EN USER I N STRUCTI ON
This set included 2 walkie-t alkie unit s: there
are com m unicat ion devices which operate on
m obile radio frequencies. They com e wit h 22
channels as well as back-lit LCD screen,
enabling you to com m unicat e over several
Kilom eters free-of –charge, up t o 10 m ile in
open field.
N ot e : Please read these user inst ruct ions
Carefully before using t he equipm ent and retain
for future consult ation!
Specific Recom m e nda t ions
To avoid t he r isk of bur ns, do not use t he
device if t he aerial is dam age in any way.
Do not use the device in a pot entially explosive
set t ing (e.g. Ar ound pum ps, on t he lower deck
of a boat or around a fuel st orage installat ion or
chem ical product s)
I f t raveling in a car or by bike, stop before using
the device.
Swit ch off t he device if on an airplane or in a
hospital.
Never use the device in close proxim it y t o a radio
t hat avoid t o int er ference.
Rem ove t he bat t eries if t he device is not use for
an ext ended period of t im e. Never m ix used w it h
new bat t eries.
Position t he t ransm itt er and ant enna at least 5cm
from your face. Direct the ant enna upwards and
speak norm ally.
Clean t he dev ice w it h a dam p clot h. Avoid t he use
of cleaning agent s and solvent s.
Do not m odify the device in any way. I n t he event
of dam age occurring, ensure that t he device us
checked by a qualified professional.
The device cannot be used to contact the em er-
gency services.

the belt clip lat ch away from t he device.

Usin g t h e de vice
1 , Turnin g t h e D evice on/ off
Swit ch on t he device: Press and hold on t he 3
seconds then you will hear a beep sound.
Swit ch off t he device: Press and hold t he 3
seconds t hen you will hear a beep sound.
2 , Ad j ust in g t h e v olu m e
To increase the volum e, pr ess t he Up ▲but ton.
And pr ess t he Dow n ▼butt on t o decrease t he
volum e.
3 , Low Ba t t er y I ndica t ion
The device can det ect the low battery level when
t he bat t ery volt age goes low. When bat t er y
voltage is low, the bat t ery icon w ill flash and a
beep will be heard t o indicat e that t he bat t er ies
need t o be replaced.
4 , Re ce iv ing/ t r a nsm it t in g com m un ica t ions:
The devices are in “st andby” m ode when it is
turned on and no transm itt ing. When a signal is
received on t he cur rent channel, t he LCD w ill
display receiving icon in “recept ion” m ode.
When you press the PTT ( push to talk) but ton,
the devices switches t o “Transm ission” m ode.
Hold the device in a vert ical posit ion wit h t he Mic
3- 5cm away from your m out h. While holding t he
PTT but t on, speak into t he m icrophone in a
norm al t one of voice.
Release the PTT butt on when you have finished
t ransm it t ing.
For others to receive your transm ission, t hey
m ust be on t he sam e channel wit h you.
N ot e :
1, The t alking range will depend on your
sur roundings and environm ent . I t will be affect ed
by obst r uct ions such as hills or buildings.
2, Don’t t ry t o use t w o dev ices which ar e less
Than 1.5m (5 feets) apart. Ot herwise, you m ay
experience interference.
5 , Cha nging Ch a n ne ls
Press the MENU but ton one tim e, The channel
num ber will flash on t he display.
Press t he up▲/ down▼but t on t o change t he channel.
Press the PTT butt on t o confirm and ret urn st and-by
m ode.
N ot e : if no but ton is pressed within 15 seconds dur ing
set t in g, t he device w ill r et urn t o st and-by m ode.
6 , CTCSS Code
Pr ess t he MENU but t on t wice, t he current CTCSS code
will flash on t he display. Press t he up▲/ down▼butt on
t o change t he 38 available codes.
Press PTT but ton t o confir m and ret urn t o st and-by m ode.
License free radio’s operat ing on t he 400-470MHZ
Frequency band, the device has 22
available radio channels.
I f t here are m any device users near you, t her e is
a chance that som e of the users are operating on
The sam e radio channel.
When using CTCSS, a low fr equency t one ( bet w een
67-250Hz) will be t ransm it t ed along w it h t he voice
Signal. Ther e are 38 available tones t o choose.
You are free to choose one of t he 38 available sub-
channels.
Due to filt ering, t hese sub-channels will generally
not be audible so t hey will not e distur b t he
com m unicat ion.
7 , VOX ( H an ds fr e e fun ct ion)
Pr ess t he MENU but t on t hr ee t im es, t he cur rent
VOX set t ing will flash on t he display and t he VOX
icon will display.
Press UP▲but t on t o set t he VOX sensit ivit y level
bet ween 1~ 3 level ( level 3 is t he high sensit ive level) .
Press down▼but t on unt il “OF” appears on t he display
to t urn VOX off.
Press the PTT butt on t o confirm and ret urn t o
stand-by m ode.
I n VOX m ode, t he radio will t ransm it a signal when
it is act ivat ed by your voice or ot her sound ar ound
you. VOX operat ion is not recom m ended if you plan
to use your device in a noisy or windy environm ent .
N ot e : VOX m ode will be over ride when you press t he
PTT but t on.
8 , Sca nnin g for a n Act iv e Ra dio Cha nn el
Press and hold t he UP▲but ton 2 seconds: The
“SCAN” funct ion indicator will appear on the display
and t he channel w ill scan cont inuously f rom 1 t o 22.
Once an act ive channel is found, the scanning will
stop and you can list en t o the transm ission.
When the transm ission is on the found channel
stop, the scanning will resum e autom at ically.
N ot e : I f you press PTT butt on while list ening to a
found channel, t he device w ill go back t o st and-by
m ode on t he found channel.
9 , M on it or
Press and hold t he DOWN▼but ton about 3 seconds

Release the DOWN▼but t on ret urn t o st and-by m ode.
1 0 , Se t t ing t he Ca ll t on es
The device has 10 call tones.
Pr ess t he MENU but t on 4 t im es, “CA” is displayed and
on t he current call-t one.
Press t he UP▲/ Dow n▼but t on t o change anot her call
tones.
Press the PTT butt on t o confirm and ret urn t o stand
-by m ode.

Press the PTT but t on one t im e quickly, t he call t one will
be transm it ted on the set t ing channel.
1 2 , Key Tone On/ Off
Pr ess t he MENU but t on 5 t im es, “TO” w ill be displayed.
Press t he UP▲/ Dow n▼but t on disable t he Ke y To n e
ON/ OFF.
Press the PTT butt on t o confirm your select ion and
ret ur n t o t he stand-by m ode.
1 3 , Roger Be ep On/ Off
Aft er t he PTT but t on us released, t he device will
send out a roger beep to confirm that have st opped
talking.
Pr ess t he MENU but t on 6 t im es, “RO” will be displayed.
Press t he UP▲/ Dow n▼but t on disable t he roger beep
ON/ OFF.
Press the PTT butt on t o confirm your select ion and ret urn
to t he st and-by m ode.
1 3 , Ba ck lit displa y
Press any butt on except for t he MENU but t on t o act ivat e
the back light of t he LCD display. The back light will light
on about 5 seconds.
1 4 , Pow e r sa ving fu nct ion
When the device has not been used for 6 seconds,
the econom y m ode is aut om at ically act ivat ed. This
does not affect t he recept ion of transm ission and t he
stand-by m ode is aut om at ically re-act ivat ed as soon
as a signal is det ect ed.
1 5 , Built -in Fla sh light
Your device has a built-in flash light t hat can be used
in sending light signals or for our light ing needs.
1 6 , Lock & Un lock t h e device
Press and hold MENU but t on for 3 seconds to lock the
device.
Press and hold MENU but t on for 3 seconds t o unlock
the device.

When you didn’t know what channel and sub-channel
you are or t he walkie t alkies cannot com m unicat ion
each, you can r eset the devices to Channel NO.1
and try to com m unicat ion.

toget her 3 seconds, the device will be reset in
Channel NO.1
