Safety Warnings and Precautions
WARNING:When using tool, basic safety precautions should always be followed to re-
duce the risk of personal injury and damage to equipment.
Read all instructions before using this tool!
1. Keep work area clean. Cluttered areas invite injuries.
2. Observe work area conditions. Do not use machines or power tools in damp or wet
locations. Don’t expose to rain. Keep work area well lighted. Do not use electrically
powered tools in the presence of flammable gases or liquids.
3. Keep children away. Do not let them handle machines, tools, or extension cords.
4. Store idle equipment. When not in use, tools must be stored in a dry location to
inhibit rust. Always lock up tools and keep out of reach of children.
5. Use the right tool for the job.Do not attempt to force a small tool do the work of a
larger industrial tool.There are certain applications for which this tool was designed.It
will do the job better and more safely at the rate for which it was intended. Do not
modify this tool and do not use this tool for a purpose for which it was not intended.
6. Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry as they can be caught in
moving parts. Protective, electrically non-conductive clothes and non-skid footwear
are recommended when working. Wear restrictive hair covering to contain long hair.
7. Use eye and ear protection. Always wear ANSI-approved safety goggles.Wear a full
face shield if you are producing metal filings or wood chips.Wear an ANSI-approved
dust mask or respirator when working around metal, wood, and chemical dusts.
8. Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and balance at all times.Do not reach over or
across running machines.

9. Maintain tools with care. Keep tools sharp and clean for better and safer
performance. Follow instructions for lubricating and changing accessories. Inspect
cords periodically and, if damaged, have them repaired by an authorized technician.
10. Remove adjusting keys and wrenches. Check that keys and adjusting wrenches
are removed from the tool or machine work surface before plugging it in.
11. Stay alert. Use common sense. Do not operate any tool when you are tired.
12. Check for damaged parts. Before using any tool, any part that appears damaged
should be checked to determine that it will operate properly and perform its intended
function.Check for alignment and binding of moving parts; any broken parts or
mounting fixtures;and any other condition that may affect proper operation.Any part
that is damaged should be properly repaired or replaced by a qualified technician.
13. Replacement parts and accessories. When servicing, use only identical
replacement parts. Use of any other parts will void the warranty. Only use accessories
intended for use with this tool. Approved accessories are available from Harbor
Freight Tools.
14. Do not operate tool if under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Read warning
labels if taking prescription medicine to determine if your judgment or reflexes are
impaired while taking drugs. If there is any doubt, do not operate the tool.
15. Maintenance. Any maintenance should be performed by a qualified technician.
16. Use an assistant when moving a motorcycle on the Dolly / Stand. This helps
maintain stability so the motorcycle and Dolly / Stand to not fall over.
Product Specific Safety Precautions
1. Operate the Motorcycle Dolly / Stand on a flat, dry, and level surface capable of
supporting the weight of the stand and load.
2. Do not attempt to load a motorcycle over 1000 lbs. onto the stand.
3. Securely strap down the motorcycle to the Dolly / Stand tie-down points before moving
or using the Dolly / Stand.
4. Always lock the wheels before working on, or moving, the motorcycle.
5. Never allow anyone to sit on the motorcycle while it is on the Stand / Dolly.
6. The Stand / Dolly is for temporary support of the motorcycle.It is not designed to
support the load for extended periods of time.
7. Center the load on the Stand. Place motorcycle so as not to damage its underside.
8. Never drop a load onto the Dolly / Stand.This may create an excessive load which
may result in damage to the Dolly / Stand, the motorcycle, or cause personal injury.
9. Do not attempt to lift a motorcycle onto the Dolly / Stand. Always use a winch or lift.
10. If the motorcycle stable and secure on the Dolly / Stand, do not use the Dolly / Stand.

Unpacking
When unpacking, check to make sure that all the parts are included. Refer to the Parts List
and Assembly Drawing at the end of this manual. If any parts are missing or broken, please
call Harbor Freight Tools at the number on the cover of this manual as soon as possible.
Assembly
1. Using a wrench (not included), connect the two 3” Swivel Casters (2) to the Left Base
(13) by using a Bolt(3), Washer(4), and Nut(5).Then connect the two 3”Swivel Casters
with Brakes (16) to the Right Base using a Bolt(3),Washer(4) and Nut(5).
2. Using the wrench, connect the LeftTube (14) to the Left Base (13) by using a Bolt(3),
Washer(4), and Nut(5). Then connect the RightTube (15) to the Right Base(1) by
using a Bolt(6),Washer(7) and Nut(8).
3. Using the wrench, connect the two Stands(9) to the Left Base(13) and the Right
Base(1) with the Bolt(10),Washer(12) and Nut(11).
4. Loosen Bolts (3) with the wrench.
5. Slide LeftTube (14) assembly into the RightTube (15) assembly.
6. Adjust the width between Stands (9) to the desired size to accommodate the
motorcycleunderframe.
7. Tighten Bolts (3).
8. If a different Stand (9) height is required, loosen and remove Bolts (10), Nuts (11), and
Washers (12) in four places.
9. Move the Stand (9) assembly up or down to the desired height and replace Bolts (10),
Nuts (11), and Washers (12).Three height positions are possible.

Operation
1. Place the Dolly / Stand in the location where it will hold the motorcycle.
2. Securely fasten the motorcycle to a lift or winch, such as SKU 2792 or SKU 93033 (not
included).
Refer to the winch or lift operator’s manual for attachment and safety instructions.
3. Place the Dolly / Stand under the motorcycle so that its underframe is aligned squarely
over the Dolly Stands (9).If adjustment is necessary, refer to the Assembly section on
the previous page.
4. Lower the motorcycle gently onto Dolly / Stand (9). Have an assistant hold the
motorcycle upright as you lower the Motorcycle gently onto the Dolly / Stand.
5. Strap down the motorcycle to the four Strap Anchor Holes using straps or cables (not
supplied). See photo on the previous page. Refer to the motorcycle maintenance
manual for proper strapping points.
6. Lock the two locking Swivel Casters (16) by pressing down on its side lever.
7. Lower the winch or lift cable slightly (still attached to the motorcycle).If the motorcycle
is stable on the Dolly / Stand, remove the winch or lift cables.
Maintenance
1. Periodically check and tighten all nuts and bolts on the Dolly / Stand.
2. Store in a clean and dry location.
