BE SURE the pump is turned off and all pressure is released before attempting to install the shallow well ejector.
Pre-Installation
APPLICATION
This shallow well ejector package (Model SW JP125) includes a shallow well ejector, check valve, and an
assortment of nozzles and venturis to suit your well conditions. This ejector assembly is designed for all 4 in. and
larger double pipe applications.
NOTE: This shallow well ejector package(Model SW JP125) allows the pump to lift water up to 25 ft., if lift water is more than 25 ft. please
select a deep well double pipe eject package(Model DPJC125).

Assembly
1. This kit contains three venturis (D) and two nozzles (E). Use only one venturi and one nozzle with any
installation. Select the correct nozzle and venturi from the Application Chart as follows.
NOTE: Be sure to find the right pump model, well depth, and nozzle/venturi combination on the chart or the pump will not perform
according to specifications (See Application Chart as follows).
Use jet package SWJP125 with any of the following pump brands and horsepowers:

2.Inspect the ejector body, nozzle, and venturi carefully to BE SURE that they are clean and free of all foreign
materials. Dirt, sand, or gravel will plug the ejector!
3. Use a 5/8 in. deep-well socket to install the new nozzle (E) in the ejector body (H). The nozzle screws into the
second set of threads visible inside the ejector discharge port (the larger port) in the ejector body.
4.Place the O-ring (C) in the groove in the venturi (D) and install the venturi (D) in the ejector body (H).The venturi
threads into the first set of threads in the ejector discharge port (it threads in over the nozzle).The end of the venturi
will extend out of the port when it is installed.

5.Put the O ring (A) to the front of the pump body. Insert the venturi (D) into the upper pump port. Ensure the tabs
and slots align.
6.Alternately tighten the clamp screw and tap the clamp (B) with a mallet to seat the O-ring (A).
7.Install the pipe, foot valve and well seal.

8.Prime the pipe and pump, make sure that the connections and check valve do not leak. The pipes should hold
water. If they leak, remove the pipes and find the leak. Remake the leaking joint with teflon tape or retighten the
clamp. Repeat the installation and the fill-check until the pipes do not leak.

Observe las instrucciones sobre seguridad contenidas en el Manual del Propietario de su bomba. Antes de instalar el

APLICACIÓN
Este paquete de surtidor (Modelo SWJP125) incluye un eyector pozo poco profundo, una válvula de retención, y una
selección de boquillas y venturis para adaptarse a las condiciones de su pozo. Este conjunto de eyector ha sido
diseñado para todos los usos de 4" y mayores con tubería doble.
NOTA: Este paquete eyector pozo poco profundo (Modelo SW JP125) permite que la bomba para elevar

Asamblea
1. Este kit contiene tres venturis y dos boquillas (Vea la página de la carta el 8). Use sólo una boquilla y un venturi
en la instalación. Seleccione la boquilla y el venture correctos del Cuadro de como sigue.
NOTA: Asegúrese de encontrar en latabla el modelo de bomba, la profundidad de pozo y la
combinación de boquilla y venturi correctos, de lo contrario, la bomba no funcionará de acuerdo a las
especificaciones (Ver Cuadro de aplicaciones de la siguiente manera)

2. Inspeccione cuidadosamente el cuerpo del eyector, la boquilla y el venturi para ASEGURARSE que estén
limpios y no tengan partículas extrañas. ¡La tierra, la arena o la grava obstruirán el eyector!
3. Use un "socket 08.05 pozos profundos para instalar la nueva boquilla en el cuerpo del eyector. La boquilla se
atornilla en el segundo juego de roscas visible dentro de la toma de descarga del eyector (la toma más grande)
en el cuerpo del eyector.
4. Coloque las juntas tóricas en las ranuras en el tubo venturi. Instale el venturi en el cuerpo del eyector. El
venturi se enrosca en el primero juego de roscas en la toma de descarga del eyector (se enrosca por encima
de la boquilla). El extremo del venturi saldrá fuera de la toma cuando se haya instalado.

5. Pon el anillo de o (A) a la parte delantera del cuerpo de la bomba, insertar Venture (D) en Upper Pump puerto;
asegúrese de alinear las pestañas y ranuras.
6. Instale la abrazadera y apriétela un poco; alternativamente apriete el tornillo de la abrazadera y golpee
suavemente la abrazadera con un mazo para asentar la junta tórica
7. Instale la tubería, válvula de pie y el sello también.

8. Cebe la tubería y la bomba asegúrese de que las conexiones y válvula de retención no se escapan. Las tuberías
deben retener el agua. Si hay fugas, saque las tuberías y encuentre la fuga. Cubra la unión en donde está la fuga con
cinta de Teflón o vuelva a apretar la abrazadera. Repita la instalación y vuelva a llenar la tubería para revisarla,
repita este procedimiento hasta que no haya fugas.
9. Consulte el manual del propietario de su bomba para obtener las instrucciones y operación.
