2) Important safety instructions
This section contains safety instructions to prevent personal injury or
property damage risks. Failure to comply with these instructions will make
all warrantyinvalid.
General Safety
This product is not intended for use by persons (includingchildren)
having physical, sensory or metal incapability or uninformed or
inexperienced, unless they are attended by a person to be
responsible for safety or to give necessary instructions for use of
the product. Children should be kept under supervision and never
beallowedplaying with theproduct.
Connect the product to an earthed wall outlet/mains protected by
a fuse according to the values given in the table “Technical
specifications”. In case of use with or without transformer, do not
neglect to have the earthing installation done by a qualified
electrician. Our company will not be held responsible for any
damages due to use of the product without proper earthing as per
thelocal regulations.
If the power cable/plug is damaged, do not operate the product.
Call theAuthorizedServiceCenter.
If the product is broken or has any visible damage, do not operate
theproduct.
Do not make any maintenance or modification on the product.
However, you may eliminate some problems; see Proposed
solutionsfor problems, page29.
Never wash the product by flushing pressurized water or pouring
water! Riskof electric shock!
Do not use the product under such conditions that may adversely
affect your judgment; e.g. under influence of drugs and/or use of
alcohol.
Disconnect the product electrically during installation,
maintenance, cleaning andrepairoperations.
Always have the installation and repair operations done by the
AuthorizedServiceCenter. Themanufacturingfirmmaynot beheld
responsibleforanyoperationstobemadebyunauthorizedpersons
and it will makewarrantyof theproduct invalid.

Be careful when you use alcohol when cooking. Alcohol evaporates
quicklyathightemperatureandmayburstintoflameand causefire
whenit contactswithhotsurfaces.
Do not heat the closed tin cans and glass jars. The resulting
pressuremaycauseburst of them.
Do not put any flammable substances near the product as the
edgesof it will behotwhenoperating.
Donotput thebaking trays, platesoraluminumfoliodirectlyonthe
same of the cooker. Accumulated heat may give damage to the
baseof thecooker.
Keep all ventilating openings unobstructed.
The product may be hot in use. Do not touch the hot parts, inner
partsandheating elementsetc.of thecooker.
Always use heat-resistant cooker gloves when placing and taking
out fromthecooker.
Donotusetheproduct withitsfront coverremovedorbroken.
The rear surface also gets heated when the cooker operates.
Electric connections should not contact with the rear surface,
otherwisetheymaybegetdamaged.
Do not jamthe connection cables on the cooker cover and do not
run themon thehot surfaces. Meltingcable maycause shortcircuit
of thecookerandcausefire.
Makesuretheproduct isclosedaftereachuse.
The product and its parts accessible by hand are hot when it
operates.
Donottouch theproduct whenit operates.
Do not use sharp and drilling materials to clean inside and glass of
theproduct; suchmaterialsmaygivedamageto yourproduct.
Do not cease supervising when the product operates as
superheatedoil maycausefire.
In case of any possible fire, do not attempt to extinguish it by
water; disconnect it immediately and cover it by help of a wet
blanket.
Never make available any flammable orcaustic materials inside the
product.
Donotusesteamcleaner.

Do not use abrasive cleaning materials or sharp metal scrappers to
clean the cooker cover (glass) as they may destroy the surface and
causebreakof theglass.
CAUTION: Disconnect thepower andallowit to cool down inorder
to eliminateelectric shockprior to replacement of the cooker light.

Safety for children
The exposed parts of the product will get heated when the product
is in andafter useuntil it cools down, so thechildren shouldbekept
away.
CAUTION: Accessible parts may be hot when using the grill. You
should keepthechildrenawayfromtheproduct.
It is inconvenient to allow children below 8 years old without
attendedbyanadult.
This equipment may be used by children above 8 years old and/or
people having physically, sensually and mentally retarded if safe
useof it is shownto themandtheyareinformedabout itsrisks.
The children should not play with the product. Cleaning and
maintenance of the equipment should not be performed by
unattendedchildren.
Packaging materials may be dangerous for the children. Keep the
packaging materials away from the children or sort themout asper
thewasteinstructions and throwinto thebin.
Do not put any heavy object onit when the cover is open or donot
allow the children to sit down on the cover. Otherwise, you may
causeoverthrown of thecookerordamageof thecoverhinges.
Safety of electric-related operations
All types of operations on the electric equipment and systems
should beperformed bytheauthorizedandqualified persons.
Thisproduct snot suitableforusebyremotecontrol systems.
In case of any damage, switch off the product and disconnect
thepower. Forthis purpose, shutdownthefuseof yourhome.
Makesurethefusecurrent is samewiththatof theproduct.

Intendeduse
This product is designed for use at home. It is not allowed for
commercial use. “CAUTION: This product should be used only for
cooking purpose. It should not be used for other purposes such as
heating the room.”
This product should not be used for heating plate under the grill,
hang and dry towel or clothing on the handle or for heating
purpose.
The manufacturer does not accept responsibility for any damage
that may occur during use or handling. The oven part may be used
tothaw, bake, roast andgrill food.
The service life of the product you purchased is 10 years. This time
refers to the period during which the manufacturer will make
available replacement parts for operation of the product as
defined.
3) Installation
Prior to useof theproduct
Make sure the electric and/or gas installation is proper. If not, call
and have necessary adjustmentsdoneby a qualified electrician and
installer.
Preparation of the installation place of the product and,
furthermore, of electric and/or gas installation is for responsibility of the
customer.
You should comply with the applicable local standards for electric
and/gasduringinstallationof theproduct.
Inspect whether there is any damage on the product prior to installation.
If theproduct is damaged,do not install. Any damagedproducts will pose
riskforyoursafety.

Installationand connections
Physical damage!
Donotusethecoverand/orhandletocarryormovetheproduct.
Product shouldbecarried bytwopersonsatleast.
Electric connection
Theproduct shouldbeusedwithanearthlinedefinitely!
Themanufacturingcompanywillnot beresponsible
for anydamagesif usedwithout earthline.
Electric shock, short circuit or fire risk due to installationperformed
by unqualified persons! Connection of the product to the mains
may beperformedonly by an authorized and licensedpersonandwarranty
of theproduct startsimmediatelyafterinstallationonly.
Electric shock, short circuit or fire risk dueto damaged powercable!
Power cable should not becrushed, foldedor pinchedor touch hot parts of
the product. If the power cable gets damaged, it should be replaced by a
qualified electrician.
Mainssupplydatashouldbesamewith thedata specifiedon the
typelabel of theunit. Youmayfind thetypelabel ontherearof the
product.
Connectioncableof theproduct should complywith thetechnical
specificationsandpowerconsumption.

Electric shockrisk! Leasedisconnect thepower beforestarting

Wasteof theProduct
Destructionof thepackaging
Packaging materials are dangerous for the children. Keep thepackaging
materialsout of reachof thechildren.
Packaging of the product was made of recycle materials. It should be
sortoutandthrown intobinaccording tothewasteinstructions. Do not
throwit awaytogether with the domestic waste.
Futuretransportationoperations
• Keep the original package of your product and carry the product
inside this package. Comply with the instructions on the package. If
there is no original cartoon wrap the product with bubble packaging
material ora thickcardboardandbandit firmly.
• In order to prevent the wire grill and tray inside the cooker from
giving damage to the cooker cover, place a cartoon strip on the inner
sideof thecookercoverin linewith thetrays. Ban the cooker’s cover to
thesidewalls.
• Bandthehoods andpotsupportstokeep theminplacefirmly.
• Do not usethecoverorhandletocarryormovetheproduct.
Do not put any other goods on the product. The product should
becarriedupright.
Check the general view of the product to find out any possible
damagethatmight haveoccurredduring transportation.

Disposal of theoldproduct
Dispose of the old product in such a way so as not to give any harm
totheenvironment.
The product has a symbol (WEEE) on it indicating the electric and
electronic equipment waste shouldbe collected separately. This means
that in order to minimize effect on the environment, this product
should be recycled or disassembled in accordance with EU Directive
2002/96/EC. For further information, please contact with the local and
regional authorities.
Electronic products not subject to the controlled waste collection
operation pose potential risk both for environment and human health
dueto harmful substancestheycontain.
You may consult your authorized dealer or garbage collecting center of
your municipalitytoget informationondisposal of theproduct.
Beforedisposing, cut thepowerplugandbreakthecoverlock, if any, in
orderthatthechildren maynotbeexposedto anyrisk.
4)Preliminary Preparation
Things requiredto bedonefor energy saving
Thefollowinginformation will help you usetheproduct ecologicallyand
in awaytoachieveenergysaving.
Use containers dark in color or enameled for better
transmissionof theheat.
When cooking food, preheat the cooker if the recipe or the
tablein theusermanual requires so.
Do not frequently open the cooker’s cover during the cooking
process.
Try to cook more than one dish in the cooker simultaneously.
You may put two cooking dish on the wire rack to cook them
simultaneously.
Cook more than one food consecutively Thus the cooker would
not loseitstemperature.
Switch off the cooker several minutes before the termination.
In such case, do not open the cooker’s cover.

First use
First cleaning
Some detergents or cleaning agents may give damage to
tesurface.
1. Takeout all thepackagingmaterials.
2. Wipesurfaceof theproduct with adamp cloth orsponeand dry
with acloth.
First Heating
Heat the product about 30 minutes and then switch it off. Thus any
deposits and films that might have remained in the cooker during
themanufacturingprocessareburnt clean.
Hot surfaces cause burns! Do not touch hot surfaces of the
unit. Keep the children away from the product and use cooker
gloves.
Electric cooker
1. Takeall thebaking trays and wiregrill out of thecooker.
2. Closethecoverof thecooker.
3. Select the static position.
4. Select thehighesttemperature; seeUse of Electric Cooker,
5. Operateabout 30minutes.
6. Switch thecookeroff, seeUse of Electric Cooker,
At time of first heating, smell and smoke forms. Provide a
good ventilation.
5) Useof thecooker
General information about cooking, roasting and grilling in the
cooker
Fire risk from hot steam. Be careful when opening the cooker’s
coverassteammaycomeout.

Tipsabout cooking with thecooker
Use appropriate metal and non-sticking plates or aluminum
containersor heat-resistantsiliconemoulds.
Usethearea ontherackinanoptimumway.
Place the cooking mould in the center of the rack inside the
cooker.
Prior to operation of the cooker or grill, select the correct rack
position. Do not changerackposition when thecookerishot.
Keep the cooker’s cover closed.
Tipsaboutroasting
When cooking whole chicken, turkey and big meat parts,
marinating them with lemon juice and black pepper will
improvethecooking performance.
Cooking the bone-in meat would take 15-30 minutes more
timethancooking themeat without bone.
You should calculate about 4-5 minutes per square meter of
themeat thicknessascooking time.
After expiration of the cooking time, keep the meat inside the
cooker about 10 minutes. Thus meat water will spread better
totheroasted meat and when themeatiscut, it will notcome
out.
Fish should be put on the medium or lower rack on a flame-
resistant plate.
Tipsaboutgrilling
When red meat, fish and poultry meats are grilled, they become
brownish quickly, encrusted in a good way and do not dry up.
Noisette, shish meat and sausages/sujuk as well as watery fruits
(e.g. tomato, onion) aremoresuitableforgrilling.
Spread and placethe parts to begrilled on the wire grill or
on the tray with wire grill so as not to exceed the heater’s
sizes.
Slide the wire grill or cooker tray into the level inside the
cooker.
If you addsomewaterinsidethetray, youmayeasilyclean
it later.

Firerisk fromthefood not suitablefor grill
Grill only the food suitable forhighgrill fire. Do not place the food so much
totherearof it. Itis thehottestpoint and oilyfoodmaycatchfire.

Operating modes of the electric cooker are selected by function button.
Temperature setting is made by the temperature button. All cooker
functions are switched off by brining the respective button to the Off
(upper) position.

Order of the operating modes shown here may vary depending on the
arrangementonyourproduct.
Upper andLower Heating
Upper and lower heating on. Food is heated from above and bottom
simultaneously. For example, it is suitableforcakes, pastries or cakes in the
cakemoldandcasserole. Cookwith a singletray.
Upper Heating
Only the upper heating is on. For example, it Is suitable for cakes with
bright surface and the food you desire to become brownish on the upper
side.

Lower Heating
Only the lower heating is on. For example, it is suitable for pizza or
foodyoudesiretobecomebrownishonthebottomside.
Lower+upper+turbofan(optional)
Upper+lowerandturbo motoron. Foodis heated morehomogenously
thanks to turbo motor. For example, it is suitable for cakes, yoghurt,
pastries or cakes in the cooking molds and casserole. Cook with a single
tray.
Grill (optional)
Grill (underthecooker roof) operates. Itissuitableto grill meat.
For grilling, place the food portions on the accurate rack position
under thegrill heater.
Bring thetemperaturetothemaximumlevel.
Turnthefood overwhen half of thetimeexpires.
Powerful Grill (optional)
Grill (underthecookerroof) operates. It issuitableto grill meat.
For grilling, place the food portions on the accurate rack position
under thegrill heater.

Turbomotor (optional)
It isusedforthawing thankstoitsturbo motorfeature.
Turboresistance+turbofan(optional)
Turbo resistance and turbo motor heating on. Food is more
homogenously heated thanks to turbomotor. For example, it is suitable for
cakes, yoghurt, pastries or cakes in the cooking molds and casserole. Cook
with asingletray.

Grill +chicken spinroasting(optional)
It issuitableforgrillingandchickenspin roasting.
Meat, chick and similar food arrange on the shish are cooked by
roasting equallyincharacterof grilling.

Powerful grill +turbofan(optional)
Powerfull grill (upper and grill resistance) and turbo motor heatingon.

1 –TIMESETTING
Pres the buton to set the time and press and hold the
buttonand turn anticlockwise.
2 –SETTINGTHECOOKINGTIME
Youmayset theanalogtimeuptothecooking timefor180
minutes. The alarm ring will automatically engage and
operate when the set time expires. To silence the ringing
alarm, turn the button anticlockwise without pressing the
button and continue turning it until the “hand” ee symbol
comes to thedisplay. Thealarmwill beoff at this position.

Digital timer is an electronic timing modulethat enables your food in the
cookerto bereadyforserviceatanytime you desire. To thisend, simply
programthecooking timeand thetimeof serviceyoudesire.
Furthermore, it mayalsobeusedasalarmclockindependentlyfromthe
cooker.
WHENPOWERED
When it ispowered first, thetimeand thetermAutoflashes. Nocooking
programcanbeperformedinthisstatus. Thetimeseenonthedisplayis
not correct andit shouldbeset (seeTimesetting). To programforcooking,
youshould switch tothemanual mode(seeManual mode)
MANUAL MODE
When you pressthekeys
and simultaneously,
it switches to themanual mode.
Press both buttons at the same time.
TIME SETTING
Time setting maybemadeonlywhen thereis nocurrent cooking . Switch to
the manual mode. On the display, two points start flashing between the
hour and minute; youmay set the clock forward (+) or backward (-). When
youpressthesebuttons long, it will changetheclockfast.
