PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION
The unit is dead

*Piece suddenly goes dead
*No power supply
*Transmitter is not switched ON
*Transmitter and receiver donot work though all
LEDs andconnections seem ok
*2x1.5V battery inserted wrong
*2x1.5V battery is weak
*Input Gain of the Amplifier orMixer very high
*Gain on the hand mic is toohigh
*Transmission distance between the transmitter
andreceiver is very far
*Defective or broken antenna
*Transmitter and receiver have different frequencies
*Two transmitters using the same frequency
interference from other transmitter
*Battery of the transmitter isweak
*Switch off the other transmitters
*Avoid using two transmitter of the same frequency
*Replace the battery
*Reduce the distance betweentransmitter and receiver
*Check antenna and replace it if necessary
*Make sure the transmitter and receiver are of the same
frequency
*Reduce the gain in the Mixer or Amp and adjust the volume
control on the transmitter
*Reduce the gain in the Hand mic
*Reverse the Polarity
*Reverse the battery
*Check the power supply
*Connect power adapter
*Switch ON the transmitter
*Make sure that the transmitter and receiver are on the same
frequency
*Receiving antennas are not pulled out, extend the antennas

·Must cut off the power while cleaning the equipment.
·It is better using the original accessories, such as adapter and cable.
·While it is thunderstorm weather or don't use the equipment for a long
time, please unplug the receiver from equipment.
·Do not place the receiver and transmitter near the source of heat, such as
radiator, oven and also keep them away from water.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
·Do not spill the liquid into the device, otherwise it will
damage the electronic components of the device.
·Disconnect the power before cleaning
·Clean the device with a soft cloth.
·No solvent or cleaner is allowed for cleaning.

SYNCHRONIZE THE TRANSMITTER AND RECEIVER
Plug the receiver into the MIC socket of amplifier, mixer and processor, etc.
Turn on the receiver and transmitter.
Press the select switch on handheld/bodypack transmitterto change the frequency .
After seting,the frequency will besynchronized between the transmitter and receiver , and thesystem
will automatically save.(Frequency Range: According to the specific conditions of each country)
After the data transmission between receiver and transmitteris completed, the RF signal of
receiver will light on, system can be used normally.
① Turn off the power of the transmitter;
② Press the frequency switch button and turn on the power of the transmitter (the transmitter screen
displays a straight line "-----");
③Release the frequency after the screen displays normal Switch keys.
