Watch Back 1. Charge Your Watch
Connect the charging cord to the magnetic contacts and charge for 3 hours.
The Life Watch will operate for 5 to 7 days on a full charge depending on usage.
Press the power button for 5 seconds to turn it on. Press and hold to turn it off.

3. Set Up
First time users select “Join Us” and then
register on the Enroll screen with an email
address and password. Select “Enroll Now”.
Complete the User Profile on the next screen
and select “ Next Step”. Add your daily steps
goal and select “Complete”.
Pairing your Watch
After selecting “Complete” the next screen,
“Bind Bracelet” appears. Select “Search
Now” and look for “Life Watch” on the list
that appears as shown on right and select
it. The Bluetooth Pairing Request screen
appears. Select “Pair” and “Ok” to accept
notifications. Then select “Enjoy Now”.
Your Life Watch is now linked to FitCloudPro.
2. Download the App
FitCloudPro
Go to the App Store or Google Play and search for the FitCloudPro App.
Download it to your iPhone or Android smartphone. Follow the onscreen prompts
and select “OK” to allow the app to connect your smartphone via Bluetooth.
You can also scan the QR code to take you to the FitCloudPro App on the store
appropriate for your smartphone. Compatible with iOS8.4 and above, Android 4.4
and above. Follow the app’s screens to configure FitCloudPro with the Life Watch.

4. Main Screen
Choose your main screen from 6 designs below. Press and hold your finger on the
main screen until it shrinks in size. Swipe right to select your screen and tap on it once.

1. Please wear the watch for 5 minutes before taking the first measurement.
2. Measure the body temperature under ambient temperature of
65-85 degrees F to ensure accuracy.

5. Screen Navigation
Press this icon once to access the Flashlight
after swiping down from the main screen.
Power Button: Press and hold for 5 seconds to power on/off
Press quickly to turn on to access the
following navigation controls:
Swipe left: Go to the next menu screen
Swipe right: Go to a quick menu list from the main screen or
Go to the previous menu from any menu screen.
Swipe up: Go to call and text notifications from main screen.
Swipe down: Access LED Flashlight, Screen Brightness,
Find your Phone, and Body Temperature.

6. Conguring your watch
Language: Select your preference from these options:
English, Spanish, Chinese, German,
Italian, Russian, Japanese, Portuguese,
Polish, and French.
Screen Display: Choose the main screen design,
brightness level and the screen time
before the watch goes on standby.
Time Settings: Set the date and time.
Time Format: Select 12-hour or 24-hour time formats.
Swipe left to the last menu and select, “Settings” to configure the following options:

Distance Format: Select Miles or Kilometers.
Vibration Intensity: Choose between three levels
of vibration for all notifications.
System: Includes the following submenus:
• About menu: shows the watch’s
Bluetooth network identification name,
Mac address and software version.
• Shutdown options
• Reset options
