Istruzioni importanti per la sicurezza
1. Leggere, conservare e prestare attenzione a queste
istruzioni seguendo tutti gli avvertimenti.
2. L’installazione dell’apparecchio va effettuata seguendo
le istruzioni del produttore.
3. Il sistema audio deve essere installato in posizione che
sia ben ventilata, asciutta e pulita, lontano dalla luce diret-
ta del sole e da vibrazioni, al riparo da polvere, umidità,
pioggia e/o freddo.
Non installare in prossimità di qualunque fonte di calore,
come radiatori, convogliatori di calore, stufe, o qualsiasi
apparato (inclusi gli amplificatori) che produca calore.
L’apparecchio non deve essere esposto a sgocciolii o
schizzi d’acqua, e sull’apparecchio non deve essere collo-
cato nessun oggetto riempito con liquidi, come ad esem-
pio vasi.
Non posizionare candele o altri oggetti infiammabili sopra
o in prossimità dell’apparecchio.
4. Lasciare libere le aperture per la ventilazione non
ostruendole. Per una corretta ventilazione lasciare intorno
all’unità uno spazio minimo libero di 30 cm. sopra, 20 cm.
sul retro e 30 cm. ai lati per la fuoriuscita dell’aria calda,
soprattutto se si installa l’apparecchio all’interno di un mo-
bile (libreria o scaffale).
5. Pulire solo con un panno soffice, pulito ed asciutto non
utilizzando solventi ed altre sostanze chimiche che possa-
no danneggiare le finiture.
6. Usare solo corrente elettrica di voltaggio e frequenza
indicata.
7. Non trascurare la funzione di sicurezza delle spine elet-
triche di tipo polarizzato o con presa di terra. Nel caso in
cui la spina fosse fornita di tipologia non corrispondente
alla vostra presa di corrente, consultare un elettricista per
la sostituzione della vecchia presa elettrica.
8. Il cavo di alimentazione, le spine, le prese di corrente ed
il punto dove i cavi escono dall’apparecchio devono esse-
re protetti dall’essere calpestati, schiacciati o danneggiati.
9. Usare esclusivamente gli attacchi e gli accessori speci-
ficati dal produttore.
10. In caso di temporali o inutilizzo per lunghi periodi di
tempo, scollegare l’apparecchio.
11. In caso di danneggiamento dell’apparecchio o di sue
parti (cavo di alimentazione, spina, ecc.) dovuto a dif-
ferenti cause (come versamento di liquidi al suo interno,
caduta, esposizione a pioggia o umidità) che ne pregiudi-
chino il normale funzionamento, non tentare di modificare
o riparare l’unità ma rivolgersi a personale tecnico di assi-
stenza qualificato.
12. L’apparecchio non è stato progettato né collaudato
per l’uso in ambienti esterni, camper o imbarcazioni per
cui deve essere utilizzato solo in ambienti interni. La tem-
peratura di esercizio di questo prodotto va da 5° C a 45° C.
13. Non inserire oggetti di alcun tipo nell’apparecchio at-
traverso le aperture in quanto potrebbero toccare parti ad
alta tensione o cortocircuitare parti, col rischio di incendi
o scosse elettriche.
Per ridurre il rischio di scosse elettriche, non rimuovere il
rivestimento (o il retro).
Important Safety Warnings
1. Read, store and follow these instructions, by com-
plying with all the safety indications.
2. The device must be installed following the manu-
facturer’s instructions.
3. The audio system should be installed in a well-
ventilated, clean and dry place, away from direct
sunlight and vibrations, protected from dust, humidi-
ty, rain and/or cold.
Do not install the device near any heat sources such
as radiators, heat conveyors, stoves, or any other
heat-producing appliance (including amplifiers).
The device shall not be exposed to dripping or
splashing, and no object filled with liquids, such as
vases, shall be placed on it.
Do not place candles or other flammable items on
or near the device.
4. Do not obstruct the air vents. To allow for a correct
ventilation, a clearance should be provided of min.
30 cm above, 20 cm. on the back and 30 cm. on
the sides, to allow for the warm air to escape, espe-
cially if the equipment is installed inside a piece of
furniture (bookcase or bookshelf).
5. Clean only with a soft, clean and dry cloth without
using solvents and other chemicals that may dama-
ge the finish.
6. Use only electric current at the rated voltage and
frequency indicated.
7. Do not tamper with the safety function of the
polarized or grounded electrical plugs. If the plug
provided does not match your socket, contact an
electrician to have your obsolete socket replaced.
8. The power cord, plugs, sockets and the point
where the cables come out from the device must
be protected from the risk of trampling, crushing or
damaging.
9. Use only the fittings and accessories specified by
the manufacturer.
10. In case of storms or if the device is not going
to be used for a long period of time, unplug the
device.
11. In case of damage to the device or its parts (po-
wer cord, plug, etc.) due to different causes (such
as dripping of fluid inside the device, falling, expo-
sure to rain or moisture) that could impair the normal
operation, do not attempt to modify or repair the
device and call a qualified service technician.
12. The device was not designed nor tested for use
outdoors, in campers or on boats, and it shall be
used only indoors. The operating temperature of this
product is 5°C to 45°C.
13. Do not insert objects of any kind into the device
through its openings as you may touch high-voltage
parts or provoke short-circuits, entailing the risk of fire
or electric shock.
To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not remove
the cover (or the back guard).

tion, débranchez la machine.

(tels qu’un renversement de liquides dans son intérieur, une
chute, l’exposition à la pluie ou à l’humidité) qui pourraient
entraver le fonctionnement normal, n’essayez pas de mo-
difier ou réparer l’unité, et consultez un technicien qualifié.
12. L’appareil n’a pas été conçu ni testé pour être utilisé
à l’extérieur, dans des caravanes ou sur des bateaux, par
conséquent il doit être utilisé uniquement dans des pièces à
l’intérieur. La température de fonctionnement de ce produit
est de 5°C à 45°C.
13. N’introduisez pas des objets d’aucune sorte dans l’ap-
pareil à travers les ouvertures, car ils pourraient toucher des
pièces haute tension ou provoquer des courts-circuits, avec

Installieren Sie nicht das Gerät in der Nähe von Wärme-
quellen wie Radiatoren, Heizkörpern, Öfen oder allen
Geräten (einschließlich Verstärkern), die Wärme erzeugen.
Das Gerät darf kein Tropf- oder Spritzwasser ausgesetzt
werden. Kein Gegenstand mit Flüssigkeiten gefüllt (wie z.B.
Vasen) darf auf das Gerät gestellt werden.
Stellen Sie keine Kerzen oder andere brennbare Gegen-
stände auf oder neben dem Gerät.
4. Lassen Sie die Lüftungsöffnungen frei. Verstopfen Sie sie
nicht. Für eine korrekte Belüftung lassen Sie einen freien
Raum um das Gerät herum, d.h. 30 cm oben, 20 cm auf
der Rückseite und 30 cm seitlich, so dass die warme Luft
entweichen kann, besonders wenn das Gerät in einem
Möbelstück montiert ist.
5. Für die Reinigung des Geräts benutzten Sie ausschließlich
ein weiches, sauberes und trockenes Tuch ohne Verwen-
dung von Lösungsmitteln und anderen Chemikalien, die
die Oberfläche beschädigen können.
6. Verwenden Sie das Gerät nur mit elektrischer Stromspan-
nung und der angezeigten Frequenz.
7. Vernachlässigen sie nicht die Sicherheitsfunktion der
polarisierten Stecker oder der Stecker mit Erdung. Im Fall
der Stecker nicht Ihre Steckdose entspricht, rufen Sie einen
Elektriker, um Ihre Steckdose zu ersetzen.
8. Schützen sie das Netzkabel, die Stecker, die Steckdose
und den Punkt wo die Kabel aus dem Gerät ausgehen,

ausschließlich in Innenräumen verwendet werden. Die Ar-
beitstemperatur dieses Produktes ist 5° C bis 45 °C.
13. Fügen sie keine Gegenstände irgendwelcher Art in das
Gerät durch Öffnungen ein, denn sie könnten Hochspan-
nungsteile berühren, Bestandteile kurzschließen und Brän-
den oder elektrischen Schlägen verursachen.
Um die Gefahr eines elektrischen Schlags zu verringern,

The steel flat subwoofers series offers two different models: one ultra flat, 13 cm deep, delivering a power rating of 100W RMS, which can be
easily concealed; one 16,4 cm deep, with a power rating of 240W RMS which is suitable for home cinema systems. Thanks to a special white
clinging primer all the subwoofers can be painted with the walls. By request, we have satin stainless steel, lacquered and Cor-Ten® effect
versions available. By using the best components, like the cellulose cone, our unique rubber suspension, die cast aluminium basket and the
neodymium magnet make this subwoofer an extraordinary very high quality product.
La linea in acciaio e legno dei subwoofer piatti Garvan offre due modelli: uno ultrapiatto alto 13 cm da 100w RMS di potenza,

Loosen the nut of the 4
rubber feet by using the 10
mm open-ended spanner.
Allentare il dado di serraggio dei 4
piedini con la chiave a forchetta da

Peel off the protective
film from the spacers and
stick them to the 4 wall mounts.

Screw the 4 wall
mounts (in place of the rub-
ber feet) and tighten the allen
screws with a 4 mm allen key.
Avvitare i 4 supporti (al posto dei pie-
dini) e serrare i bulloni con una chia-
ve a brugola da 4 mm.
Visser les 4 supports (au lieu des
pieds) et serrer les vis avec une clé
Allen de 4 mm.
Schrauben Sie die 4 Halterungen (an
den Platz der Gummifüße). Ziehen
sie die Schrauben mit einem 4mm
Inbusschlüssel fest.
