1. How it works
Huaptec vehicle C35W-ED dual system provides a reliable two-way cellular coverage by
improving signal strength in any kind of vehicles where cellular reception is weak or
unreliable.
The system amplifies the signal from the nearest cellular tower and retransmits it at a
higher power level to the vehicle area. This manual provides simple installation
instructions that will make your cellular booster kit set in record time.

2. How to install
The kit parts should be installed at one and the same time before being connected to each
other.There are 4 steps: outdoor antenna, booster, indoor antenna, and power supply.
Afterwards, you will need toconnect the outsider/inside antenna and the power adapter to
the booster.
Outside antenna:
Mount magnetic antenna. Its recommended location is about 20cm/8inch from
the rear of the car. If you have a larger vehicle,try installing it at the rear roof.
The function of outside antenna is to receive the signal from the base station and
transmit it through the feeder to booster. Being bi-directional it also transmits the
signal back to the base station from the booster.
Vehicle booster:
The vehicle booster should be hidden in the corner of the car, near the power
supply.
The booster is a full-duplex amplifier and it improves the signal both inside and

outside the vehicle.
Inside antenna:
Small Patch Antenna which has 2dBi gain is adopted. The proposed location is
at 3/4 height of the glass which is shown in the installation graph. If your vehicle
is larger, it’s recommended to install it in the place where signal is weak.
The function of the inside antenna is to transmit amplified signals to mobile
phone and also back to the booster.
Power supply
Plug the system into 12V power supply, the vehicle charger can also work; the
booster can be fed directly by the vehicle’s power.

3 LED indicator
The following graph shows the ports of C35W-ED dual systems. As far as two bands are
supported simultaneously, the panel has 2 alarm indicators. For each alarm indicator, the
status and definition is the same.

Green
It is working in linearity
Warning: Input signals may be not enough, so please check on
coverageeffect. Do not anything if it is good; otherwise please check
the donor antenna position.
Red
There is overloading or self-oscillation, strong input signals, measures
should be taken
Orange
It is working in linearity
Attention: Please adjust MGC to increase the attenuation value, till you
find the “edge point” (I.E. the Alarm LED shall stay at green color, with
intention ofturning to Orange), and let the repeater work at this point.

Why is there still no signal after
installing the vehicle booster?
Check if power supply of the vehicle is on; also check
to make sure all connections are not loose.
The signal isnot stable after turning
on the booster power.
Check that the outside signal is stable or not.
The Alert LEDs Continue to
flash
Check to make sure vehicle is not parked too close to
a cell tower.
Signal booster has no power
Check that the booster is turned on and the DC
power outlet is plugged into the cigarette lighter
adapter.

6 Warranty and Warnings
6.1 Warranty
30-DayMoney-Back All Huaptec products are protected bya 30-day money-back
guarantee. If for anyreason the performance of anyproduct is not acceptable,the product
may be returned to the reseller with a dated proof of purchase.
2-Year Warranty Huaptec Signal Boosters and kitsare warranted for 2 years. Customers
can choose to return the Signal Boosters and kits directly to the manufacturer at the
purchaseexpense with a dated proof of purchase and a Returned Material Authorization
(RMA) number supplied byHuaptec.
Huaptec would provide 2 options: repair or replace the product.
This warranty does not apply to any Signal Boosters or kits determined by Huaptec as
subjected to misuse, abuse, neglect, or mishandling that alters or damages physical or
electronic properties. Failure to use a surge protected AC Power Strip with at least a 1000
Joule rating will void your warranty.
All Huaptec products that are packaged with other Huaptec accessory products are intended
for resale and use as a single unit. Such product kits are required to be sold to the end users or
subsequent reseller as they were initially packaged. RMA numbers may be obtained by

6.2 Warnings
Users must follow the principles indicated below：
Do not dismantle machine, maintain or displace accessories by yourself, as you can
damage the equipment or even get an electric shock.
Do not open the booster; touch the module of booster or open the cover of module to
touch the electronic components, the system will be damaged dueto electrostatic.
Please keep away from heating-equipment, because the booster dissipates heat
when it is working. Do not cover booster with anything that influences heat-dissipation.
