Please make sure that the following parts for your lamp are
enclosed:
1. Lamp
2. Glass Shade
Your lamp comes with the bulb in place, only the glass shade
needs to be installed.
1. Unscrew the finished nuts and remove the decorative
reflector.
2. Remove one small white washer from each side of the lamp,
leaving one washer that will remain under the glass.
3. Place the glass shade over the stems, followed by a washer
on each side.
4. Replace the decorative reflector.
5. Secure the reflector to the lamp with the finished nuts.
Tighten hand-tight.

Bulb Replacement Instructions
1. Loosen the set screw (Diagram I) of the glass-shield
holder.
2. Push the glass-shield holder and the glass shield as far as
possible to the side. Push the ceramic socket in the
direction of the arrow and remove the old bulb
(Diagram II).
3. With the glass shield in place, insert the new bulb
(through the glass shield) into the left socket. Push the
spring-loaded ceramic socket on the right side in the
direction of the arrow to install the new bulb.
4. Finally, position the glass shield in the glass shield holders
and tighten the set screws in place.
