STEP!1!–!BUILD!THREE!BASES!
Measure,$mark,$and$cut$2x2$boards$to$length.$Drill$1$½-inch$pocket$holes$into$the$ends$of$the$aprons$and$
attach$them$to$the$legs$with$2$½-inch$pocket$screws$and$wood$glue.$Make$three$of$these$bases.$$

STEP!2!–!BUILD!THREE!SHELVES!
Measure,$mark,$and$cut$1x12$and$1x2$boards$to$length.$Attach$the$1x2$to$the$1x12$as$shown$with$1$¼-inch$
brad$nails$and$wood$glue.$Make$three$of$these$shelves.$

STEP!3!–!ATTACH!SHELVES!TO!THE!BASE!
Position$the$shelves$along$the$bases$with$a$5-inch$overhang$on$each$side$and$secure$with$metal$L$brackets$
underneath.$Alternately,$you$can$use$metal$figure$8$table$fasteners$or$Z-clips.$
$
Fill$screw$and$nail$holes$with$wood$putty,$sand,$stain$and/or$paint,$and$finish$as$desired.$
