Safety and Care Advice
Important – Please read these instructions fully before starting assembly
• Check you have all the
components and tools listed on
pages 2, 3 and 4.
• Remove all fittings from the
plastic bags and separate them
into their groups.
• Keep children and animals
away from the work area, small
parts could choke if swallowed.
• Make sure you have enough
space to layout the parts before
starting.
• Do not stand or put weight on
the product, this could cause
damage.
• Assemble the item as close
to its final position (in the same
room) as possible.
• Assemble on a soft level
surface to avoid damaging the
unit or your floor.
• Parts of the assembly will be
easier with 2 people.
• We do not
recommend the
use of power
drill/drivers for
inserting screws,
as this could
damage the unit. Only use hand
screwdrivers.
• Dispose of all packaging
carefully and responsibly.
• Only clean using a damp cloth
and mild detergent, do no use
bleach or abrasive cleaners.
• From time to time check that
there are no loose screws on
this unit.
• This product should not be
discarded with household waste.
Take to your local authority
waste disposal centre.
Care and maintenance
IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY -RETAIN FOR FUTURE REFERENCE
ASSEMBLY:
Always follow the instruction. Current legislation requires that the high bed / bunk bed must be fitted with 4
safety-rails and a ladder or platform for the upper bunk. The high bed / bunk bed meets the European EN
747:2012 A1:2015 standards for security and durability.
MATTRESS:
This bed is designed to use a mattress size 190 cm long and 90 cm wide. The total thickness must not
exceed 16,1 cm. The mattress top must not pass the marking on the ladder / the post for the safety-rail.
WARNING:
High beds and the upper bed of bunk beds are not suitable for children under six years due to the risk of
injury from falls. Bunk beds and high beds can present a serious risk of injury from strangulation if not used
correctly. Never attach or hang items to any part of the bunk bed that are not designed to be used with the
bed, for example, but not limited to ropes, strings, cords, hooks, belts and bags. Children can be become
trapped between the bed and the wall, a roof pitch, the ceiling, adjoining pieces of furniture (e.g. cupboards)
and the like. To avoid risk of serious injury the distance between the top safety barrier and the adjoining
structure shall not exceed 75 mm or shall be more than 230 mm.
Do not use the high bed / bunk bed if any structural part is broken or missing.
MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS:
Check regulary that all assembly fastenings are properly tightened. Ventilation of the room is necessary in
order to keep the humidity low and to prevent mould in and around the bed.

Insert dowels to
bedsides 12 – and to all
the safety rails 13 and
14 . Insert dowels Qto
crossbars 5and top
rails 7.
It may be necessary to
tap the dowel in very
gently with a small
hammer.
Insert the connecting
double bolts Lto all the
short legs 1.
Twist /turn the bolt to
follow the hole ø6,8 mm
Counter sunk 5 mm
hole should face same
direction as bedside
drilling

Attach top rail 7to
endrail 11 by pushing
the dowels in top rail 7
into the holes in endrail
11 and fasten with 4
screws G. Don’t tighten
too hard.
Insert cross bars 5into
the grooves in endrail
11 and push the dowels
into the holes in endrail
11 . Attach endrail 6to
crossbars 5by pushing
the dowels in crossbars

Attach legs 2to
endrails 6and 11 with
screws I. Fasten with
the allen key.
After attaching the legs,
adjust the crossbars
5by pulling them
downwards out of the
groove in endrail 11 until
there is no gap between
endrail 6and crossbars

between each.
Fasten each slat 4with

Attach the safety list 3

of the front safety rails
between the slats.
Follow the measurement.
Attach the safety list 3
to the outer side of safety
rails 14 and bedside 12
using screws E. Position
the list to the centre of
the safety rails.
Follow the measurement.
