliti con regolarità. A un disco su cui è stata spalmata della cera potrebbero
attaccarsi delle sostanze abrasive.
La supercie deve essere pulita completamente prima di procedere con la lucidatura. Si ottengono risultati
ottimali se si lavora su una supercie pulita, diminuendo così anche il rischio di graf.
Per iniziare a lucidare, sistemare sulla supercie da lucidare la lucidatrice e accenderla. La lucidatrice non
dovrebbe essere premuta sulla supercie. Compiere movimenti rotatori senza applicare eccessiva pressione.
Nell'acquisto dei modelli MSW-POL120C (6234) e MSW-POL60C (6235) sono inclusi due tipi di dischi
lucidatrici: morbido e ruvido. Il disco ruvido si utilizza per distribuire il prodotto per lucidare, mentre il disco
morbido si utilizza per lucidare. Prestare sempre attenzione a rimuovere il disco per la lucidatura tirando in
maniera uniforme.
Il disco per la lucidatura è ssato al disco con una chiusura a strappo.
Scollegare il dispositivo dalla corrente qualora il disco debba essere
sostituito. Dopodiché inlare la chiave (inclusa nella spedizione) fra
il disco e il dispositivo (in modo che il disco non possa più ruotare)
e svitare manualmente il disco.
FUNZIONAMENTO E CONTROLLO DEL DISPOSITIVO
1. Controllo del dispositivo
Un dispositivo danneggiato non deve essere utilizzato per nessun motivo. Prima di ogni utilizzo il
dispositivo e gli accessori devono essere controllati attentamente.
2. Controllo delle viti di ssaggio
Le viti di ssaggio sono da controllare regolarmente e nel caso in cui non siano abbastanza strette
avvitarle.
3. Funzionamento del motore
Per non danneggiare il motore è necessario assicurarsi che non entri in contatto con acqua o olio.
4. Prima di un controllo o di una riparazione, il dispositivo deve essere sempre scollegato
dall'alimentazione.
5. Il dispositivo deve essere mantenuto pulito, in particolare è necessario prestare attenzione alla presa
d'aria, che non deve essere bloccata. La presa d'aria deve essere pulita dopo ogni utilizzo.
6. Manutenzione: Far riparare il dispositivo solo con pezzi di ricambio originali. Contattare in caso di
necessità il nostro Servizio Clienti. L'utilizzo di altri pezzi di ricambio può causare incidenti o un
danneggiamento del dispositivo. Non smontare il dispositivo per nessun motivo e non utilizzare pezzi
di ricambio diversi da quelli consigliati. La manomissione non è consentita e può portare a situazioni
rischiose, con pericolo di ferirsi. Ciò porta inoltre alla decadenza della garanzia.

MEDIDAS BÁSICAS DE SEGURIDAD
1. Mantenga la zona de trabajo siempre ordenada para minimizar el riesgo de accidentes.
2. No trabaje en entornos de alta humedad (lluvia, suelo mojado o húmedo). La zona de trabajo debe ser
siempre segura. El equipo puede generar chispas cuando está en funcionamiento, así como durante el
encendido/apagado. No utilice el aparato en entornos con riesgo de explosión (en las proximidades
de laca, pintura, gasolina, disolventes, gases, pegamentos, líquidos y gases altamente inamables
o explosivos).
3. Garantice suciente protección contra descargas eléctricas y contra un posible contacto con
supercies conectadas a tierra, como tubos, radiadores, paneles de calefacción, hornos o frigorícos.
4. Mantenga a niños y terceras personas alejadas de la zona de trabajo.
5. Guarde el dispositivo en un lugar cerrado y seco siempre que no lo esté utilizando.
6. No sobrecargue la máquina. Respete los parámetros de funcionamiento del dispositivo para garantizar
un óptimo rendimiento y un uso seguro.
7. Utilice siempre herramientas compatibles con el dispositivo y para el n que han sido diseñadas.
8. Utilice ropa adecuada. No use joyas ni ropa oja. Además, asegúrese de mantener su cabello, ropa
y guantes alejados de las partes móviles para evitar que se enganchen. Cuando trabaje en el exterior
porte siempre guantes de goma y zapatos de seguridad antideslizantes.
9. Use gafas de protección y mascarilla antipolvo.
10. No arrastre la máquina tirando del cable. No tire del cable para desconectar el dispositivo. Mantenga
el cable alejado de aceite, calor y cantos alados.
11. Asegure el lugar de trabajo. Se recomienda el uso de sargentos para jar la pieza a la supercie de
trabajo. ¡Tenga siempre mucho cuidado con las manos!
12. No incline el cuerpo. Mientras trabaje, mantenga una óptima postura corporal que le permita
garantizar el equilibrio.
13. Mientras el dispositivo esté en funcionamiento, sujete rmemente el aparato por la empuñadura.
14. Mantenga los componentes del dispositivo en perfecto estado. Las herramientas deben estar siempre
aladas y limpias para lograr un óptimo rendimiento. Respete las indicaciones referentes a la lubricación
y al cambio de accesorios. Asegúrese siempre de que los cables no estén deteriorados y sustitúyalos si
fuera necesario. Las empuñaduras deben estar siempre secas, limpias y sin restos de aceite o lubricante.
15. Antes de realizar el mantenimiento del dispositivo o cambio de accesorios desenchufe la máquina.
16. Antes de poner en marcha el dispositivo, compruebe siempre que todas las llaves de ajuste hayan sido
retiradas.
17. Evite el encendido accidental del aparato. Cuando el equipo esté enchufado al suministro eléctrico no
lo transporte con el dedo apoyado en el interruptor. Asegúrese de que el interruptor del aparato esté
siempre en posición de apagado cuando lo enchufe a la corriente.
