NOTE: The longer end of the (A) Base goes
towards the front.
First, slide (B) Shoes onto the (A) Base and then
assemble the (C) Support Poles through the tops
of the (A) Shoes as shown, with the slots
housings of the upper poles facing outward.
Insert (Q) screws through (C) Support Poles and
tighten to secure.
Lower (F) Pants over (C) Support Poles through
the leg openings & out through the top of the (F)
Pants. Attach the (D) Hip Hoop through the slots
on the upper (C) Support Poles as shown.
Assemble the (N) Torso Frame onto the (C) upper
Support Poles as shown and insert (Q) screws
and tighten to secure. Pull up the (F) Pants over
the (D) Hip Hoop and route the power cord
through and out the bottom of the right pant leg.
Attach the (E) Chest Hoop through the slots
located on the Torso Frame, with the larger part
of the (E) Chest Hoop in front. Attach the (O)
Shoulder Support as shown.
Lower the (G) Jacket down over the (N) Torso
Frame & (O) Shoulder Piece, and leave the back
of the (G) Jacket open.

Slide the (L) Right Arm up through the right sleeve of the (G) Jacket and insert the forked-hook into
the right “shoulder” slot housing on the (N) Torso Frame. Connect the hooked end of the (M) Moving
Arm Cross Bar to the slot housing in the center of the forearm as shown, and then attach the other
end to the rotating shaft on the motor & secure both ends with included cotter pins.
Slide the (K) Left Arm up through the left sleeve of the (G) Jacket and insert the forked-hook into the
left “shoulder” slot housing on the (N) Torso Frame.
Next, set the (P) Head onto the (N) Torso Frame by sliding the forked-hook into the “neck” slot
housing. Carefully connect the connecting wire from the (P) Head to the connecting wire from the
motor. Now secure the costume & bowtie into place around the neck by fastening the hook & loop
closures at the back of the neck.
Set the right & left (J) Hands into place by sliding the forked-hooks into the “wrist” slot housings on
the ends of the Arms. Next, drape the (H) Cape over the back of the (G) Jacket and secure with the
hook & loop fasteners at the neck & at the palms of the (J) Hands. NOTE: The neck chain on the (H)
Cape has a removable elastic loop that fits around the right button for easier assembly. Place the (I)
Hat on the (P) Head.
Attach the (R) A/C Adaptor to the power cord routed through the right leg & plug into a standard outlet
to operate. When plugged into a standard outlet, motion, lights & sounds are activated by a
motion/light-activated sensor.

NOTE: Sensors are Light activated & work best in brighter environments. TIP: For best results, position a light to shine at the sensor so that people will have to pass between the light source & the character – their
shadow will activate the functions of the character.
