Introduction
The FMSTrace 2K is a series of GPS based devices designed to oer users ecient and low cost vehicle tracking system with
easy installation, wireless sensors and high performance tracking system as key features. The FMS Trace 2K is ideal solution
for automotive, security and customs agencies, trucking companies, insurance, stolen vehicle, vehicle nance, auto rental,
and other automotive tracking applications when self-sustainable power for several days is required.
The FMS Trace 2K is a high value tracking device, some of the features are: Small size, Superior GPS performance and 3
multifunction inputs, IP66 waterproof enclosure, inside-the-box antennas, and other optional features.

Superior internal antennas for both GSM and GPS eliminate the need for wired antennas and make the FMSTrace 2000
mountable virtually anywhere in the vehicle for easy, inexpensive installation.
Information are transported across the GSM/GPRS network using enhanced TCP/IP packets providing a reliable
communications link between the device and your application servers or ours.
Fleet owners can monitor their drivers unsafe driving habits, review trip information, driving performance, time
attendance, and schedule for download at specic time anytime and virtually from anywhere, just require an internet
connection.
Driver Identication (RFID).
The FMS Trace 2K employs the FMS Tech. latest onboard device conguration and settings. All settings and device
congurations including hardware or software settings for all events, thresholds, tolerance, etc., seamlessly with
minimal eorts; just require an internet connection.
The FMS Trace 2K incorporates the FMS Tech., industry leading over-the-air device management and maintenance
software. All conguration and programs inside the hardware device can be changed and upgraded oers out-of-the–
box hands-free conguration and automatic post-installation upgrades.You can also monitor unit health status across
your customer’s eets to quickly identify issues before they become expensive problems.
