IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS AND GUIDELINES
To prevent accidents and damage, read these instructions before use.
THE FIZZICS SYSTEM HAS BEEN ENGINEERED TO ONLY WORK WITH CARBONATED BEER
AND WITH WATER (FOR CLEANING ONLY).
DO NOT USE ANY OTHER TYPE OF BEVERAGE INCLUDING WINE, SOFT DRINKS, CIDER,
JUICE, COFFEE, TEA OR MILK PRODUCTS WITH THE FIZZICS SYSTEM.
NEVER POUR ANY BEVERAGE DIRECTLY INTO THE WELL OF THE SYSTEM. ALWAYS KEEP
THE CONTENTS OF YOUR BEER IN A BOTTLE, CAN OR GROWLER WHEN USING THE
SYSTEM.
USING OTHER BEVERAGES OR LIQUIDS WITH THE FIZZICS SYSTEM OTHER THAN BEER OR
WATER WILL VOID THE FIZZICS LIMITED WARRANTY.
Please read all of the instructions before using this system. When using the Fizzics
system, always exercise basic safety precautions, including the following:
Use this system only for its intended purpose as described in this instruction manual.
The system top lid must be closed during operation.
This system should not be recessed or built into an enclosed cabinet. It is designed to
operate only as a freestanding system.
Do not operate your appliance in the presence of explosive fumes.
Do not tamper with the controls.
Do not operate this system when parts are missing or broken.
Do not use this system for commercial use.
To reduce risk of injury, do not allow children to play with the system.

GUIDE TO THE SYSTEM
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1) Remove all components from the box.
2) Mount the system canister on the base by lining up the slots and grooves until the
canister locks into place
3) Place the system on a flat counter surface.
4) Snap on the tap lever to the top of the lid.
5) Place the antimicrobial mat on the base tray.
The Fizzics FZ101 System consists of the
following parts:
-Removable tap lever
-System canister
-Removable top lid with clasps
-Removable inner bucket sleeve
-Removable hose
-Removable base
-Antimicrobial drip mat

PROPER LOCATION
•When operating the system, choose a clean, flat surface where it can be placed,
away from heat and where you have plenty of room above and around the unit to
operate the system.
•Beer System unit dimensions: 11.66W x 17.75H x 7.01D.
•The following dimensions are recommended for clearances around the system when
in use:
Sides 8 inches Front & Back 10 inches
•The Fizzics system is designed for both indoor and outdoor use.
PREPARING THE SYSTEM FOR FIRST TIME USE
Please follow all of these directions before you use your system for the first time.
•Slide open the small cover on the top of the lid and insert 4 AA (4 double A)
batteries. (Batteries are not included with the Fizzics system).
•When inserting the batteries, make sure they follow the correct polarities and touch
the metal contacts. Avoid reversing the +and –polarities.
•Close the small battery cover by sliding it back until it locks into place.
•Open the lid of the system, place a glass with warm water into the system canister.
•Insert tube into the glass of water.
•Close the lid of the system and secure the lid by locking the two side clasps into
place.
•Place a glass of the same size onto the antimicrobial mat.
•Now push the lever forward to clean the system until the water from the glass inside
the system canister runs out of water.
•Unlock the two clasps, open the lid and remove the empty glass.
•You are now ready to use the system to dispense beer.

OPERATING THE SYSTEM
•THE FIZZICS FZ101 CAN BE USED WITH THE FOLLOWING SIZES AND TYPES OF BEER
CONTAINERS:
•Any size can
•Any size bottle, including bombers
•Most growlers up to 64 ounces
THE FIZZICS BEER SYSTEM CAN ONLY BE USED WITH CARBONATED BEER.
•Open the lid of the system by unlocking the two side clasps and place an open can,
bottle or growler into the canister of the system.
•Insert the plastic tube into the container of beer.
•Close the lid of the system and secure the lid by locking the two side clasps into
place.
•While holding an empty glass at a 60 degree angle, push the lever forward, towards
the front of the system and Tapyour eer until the glass is aout /’s full. (For
best results, be sure to rinse your glass with cold water prior to use).
•Now release the lever and wait until the beer is no longer being poured.
•Push the lever back, and Tapoff the beer using Fizzics’patent pending technology.
•Release the lever once the head of the beer reaches the top of the glass and enjoy
your beer.
•Never pour any beverage or liquid directly into the canister of the system. Always
keep the contents of your beer in the bottle, can or growler when operating the
system.
•The Fizzics system is insulated and shall keep a cold can or bottle of beer cold for
approximately 12 hours.
•Add ice around the beer container to increase the duration, it shall keep a cold can
or bottle, or growler of beer cold for approximately 24 hours.

SECRETS TO A FIZZICS PERFECT POUR
•ALWAYS USE A CLEAN BEER GLASS, PREFERABLY A SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED
GLA““ FOR THE TYPE OF “TYLE OF BEER YOU’RE ENJOYING.
•FOR BEST RESULTS, BE SURE TO RINSE YOUR GLASS WITH COLD WATER
PRIOR TO USE.
•DO NOT DRY THE INSIDE OF THE GLASS WITH ANY TYPE OF TOWEL OR
RAG.
•TO MAINTAIN FLAVOR, DO NOT FREEZE OR FROST YOUR GLASS.
•KEEP THE GLASS AT A 60 DEGREE ANGLE AS YOU POUR, THEN BRING
THE GLASS BACK TO LEVEL AS YOU TAPBY PUSHING THE HANDLE BACK.
•STOP POURING ONCE YOUR GLASS IS 2/3 FULL SO THERE IS ROOM TO
TAPYOUR BEER BY ADDING THE DRAFT FOAM TO FINISH YOUR POUR.
•ALWAYS FOLLOW THE PROCESS OF PUSHING THE HANDLE FORWARD TO
POUR YOUR BEER FIRST, AND THEN PUSHING THE HANDLE BACKWARDS
TO TAP OFF YOUR BEER.

OTHER TYPES OF BEVERAGES
•The Fizzics FZ101 Beer System has been engineered to work with carbonated beer.
•Carbonated beer includes the majority of domestic and foreign beer including Lager,
Porters, Ales, Stouts, IPA’s, Hefeweizens, Light and non-alcoholic beers.
•Do not use any other type of beverage in the system including wine, soft drinks,
cider, juice, coffee, tea, milk or creamers.
•Use of other beverages or liquids with the Fizzics system other than beer or water
will void the Fizzics Limited Warranty.
•Never pour any beverage or liquid directly into the well of the system. Always keep
the contents of your beer in the bottle, can or growler when you are operating the
system.

CLEANING THE SYSTEM
•All you need to clean the Fizzics system is a warm glass of water.
•Open the lid of the system, place a glass with warm water into the system canister.
•Insert tube into glass of water.
•Close the lid of the system and secure the lid by locking the two side clasps into
place.
•Place a glass of the same size onto the antimicrobial mat.
•Now push the lever forward to clean the system until the water from the glass inside
the system canister runs out of water.
•The bucket inside the system canister is also removable and should also be cleaned
with warm water.
•Do not put any part of the system into a dishwasher for cleaning.
STORING THE SYSTEM
•To ensure the system works to the maximum efficiency it was designed for, keep it
stored in a location where there is proper air circulation and on a flat surface.
•When storing the system for longer than 60 days, remove the 4 AA batteries.
•If using the system outdoors for longer than periods of time, make sure to store the
unit in a location that will not be exposed to excessive moisture.

FAQ’s
Q. Where can I find warranty information on my Fizzics system?
a. You can refer to the Fizzics Warranty Card included with your system or
logon to www.fizzics.com
Q. Can I use other beverages than just beer?
a. No. The Fizzics system has been engineered to only work with carbonated
beer. Do not use any other type of beverage in the system.
Q. How long should new batteries last under normal operation?
a. (4 AA batteries) shall provide over 100 pours of a 12 ounce beer.
Q. How long will a container of beer stay cold in the system?
a. A cold bottle or can of beer that is inserted into the system shall stay cold
for approximately 12 hours with the lid closed.
Q. How long will a container of beer stay cold in the system when ice is placed
around the container inside the system canister?
a. A cold bottle or can of beer that is inserted into the system shall stay cold
for approximately 48 hours when ice is placed around the container of
beer inside the canister with the lid closed.

FIZZICS FZ101 WARRANTY
Limited One Year Warranty
Fizzics Group, LLC warrants that your beer system will be free of defects in materials or
workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from the original date of purchase.
THE FIZZICS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER THE USE OF ANY TYPE OF BEVERAGE EXCEPT
BEER AND WATER.
USING OTHER BEVERAGES OR LIQUIDS WITH THE FIZZICS SYSTEM OTHER THAN BEER OR WATER
WILL VOID THE FIZZICS LIMITED WARRANTY.
Fizzics will at its option, either repair or replace a defective system without charge, upon its receipt
of proof of the date of purchase to be supplied by the owner of the product and a Fizzics supplied
RA number. If a replacement system is necessary to service this warranty, the replacement system
may be new or a reconditioned unit. If a replacement system is sent, a new limited one year will be
applied to the replacement system.
This warranty only applies to Fizzics systems sold in the United States and Canada. This warranty
gives the owner specific legal rights, and may also include other rights that vary from state to state,
or in Canada from province to province. Some states or provinces do not allow the exclusion or
limitations of incidental or consequential damages. So the above limitation or exclusion may not
apply to you, depending on the state or province of your purchase.
What is not covered by the Fizzics Limited Warranty?
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES SUCH AS:
-USING ANY LIQUID OR BEVERAGE THAT IS NOT BEER OR WATER.
-PROPERTY DAMAGE.
-INCIDENTAL COST AND EXPENSES RESUTLING FROM ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY, EVEN IF
FORESEEABLE.
-PHYSICAL DAMAGE TO THE PRODUCT CAUSED BY IMPROPER OR ABNORMAL USE, MISUSE,
NEGLECT OR ACCIDENT.
-PROBLEMS ARISING FROM OTHER THAN DEFECTS IN MATERIALS OR WORKMANSHIP.
Other Limitations
This warranty is exclusive and is in lieu of any other expressed warranty, whether written or oral.
Fizzics specifically disclaims all other warranties with respect to the Fizzics FZ101 system, including
any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. Some states or
provinces do not allow disclaimers of such implied warranties or limitations on how long an implied
warranty lasts. So the above limitation may not apply, depending on the state or province of the
original purchase.

What to do for Warranty Service
During the first thirty (30) days, a defective product is eligible for over-the-counter exchange at the
retailer from whom it was purchased.
After thirty (30) days, the defective product should be returned to the Fizzics’ authorized servie
center. For the shipping address of the authorized service center, please follow the instructions of
the Warranty Return Form available at www.fizzics.com
Your product will be repaired or replaced if examination by the service center determines the
product is defective. Products that are received damaged as a result of shipping will require you to
file a claim with the carrier prior to repair. A product received with missing parts or with damage
due to abuse, inadequate packaging modification or some other noncompliance with this limited
warranty will be returned to un-opened.
Note: A product received which was not made by Fizzics or which is not defective as determined by
our test procedures will not be repaired and will be returned to you.
To Obtain Warranty Service
-Download the Warranty Return Form from www.fizzics.com to be issued a Return Authorization
(RA) number and follow the directions on the form which include the address to the warranty
return center.
-Once you receive an RA number, please ship the unit with ample cushioning. Make sure to include
a copy of your original, dated proof of purchase receipt and a copy of the Warranty Return form in
your return shipment.
-Make sure to include a return shipping address within the package.
-Please do not return your system for warranty service without receiving a Return Authorization
(RA) number from Fizzics. Any Fizzics system that is returned without a RA number will be returned
to the sender without servicing.
Please retain your original sales receipt, the carton, packaging materials, all printed material,
manual and original Warranty Return Form.
