1. Introduzione Funzionale
Questa serie di prodotti è stata progettata dal nostro dipartimento Ricerca e
Sviluppo e integra i punti forti di prodotti simili a livello nazionale e
internazionale. Caratterizzata da un design accattivante e da un aspetto elegante
(grazie alla forma arrotondata), è dotata di tre ripiani regolabili e di quattro pareti in
plexiglass che ne rendono visibile il contenuto; pratica da usare, robusta e
resistente, è anche facile da pulire. È inoltre dotata di un visualizzatore di
temperatura e di un termostato, che mantiene la temperatura uniforme. I cibi
conservano la propria umidità grazie alla funzione di compensazione dell'umidità.
Tutte queste caratteristiche rendono l'attrezzatura perfetta per l'esposizione di
cibi, l'isolamento termico e il mantenimento dell'umidità.

4. Precauzioni e Raccomandazioni
4.1 Trasporto e Stoccaggio:
Durante il trasporto, maneggiare l'attrezzatura con attenzione e non capovolgerla
per evitare danni alla struttura e alle parti interne. L'attrezzatura imballata deve essere
sistemata in un luogo ben ventilato nel quale non siano presenti gas corrosivi. In
caso fosse necessario uno stoccaggio temporaneo, prendere le dovute misure
antipioggia.
4.2 Note per l'Installazione:
1. La tensione di alimentazione deve essere conforme alla tensione d'esercizio
dell'attrezzatura.
2. L'attrezzatura è dotata di un bullone di messa a terra sulla parte posteriore. Deve
essere collegato in modo sicuro a un conduttore di terra conforme alle normative
in materia di sicurezza, attraverso un filo di rame con sezione non inferiore a 1,5
mm².
3. Dopo l'installazione, controllare la tenuta di tutte le connessioni, il corretto
passaggio della tensione e la sicurezza del conduttore di terra.
4. Posizionare l'attrezzatura su una superficie solida e piana, in modo che le pareti
laterali si trovino a una distanza superiore a 10 cm da materiale non combustibile
(ad es. Muri in mattoni o finestre), lasciando almeno 20 cm nella parte posteriore.
5. Secondo le normative in materia di cablaggio, ogni cablaggio fisso collegato alla
presente attrezzatura deve essere dotato di un sezionatore onnipolare

(interruttore differenziale) con una distanza di apertura dei contatti di almeno 3
mm da ogni polo del sezionatore. Si consiglia inoltre di installare un interruttore
differenziale con messa a terra. Per garantire un buon funzionamento, non
ammucchiare oggetti davanti all'interruttore.
6. Non posizionare sostanze infiammabili o esplosive in prossimità dell'attrezzatura.
La temperatura ambiente deve essere inferiore a 45 ℃e l'umidità relativa
inferiore a 85%.
7. L' intera installazione della presente attrezzatura deve essere eseguita da
personale professionale e qualificato.
4.3 Note speciali
1. L' attrezzatura non è adatta per utilizzi domestici.
2. Si tratta di una macchina per uso commerciale che deve essere utilizzata da
personale qualificato.
3. Non scuotere o inclinare durante l'uso.
4. Non smontare o modificare l'attrezzatura.
5. Possono verificarsi incidenti gravi se l'attrezzatura viene smontata o sottoposta a
modifiche.
6. Rimuovere la spina e interrompere l'erogazione di corrente quando si effettuano
operazioni di pulizia.
7. Non nebulizzare l'acqua direttamente sul prodotto durante le operazioni di pulizia.
8. L'acqua è un conduttore di elettricità, quindi la dispersione elettrica può
generare scariche elettriche.
9. Non colpire l'apparecchio e non collocare oggetti pesanti al di sopra di esso.
10. Un funzionamento anomalo può causare danni e pericoli.
11. Una temperatura elevata può causare ustioni.
12. Non toccare l'attrezzatura direttamente con le mani, in ragione della temperatura
elevata durante e dopo il funzionamento.
13. Quando si avvicina un temporale, interrompere l'erogazione di corrente il prima
possibile.
14. Scollegare l'attrezzatura dall'alimentazione quando si avvicina un temporale può
evitare danni causati dai fulmini.
15. Non distruggere il pannello di controllo con oggetti duri o appuntiti.
16. Dopo il funzionamento, scollegarlo dall'alimentazione.
17. Se il cavo di alimentazione è danneggiato, per evitare ogni pericolo, la
sostituzione deve essere effettuata dal fabbricante, dal suo reparto addetto alla
manutenzione o da professionisti simili.

5. Istruzioni per l'Uso
1. Prima dell'uso, controllare che l'impianto elettrico sia adeguato e assicurarsi che
la tensione di alimentazione sia conforme alla tensione d'esercizio
dell'attrezzatura.
2. Durante l'uso, prima di collegare la macchina all'alimentazione, aggiungere 0,6 L
d'acqua nel serbatoio.
3. Una volta collegata all'alimentazione, la spia si accenderà. Ruotare il selettore di
riscaldamento per regolare la temperatura di isolamento; la temperatura
nell'espositore si alzerà e resterà costante su ogni ripiano grazie alla
convenzione naturale del flusso d'aria.
4. Se durante il funzionamento serve luce, accendere l'interruttore affinché sia
possibile operare più liberamente e dare maggior risalto ai cibi esposti. Èpossibile
accendere anche la lampadina decorativa per aumentare l'effetto espositivo.
5. Dopo l'uso, interrompere l'erogazione di corrente prima di effettuare qualsiasi
intervento di pulizia, evitando così i rischi.
6. Durante l'uso, in caso di funzionamento anomalo, sospendere immediatamente
qualsiasi attività e chiamare un tecnico qualificato per la risoluzione dei guasti
prima di ogni ulteriore utilizzo.
7. Non nebulizzare acqua sui componenti elettrici.
6. Controlli di Routine
Se necessario, controllare la macchina quotidianamente.
Controllare la macchina regolarmente per evitare che si verifichino incidenti gravi.
Non utilizzare la macchina se l'utente ritiene che ci siano problemi nel circuito o
nella macchina stessa.
Controllare l'attrezzatura ogni volta prima e dopo l'uso:

Il cavo di alimentazione è vecchio, rotto o danneggiato?
Durante l'uso: si sente puzza, odori anomali oppure rumore da vibrazione?

7. Pulizia e Manutenzione
1. Interrompere l'erogazione di corrente e attendere che l'attrezzatura si raffreddi
prima di pulirlo per evitare incidenti.
2. Ogni giorno, dopo l'utilizzo, pulire la superficie dell'attrezzatura e il cavo di
alimentazione utilizzando un panno umido e un detergente non corrosivo. Non
lavare nebulizzando direttamente acqua per evitare che possa penetrare
nell'attrezzatura danneggiando la prestazione elettrica e causando scariche
elettriche.
3. Quando l'attrezzatura non è in funzione, scollegare l'alimentazione e spegnere il
termostato.
4. Se l'attrezzatura non viene utilizzata per periodi prolungati, essa deve essere
pulita a fondo e sistemata in un luogo ben ventilato nel quale non siano presenti
gas corrosivi.

3. Functional Introduction
This product series is designed under our research & development while
absorbing the advantages of similar products at home and abroad. It is integrated
with all the merits of attractive design, elegant appearance with arc shape,
adjustable three-layer display, all four sides plexiglass with see-through function,
convenient operation, sturdy and durable, as well as easy cleaning. It is also
provided with temperature display and optional constant temperature, which
maintain the temperature evenly. The food can preserve its moisture with the
humidity compensation function. All of those features make it the dedicate
equipment for food displaying, heat insulation and moisture preservation.

4. Precautions & Recommendations
4.1 Transportation and Storage:
During transportation, please handle the appliance carefully and no upside down
to prevent the damage of the enclosure and inner parts. The packaged device should
be stored in a well-ventilated warehouse of no corrosive gas. Should any temporally
storage needed, please take measurement against raining.
4.2 Notice for Installment:
8. The supply voltage should comply with the working voltage of the device.
9. The device is equipped with grounding bolt at the back. It shall be reliably
connected to ground wire that comply with the safety regulations with copper wire
no less than 1.5mm².
10. After installation, check the tightness of all the connection, the correct functioning
of the voltage and the reliability of the ground wire.
11. Set the device on a flat, secure surface, and make the sides away from
non-combustible material (eg. Brick walls or windows) no less than 10 cm, and
the rear at least 20 cm.
12. According to the wiring regulation, the fixed wiring connected to this appliance
must be equipped with an all-pole disconnect switch (leakage switch), with at
least 3mm contact opening distance of each pole of the switch. It is also advised
to install grounded leakage protection switch. Do not pile sundries in front of the
switch for convenient operation.

13. Do not store any inflammable or explosive substances near the device. The
ambient temperature shall be lower than 45℃and the relative humidity shall be
lower than 85%.
14. All the installation of this device should be done by professional and qualified
personnel.
4.3 Special note
18. The appliance is not applicable for home use.
19. It is a commercial machine which should be operated by professional personnel.
20. No shaking or tilting during using.
21. Do not dismantle or modify the device
22. Serious accidents may happen when dismantling or modifying.
23. Unscrew the plug and cut off the power when cleaning.
24. Do not spray water directly to the product when cleaning.
25. Water can conduct electricity, thus electric leakage may cause electric shock.
26. Do not pat the product and put heavy object onto the product.
27. Abnormal operation may cause damage and danger.
28. High temperature may cause scald.
29. Do not touch the appliance directly with hand due to high temperature during or
after the operation.
30. When the thunderstorm is coming, cut off the power supply asap.
31. Disconnect if from power supply when thunderstorm comes can avoid damage
done by the lighting stroke.
32. Do not destroy the control panel with hard or sharp objects.
33. After working, disconnect it from power.
34. If the supply cord is damaged, to avoid danger, the substitution work should be
done by the manufacturer, its maintenance department or similar professional
personnel.

5. Using Instructions
8. Before using, check the correctness of the power installation, and make sure that
the supply voltage is in accordance with working voltage of the device.
9. When using, before connecting to power, add 0.6L water to the basin.
10. When connected to power, the indicator will be on. Rotate the heating switch to
regulate the insulation temperature then, the temperature in the showcase will
rise and maintain consistent in each layer due to the natural convection of the air
flow.
11. If you need illumination during operation, you may turn on the illumination switch
so that you can operate more freely and the displaying effect may be better. The
decoration bulb can be turned on as well to increase the showing effect.
12. After using, the power supply must be cut off when cleaning to prevent against
danger.
13. During using, if abnormal operation happens, stop it asap and call for qualified
technician for the troubleshooting before any further usage.
14. Do not spray electric components with water.
6. Routine Check
It is necessary to check the machine daily.
Check the machine regularly can avoid serious accident happens.
Stop using if user feels that there are some problems in the circuit or machine.
Check the appliance every time before and after using:
Before using: Whether the machine is tilted?
Whether the control panel is damaged?
Whether the power cord is aged, broken or damaged?
During using: whether there is strange smell, odour or vibration noise?
Whether temperature is out of control or there’s leakage?
Whether the power is normal?

7. Cleaning & Maintenance
5. Cut off the power supply and wait till it cools down before cleaning to avoid any
accidents.
6. Every day after working, wipe all the device surface and power cord using wet
cloth with non-corrosive detergent. Do not wash it directly with spraying water to
prevent water penetrating into the device to damage its electric performance and
cause electric shock.
7. When stop using at any time, turn off the power supply and thermostat.
8. If the device is out of use for a long time, the device shall be completely cleaned
and stored at a well-ventilated warehouse without corrosive gas.
