Safety Precautions
WARNING: To reduce the risk of injury or death, please read and understand the following precautions before using this
product.
1. CAUTION: It is recommended to consult a physician before starting any exercise. If you
experience any pain or dizziness while exercising, stop immediately and consult your
doctor.
2. It is the responsibility of the owner to ensure that all users of this product are adequately
informed of stated precautions.
3. Read all instructions carefully. Understand the assembly and operation requirements
before using this product.
4. Inspect product before each use. Do not use dumbbells or this stand with worn out or
damaged parts.
5. Use equipment on a flat level surface. It is recommended to place a rubber mat
underneath the equipment for added protection of floors or carpets.
6. Ensure that the floor surface is dry.
7. Keep children & pets away from equipment at all times. Children under the age of 18 must
always be under adult supervision.
8. This equipment is intended for in-home use only.
9. Properly warm-up and stretch before starting any exercise.
10. Wear comfortable clothing that allows freedom of movement and shoes with non-slip
soles.
11. Allow enough space around the equipment for your workout.
12. Grit Elite Gear LLC does not assume no responsibility for personal injury, or any
consequential damages sustained by or through the use of this equipment.
13. Do not try to modify this product. This may compromise the safety of this equipment and
will void the warranty.
14. Do not use this equipment until it has been fully assembled and inspected in accordance
with the Owner’s Manual for your GRIT-EGD1055 dumbbells
15. Never attempt to disengage plates when the dumbbell has been removed from the
dumbbell cradle.
16. Observe and adhere to all warning labels posted on the equipment.
17. Before beginning your workout, make certain that your surroundings are free from
potential interferences.

Assembly
Unboxing
Due to the heavy weight of the product, please make sure to take extra care to remove the dumbbell stand
parts from the carton and protective packaging. Inspect the stand parts for any signs of damage. If product is
damaged, please do not use it and contact Grit Elite Gear customer service for assistance.

Note: Make sure that the screw holes on the Dumbbell Tray Platforms are aligned with the screw
holes on the stand.

Step 4: Install Safety Buckles onto The Tray Platforms

Step 5: Final Inspection
Inspect the equipment to ensure that the equipment is properly assembled, all bolts and fasteners are
tightened, and the legs are leveled. DO NOT USE the equipment if any parts are not completely
installed or lose, or any bolts and fasteners are not tightened.
MAINTENANCE
Always fasten the dumbbell trays with the safety buckle. Inspect the buckle and ensure
it is properly fastened before each use. Failing to properly fasten dumbbell trays may
cause injury or death.
Regularly examine this product for damage and repairs. If any parts are worn or damaged,
DO NOT USE THE EQUIPMENT until product or parts are repaired or replaced. Only
manufacturer supplied parts can be used to maintain and repair the equipment.
To ensure maximum lifespan and optimal performance follow these steps:
1. Keep your dumbbells and stand in a dry, clean climate-controlled environment at room
temperature.
2. Periodically clean your equipment with disinfectant using a lint free cloth.
3. Keep dust off the equipment.
4. Regularly examine your product for damage, if repairs are required please contact Grit
Elite Gear for information on how to service your equipment and purchase spare parts.
Only manufacturer supplied components can be used to maintain and repair the
equipment under warranty.
5. Store and operate your equipment on level ground.
6. Periodically check that the bolts on the equipment are tight.
WARNING: Do not use abrasive cleaners or petroleum-based solvents to clean equipment. Do
not attempt to disassemble the dumbbells or modify the stand. These products are not designed
to be serviced by the customer and doing so may cause injury or death and will void the
warranty.

LIMITED WARRANTY
Grit Elite Gear Warranty is valid only to the original purchaser with proof of the original purchase required.
Any additions or modifications made to the product will void all and any warranty.
Time period: Manufacturer warranty is covering frame components and tray plates and is valid
for a period of 1 (one) year.
Not covered by warranty:
1. The product is damaged when it's used, maintained, repaired or stored not according to the requirements of the
Manual.
2. The product model or code on the receipt or invoice is inconsistent with the physical product.
3. The warranty period has expired.
4. Product has been damaged by human force.
5. Product has been dropped or collided with another object.
6. Normal wear and tear.
7. Damage caused by use in environment not suitable for the product.
8. Damage caused by an accident, neglect or failure to follow warnings.
Limitations
Grit Elite Gear, LLC. is not responsible for any additional or extended warranty offered by any third party.
THE WARRANTY STATED ABOVE IS A LIMITED WARRANTY AND THE ONLY WARRANTY MADE BY THE PARTIES.
BOTH PARTIES WAIVE ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Procedures:
1. Warranty services may only be performed by the original seller or an authorized Grit Elite Gear service provider.
2. Proof of purchase must be provided prior to service request.
3. Purchaser is responsible for any and all transportation and/or delivery costs associated with warranty services
provided by seller or authorized service provider.
4. Grit Elite Gear, LLC. reserves the right to choose to replace or repair the serviced product under the warranty.
5. Grit Elite Gear, LLC. reserves the right to issue a limited credit towards another Grit Elite Gear product in case a
product serviced under warranty is found to be irreparable.
6. Grit Elite Gear, LLC.is not responsible for any costs associated with any services done to the product outside of the
warranty period stated in this manual.
7. Grit Elite Gear, LLC.is not liable for any costs, damages, injuries, losses or failures caused by the use of unauthorized
parts and/or service provider.
