PT-05 isapersonalremoteposition device
with build-in GPSand GSM/GPRSmodules.
It isacompactsize, highaccuracy remote
location tracking device.
Basedon GPSsatellite,
itprovides accurateposition information
underdynamicconditions.
Personalremotepositiondevicetransmit
thelongitudeand latitudecoordinatetoauthorizedcellphone.
Youcan usethesefeaturesforprotecting and searching children andold
persons. Further, youcan use itas asecurity purposeandotherpurpose
which needsremotepositioning suchas assetprotectionandanimaltracking.

(6.1)TurnOn/TurnOff
Turn on :
Whenthedevice isoff,press thepowerbutton andwaitforabout8
seconds.It willenterstandbymode.Itissuggestedthatyoubeaouter
placewhereit canreceivethebetterGPS signal when youturnonthe
device.
Turn off:
Whenthedeviceison,pressthebutton and waitfor8 seconds.When
theLEDsgoout,it indicatesthatthedeviceisin offforsure.
(tips:Howtoget betterGPS signal:
1Workingoutdoor,PT05 cangetbetterGPS signal;
2Thefront sideofPT05 should beplaced towardsky. )
(6.2)Apply foronepositionservice
Nomatterwhereyouare,whenyou wanttoknowthepositionofyour
tracker,sendaSMSormakeatelephonecalltoPT05;it willreport its

(6.3).Setatimeintervalfortrackingreportfunction
Trackingreport functioncanbeturned onoroffaccordingto the
requirementsoftheuser.Tracking functionwill continuallyreport
tracker spositionuntilitgetstopcommand. Inthiscontinuoustracking
mode,PT05 will send oneposition messageatapresettimeinterval.
(ItissaythatPT05 willsendonepositionmessageatevery timeinterval)
Step1:Editamessageasfollowing format,then send itto PT05:

minute.

Thisfunctionisespeciallyusefulwheninemergency. When SOSkey
ispressed, PT05 willinSOSstateand 2followingSMStothepreset
phonenumber:SOSAlarmandthePosition info. Atthesametime,
PT05 willdialpresettelephonenumber.Whenthetelephonebe
pickedup, 2way communicationstarts.
OncetheSOSbutton ispressed, aSOShelpismade.
(6.7)CancelaSOScall
Whenin SOSstate,press CallBkeytohang upthephone, exit
SOSstateandreturn normalstate.
