How to turn the Tracker on ?

When the tracker is delivered, it comes inactive. In order to activate the device, you need to
charge it beforehand. For that, please follow this step to step guide below:
The tracker uses a USB cable in order to charge (example below):
You can use the USB cable in 2 ways to charge your tracker:
Connect the cable to a standard USB charger (for example one use to charge
smartphones, egg: Samsung USB charger)
On a computer USB port
Please note that it is not possible to turn off the tracker. In order to reboot your tracker you
will need to remove the device from your user account.
What are the different behaviors of the
Tracker's LED?

The LED main purpose is to indicate that your tracker is charging:
1. When the tracker is charging the LED stays turned on
2. When the tracker is fully charged, the LED will turn off
Please note:
When you long press the button, the LED and buzzer are active and will show that the
tracker is functioning
When the function "Find me" is enabled the LED and buzzer are active allowing you to
locate your tracker

If you are an iOS user, please read this article.
Please follow this step to step guide:
Click on the profile icon on the top right side

Click on "Contact us"
Choose the type of request you wish to submit, enter your message and then click on
send.

You will receive a confirmation by email

If you are encountering issues or if you want to send feedback, you can do it directly from the
mobile app.
Please follow this step to step guide:
Open the mobile app

Click on the icon located on the top right side
Click on "Feedback"

Select the subject and type your message

When you are done typing, click on "Send"
