3. GERERAL WARNINGS
Read this manual handbook before you start working with the device. Keep it for consultation, and if you
need technical assistance, you must consult to your distributor.
This manual must be delivered with the appliance.
The installation, start, and maintenance of the oven must be performed only by qualified personal in
accordance with the instructions of the manufacturer.
Not manipulate or disconnect the safety devices of the device, this would lead to the cancellation of the
warranty.
The oven must be operated by personal trained for this purpose.
In case of prolonged inactivity of the device, must suspend all connections (power and water).
The oven must be used only and exclusively for the purpose for which it was designed, i.e. for baking
bread, cakes, all kinds of food, fresh or frozen products. Any different use of this can cause damage to
the oven.
Do not introduced products with a high alcohol concentration.
The inner and outer surfaces of the oven should be cleaned frequently, to ensure hygiene and proper
operation. To clean these surfaces, do not use an abrasive or flammable products, it can damage the
surface of the appliance.
The aftermarket parts do not guarantee the optimal performance of the device and it will cause the loss
of the warranty.
Is recommended to use an anti-lime filter in the water supply inlet, in case of non-use this filter, may be
deteriorated parts of the oven. In this case the oven loses its warranty.
4. WARRANTY
The warranty does not cover damage of the glasses, lamps, door seal or deterioration of the insulating
material or attributable to improper installation, improper maintenance or improper repair or lack thereof, as well
as improper use of the device.
For any inquiry, please always refer to the following specification table:
Warning: improper adjustment, installation, service or maintenance of the device can cause damage on goods
or persons. For this reason please read this manual carefully before starting up the unit.

5. INSTRUCTIONS FOR INSTALATION & MAINTENANCE
5.1 Electric installation
The electric installation must be done with an authorized technician, and compiling all the normatives.
Ascertain that the electric red connection is match with the technical feature of the devices.
5.2Water connection
Is recommended, to use anti-lime system before to connect the water pipes to the device. The
water connection is ¾ “.
Important: The incoming water must have a pressure between 1 and 3 bars with a temperature not exceeding
30 ° C. If the pressure is higher than these values, must install a pressure reducer at the entrance.
5.3Components of the automatic washing system

The washing system consists of the following components:
1. Washing box

1. First unscrew the cap from the back of the oven.
2. Insert the washing box power cord and connect the quick connection enabled in the back part of the
oven.

3. Secure the washing box using the screws provided.
4. Connect the water cables to the corresponding washing box entry.
5. Connect the output water cable of the washing box into the corresponding socket

7. Remove the cap from the oven cavity and screw the rotating arm on the roof of the oven.
6. OPERATION OF THE WASHING SYSTEM
Filling the detergent and rinse aid circuit
The first time you install the automatic washing system, you should perform a washing test! Immerse both
pipes “detergent as brightener”, into the cans. Select a washhing program (Soft, Medium or Hard) and wait until
the cycle ends.
Washing programs
The device has 3 different washing programs:
-SOFT: Ideal for frequent use, for the removal of non-fat and low resistance usage.
-MEDIUM: ideal for dirt caused by several consecutive cooking cycles.
-HARD: ideal for very dirty and resistant usage.
