1Remove all four body clips, the
body shell and the protective
netting. Now locate the battery
cradle on the left side of the car.
2Fully charge your chosen Li-Po
battery in accordance with charging
& safety guidelines supplied with
the pack. Note that the pack must
have a compatible Hight Current
T-Plug. If using a NiMH battery, you
will need to re-set the Low-Voltage
Cut-Off on your ESC accordingly.
3Insert the fully charged pack into
the battery cradle and tighten the
hook and loop straps to secure it
rmly in position.
4Remove the transmitter battery
cover and insert four AA alkaline
cells.
5Connect the battery to the ESC.

6Reinstall the protective netting.
Now replace the body and secure
it with the four body clips.
7Switch ON your ET4 transmitter.
Ensure the LED is lit solid red and
that no alarms are audible.
8Locate the switch and turn
ON your Four 10SC. In the
unlikely event that the car does
not operate, see the PAIRING
instructions on the back of this
guide.

10 Use the throttle and steering trim
buttons to ne tune the controls of
your car. While this step has been
completed at the factory, ensure
that the Four 10SC tracks in a
straight line and doesn’t creep
forwards or backwards at zero
throttle.
Check the operation of your
throttle and steering. Pulling the
throttle trigger back will drive the
car forwards. Pushing the trigger
forwards will apply the brakes or
drive the car in reverse. Turning
the wheel right will cause the car
to turn right and vice versa.

PAIRING
1Place your Four 10SC and ET4
transmitter in close proximity but
not less than 12” (300mm) apart.
2Switch ON your ET4 transmitter.
Switch ON your Four 10SC. The
receiver’s LED will blink.
3Switch OFF your ET4 transmitter,
hold down the REV/PAIR button
and switch ON the transmitter.

4Press the Pair button on the
receiver. The LED will blink.

5When the LED on the receiver
shows solid red your ET4 and Four
10SC will be paired. Return to
Step 9 of this guide to complete
the set-up of your Four 10SC.
