CHARGING
1. PlugoneendoftheUSBchargingcableintothebackoftheACwalladapterandtheotherendintothebackof
thedesktopcharger.
2. PlugtheACwalladapterintoastandardpoweroutlet.
3. PlacetheGeoProSafetyWearabledeviceintothedesktopcharger.Youshouldfeelamagneticpullasyouinsert
thedeviceintothecharger.
4. ThedevicewillilluminateBlueandflashevery5secondsindicatingtheunitischarging.Ifthedeviceispowered
off,itwillautomaticallypoweronandbegincharging.
5. ThedeviceisfullychargedwhentheBluelightstaysilluminated,andnolongerflashes.Batterychargetakes
approximately3hourstocomplete.



USINGTHEDEVICE
POWERINGONYOURDEVICE
Topoweronyourdevice,pressandholdthebuttonfor5seconds.ThelightwillbrieflyilluminateBlueandbeginto
poweron.Thedevicewillannounce“Welcome”onceithasfullypoweredonandregisteredtothecellularnetwork.
Thisindicatesyourdeviceisreadyforoperation.PleaseensureyourGeoProlicenseisactivebeforepoweringon,
chargingorbeginusingyourdevice.
SOS
IMPORTANT:SOSserviceonyourGeoProdeviceisactivelymonitoredbythemonitoringcenter.Thisfeatureisnot
tobetestedunlessotherwisescheduleddirectlywiththemonitoringcenter.PleasecontactRoadpostforfurther
assistance.Foroptimalvoicecommunication,itisbesttoholdthedeviceapproximately10inchesinfrontofyour
mouth.Youwillstillbeabletoheartheoperatorifwornonyourarm,neckorbelt.
To declare an SOS, pressand hold thebutton for 3 seconds. Your device will begin flashing Red and announce,
"Emergencycountdowninitiated,pressandholdbuttontocancelemergency.Emergencywillbeactivein10,9,8,
7,6,5,4,3,2,1.Youremergencyisnowinprogress”.Thedistressalertwillbesenttothemonitoringcenter,which
willpromptthemtoinitiateavoicecalltoyourdevice.Thedevicewillautomaticallyanswerthecallandwillallow
youtocommunicatethenatureofyouremergencytotheresponsecenter.
To cancel an SOS, press and hold the button for 3 seconds. Your device will flash Green and announce, “Your
emergencyhasbeencancelled”.

Falldetection is turnedoff bydefault.Toenablefall detection,logintotheGeoProWebApporhaveaGeoPro
Administratorenablethefeatureforyourdevice.Thesensitivitysettingsandcancellationtimercanbesetinthe
GeoProWebApp.Note:Uponfirsttimeuseorchangingsensitivitysettingsthereafter,thedevicemustbelayingstill
andflatfor30‐60secondstocalibratetheinternalsensors.
Whenafallhasbeendetected,thedevicewillilluminateRedandannounce,“Falldetected,unitwillsendemergency
alert in 30 seconds, please press button to cancel alert”. Tap the button to cancel the falldetection warning if
necessary.Oncethecountdowntimerhasexpired,thedevicewill flash Red and announce, “Falling has been
confirmed,youremergencyisinprogress.Pressandholdbuttontocancelemergency”.LikeSOS,thedistressalert
willthenbesenttothemonitoringcenter,atwhichpointthemonitoringcenterwillplaceavoicecalltoyourdevice.
TRACKING
Sendingthepositionreportsataregularintervalisturnedoffbydefault.Toenabletracking,logintotheGeoPro
WebApporhaveaGeoProAdministratorenablethefeatureforyourdevice.
CHECKINGPOWERSTATUS
Checkingthepowerstatusofyourdevicewillallowyoutoquicklyassessifyourdeviceispoweredon.Simplytap
thebuttonone(1)time,thedevicewillflashBlueonceandannounce,“Unitispoweredon”indicatingthedeviceis
poweredon.
SENDINGACHECK‐IN
Sendingacheck‐incanbeperformedatanytime,notonlywhenprompted.Tapthebuttontwo(2)timestosenda
check‐in,thedevicewillflashGreentwiceandannounce,“Check‐InSent”.

STARTINGACHECK‐INSESSION
Startingacheck‐insessionisusedtobeginyourcheck‐inschedule(ifassignedbyyourGeoProAdministrator).Tap
thebutton three(3)timesto startyourcheck‐in session.The devicewill flashGreen three times andannounce,
“Check‐insessionstarted”.Ifacheck‐insessionhasalreadybeenenabledthedevicewillannounce,“Check‐insession
already started”. Note: If check‐ins are not required, this feature can be removed. Please have your GeoPro
AdministratorcontactRoadpostforassistance.
ENDINGACHECK‐INSESSION
Endingacheck‐insessionisusedtostopyourcheck‐inschedule.Tapthebuttonfour(4)timestostartyourcheck‐in
session.ThedevicewillflashGreenfourtimesandannounce,“Check‐insessionended”.Ifacheck‐insessionhas
alreadybeendisabledthedevicewillannounce,“Check‐insessionalreadyended”.Youwillnolongerreceivecheck‐
inmindersonceyoursessionhasbeenended.
CHECKINGBATTERYLEVEL,CELLULARSIGNAL&WI‐FICONNECTIVITY
Tapthebuttonfive(5)timesto check thebatterylevel,cellularsignalandWi‐Ficonnectivityofyourdevice.The
device will flash Blue five times and announce, “Battery level is 100%, cellular signal is very good, Wi‐Fi is
disconnected,check‐insessionisdisabled”orsimilar.Yourdevicewillalsoautomaticallyannouncewhenthebattery
levelhasreached,40%,20%and5%.Lowbatteryupdatesfor20%and5%willalsobedisplayedintheGeoProWeb
App.



istheUser’sexclusiveresponsibilitytotestallfunctionsandensuretheequipmentisingoodworkingcondition.
UserorpurchaserissolelyresponsiblefortestingtheGeoProSafetyWearable(iHelp+3G™)equipmentasdescribed
intheinstructionmanual.WearableHealthSolutionsandRoadpostInc.arenotresponsibleformisuseorimproper
operationoftheunit.Beforeusing,itisrequiredthatyouperformthepropertestsinordertodeterminetheunit’s
operationatthelocation(s)whereitwillbeused.Ifyoufailtoproperlytesttheunit,itmayfailorotherwisebecome
inoperable.Inthatcase,theUsermaynotreceivethemedicalattentionsoughtandrisksseriouspersonalinjuryor
death.
WearableHealthSolutionsandRoadpostInc.arenotresponsibleforthereliabilityorqualityofthecellularphone
servicewithwhichitsproductsareused.ItistheUser’ssoleresponsibilitytodeterminewheretheGeoProSafety
Wearable(iHelp+3G™)willoperate.Refertotheinstructionmanualforsetup,operationandpropertestingofthe
unit.ItisunderstoodbybothUserandPurchaserthatanysignalstransmittedaretotallybeyondWearableHealth
Solutions and Roadpost’s control. Such telecommunication systems and equipment are not owned, operated,
maintained,leasedandarenotcontrolled,inspected,orreviewedbyWearableHealthSolutionsandRoadpostInc.
WearableHealthSolutionsandRoadpostInc.cannotandwillnotberesponsibleforanyinjury,deathorproperty
damagethatresultsfromtelecommunicationequipmentnotsuppliedbyWearableHealthSolutionsorRoadpost
Inc.thatdoesnotproperlytransmitorfailstotransmitpropersignalsfromtheunittoacallcenteroperator,a911
center,orfriendsandfamilymembersasprogrammedbytheUser.PurchaserandUseracknowledgethatWearable
HealthSolutionsandRoadpostInc.useanindependent,thirdpartycallcentertoreceiveallemergencycallsfrom
theunit.WearableHealthSolutionsandRoadpostInc.arenotresponsiblefortheperformanceofandtheresponse
timesofthoseoperatorsandarenotresponsiblefortheperformanceofandresponsetimesofanyemergency
servicesdispatchedbytheindependentcallcenter,includingpolice,fire,andmedicalservices.UserandPurchaser
both understand and acknowledge that the GeoPro Safety Wearable (iHelp+ 3G™) unit requires AC power and
CellularPhoneService.ElectricaloutletsusedtochargetheGeoProSafetyWearable(iHelp+3G™)cannotbeona
‘hotswitch’wheretheycanbeaccidentallyturnedoff.ItisUser’sresponsibilitytoprovideelectricalserviceinorder
fortheGeoProSafetyWearable(iHelp+3G™)tofullychargeinordertofunction.
WearableHealth Solutions andRoadpostInc. neitherwarrantsnor representsthatthe GeoProSafetyWearable
(iHelp+ 3G™) will prevent any damage, injury, or loss to eitherpersonorproperty,orthattheGeoProSafety
Wearable(iHelp+3G™)unitwillalwaysprovidethefullprotectionforwhichitisintended.BoththePurchaserand
UserfullyunderstandandacknowledgethatWearableHealthSolutionsandRoadpostInc.arenotinsurers,andthat
UserandPurchaserassumesanyandallriskoflossorinjurytoUser’spropertyorperson.Norepresentationor
warranties express or implied are made by Wearable Health Solutions other than those expressed herein, and
WearableHealthSolutionsandRoadpostInc.expresslydisclaimsanywarrantyoffitnessormerchantabilityforany
particularuse.

Afterthelaboratorymeasurement,thisphonemaxSARvalueis1.27W/kg.GeoProSafetyWearable(iHelp+3G™)
devicecomplieswiththelimitsforaClassBdigitaldevice,pursuanttoPart15oftheFCCRules.
Theselimitsaredesignedtoprovidereasonableprotectionagainstharmfulinterferenceinaresidentialinstallation.
Operationissubjecttotheseconditions:
(1)Thisdevicemaynotcauseharmfulinterference,and
(2)Thisdevicemustacceptanyinterferencereceived,includinginterferencethatmaycauseundesiredoperation.
ThemanufacturersnotresponsibleforanyradioorTVinterferencecausedbyunauthorizedmodificationstothis
equipment.Suchmodificationscouldvoidtheuser’sauthoritytooperatetheequipment.Thisproductgenerates,
uses,andcanradiateradiofrequencyenergyand,ifnotinstalledandusedinaccordancewiththeinstructions,may
causeharmfulinterferencetoradiocommunications.However,thereisno guaranteethatinterferencewill not
occurinaparticularinstallation.Ifthisproductdoescauseharmfulinterferencetoradioortelevisionreception,the
userisencouragedtotrytocorrecttheinterferencebyoneormoreofthefollowingmeasures:
• Reorientorrelocatethereceivingantenna.
• Increasetheseparationbetweentheequipmentandreceiver.
• Connectyourequipmentintoanoutletonacircuitdifferentfromthattowhichthereceiverisconnected.
• Consulttheedealeroranexperiencedradio/TVtechnicianforhelp.
3.RoadpostInc.warrantsthisproductandallparts,thereof,onlytotheoriginalpurchasertobefreefromdefective
materialsandworkmanshipfromthedateoftheoriginalpurchasefortheperiodofone(1)year.Ifyourproductis
foundtobedefectivewithinthewarrantyperiod,
Roadpostwillrepairorreplacedefectivepartswithneworrebuiltequivalentsatnochargetotheoriginalowner.
PartsusedforreplacementarewarrantiedonlyfortheremainderoftheWarrantyPeriod.Ifyourproductisfound
tobedefective,pleasecontactthedealeryoupurchasedyourproductfromforwarrantyrepairinstructions.
SAFETYPRECAUTIONSANDGENERALWARNINGS
Aminimumseparationofsix(6)inchesshouldbemaintainedbetweenahandheldwirelessmobiledeviceandan
implantablemedicaldevicetoavoidpotentialinterferencewiththedevice.Personswhohavesuchdevices:
• ShouldALWAYSkeepthemobiledevicemorethansix(6)inchesfromtheirimplantablemedicaldevice
whenthemobiledeviceisturnedON.
• Shouldnotcarrythemobiledeviceinabreastpocket.
• Shouldusetheearoppositetheimplantablemedicaldevicetominimizethepotentialforinterference.
• Shouldreadandfollowthedirectionsfromthemanufacturerofyourimplantablemedicaldevice.
Ifyouhaveanyquestionsaboutusingyourwirelessmobiledevicewithanimplantablemedicaldevice,consultyour
healthcareprovider.ItisthesoleresponsibilityoftheUsertochargetheGeoProSafetyWearable(iHelp+3G™)
whennecessarytoensurethatthebatteriesandotherfunctions/featuresareworkingproperly.SeetheInstructions
forhowtoperformthesetests.ItisadvisedtochargetheGeoProSafetyWearable(iHelp+3G™)dailyuntilfully
charged.

WearableHealthSolutionsrepresentsthattheGeoProSafetyWearable(iHelp+3G™)unitiswaterproofwithan
IPX7*rating.
*IPX7 rating states product is protected against high pressure water jets from any  direction. Limited ingress
permitted(ex.shower).Protectedagainstshortperiodsofimmersionfor30minutes(‐ex.bath).
Basedonitsoperatingfrequency,GeoProSafetyWearable(iHelp+3G™)shouldnotinterferewithpacemakersor
commonhouseholdappliances.Nootherpowersourcemaybeusedforthisproductotherthantheonespecifically
suppliedbyWearableHealthSolutions.Useofanyotherpowersourcewillvoidallwarrantiesandcouldalsodamage
your unit and cause serious safety issues including personal injury,propertydamage,andcausetheunitto
malfunctionresultinginthefailuretoobtainmedicalattention.
TheGeoProSafetyWearable(iHelp+3G™)shouldbeunpluggedfromanelectricaloutletbeforeattemptingtoclean
it.Adamp,softclothcanbeusedtoclean/wipedowntheunitifitbecomesdirty.Noliquidsorcleanerscanbeused
forcleaningorthewarrantywillbevoided.
Ifdamagedoesoccurtoyourunit,donotattempttorepairit.Pleasereturntheentireunit,postagepaid,toyour
localdealerforwarrantyserviceorreplacementasstipulatedinthewarrantysectionofthismanual.
Pleaseusealanyardwithabreak‐awaycord,liketheonesuppliedwithyourGeoProSafetyWearable(iHelp+3G™)
unit.Byusingalanyardthatdoesn’thaveabreak‐awaycord,youruntheriskofchoking,includingthepossibilityof
seriousinjury.Thelanyardcangetentangledonmachinery,equipment,jewelry,clothes,orotherobjectsthatcould
entanglewithaneckcord.

BODY‐WORNOPERATION
Thisdevicewastestedfortypicalbody‐wornoperations.TocomplywithRFexposurerequirements,aminimum
separationdistanceof2.0cmmustbemaintainedbetweentheuser’sbodyandthehandset,includingtheantenna.
Third‐party belt‐clips, holsters, and similar accessories used by this device should not contain any metallic
components. Body‐worn accessories that do not meet these requirementsmaynotcomplywithRFexposure
requirementsandshouldbeavoided.
SPECIFICABSORPTIONRATE(SAR)INFORMATION:
Systemsoperatingundertheprovisionsofthissectionshallbeoperatedinamannerthatensuresthatthepublicis
notexposedtoradiofrequencyenergylevelinexcesslimitformaximumpermissibleexposure.Inaccordancewith
