Solutions to Common Questions
•The display is not working
Solution: Unplug and replug the power supply. The 4K logo on the top will
light up in blue when the box is functioning properly. "
•The display is not relaying to the TV
Solutions: Check to see that the HD cable is connected properly. "
Try a new HD cable. Try a new monitor."
•The Infrared is not functioning
Solution: Make sure that the remote control batteries have enough power.
When pressing the remote control the indicator light should glow red. "
